Lovely, adult only, resort. It's in a good location and is well maintained. Lovely staff and wild monitor lizards wander throughout the grounds.

Only 2 issues bothered us. The first was the sun lounger availability. The resort have a written policy regarding the policing of reserved loungers where people put a towel on them early in the morning, and then wander off on a day trip or whatever knowing that they have a lounger when they return. Unfair and disrespectful of the other guests. If the resort adhered to their own policy and removed towels and goods from Loungers that are unattended after an hour, the problem would alleviate hugely. In the meantime, the considerate guests are placed at a disadvantage. Our recommendation has to be to ignore the policy, as the resort clearly does. The second issue is the ants. Lots of them.

The stay at the resort was very good, the only problem is that there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests and the "culture" of the guests (mostly from Germany), who tried to "reserve" sunbeds already before 7.00 am. During the day at least 1/3 of the sunbeds were empty, but you couldn't use them because of the "reservations". The hotel staff did occasionally remove towels and similar equipment on the "reserved" sunbeds, but the guests were more insistent.

Only thing we didn’t find comfortable unfortunately was the bed It was a ensemble bed base with just a inch and half thick mattress topper as the mattress We will request a extra mattress topper on our next stay and pack our own pillows It wouldn’t stop us returning though as everything else was great Maybe something the property could look into though

The staff were welcoming and accommodating; I was only staying for 1 night, so they arranged for an early check in so that I could use the resort right away. The resort is in a great location, with many local bars & restaurants a few minutes walk away with exceptional food and reasonable prices. The 5 pools were well kept and super quiet during my stay (early November). The hotel arranged by transfer to/from Phuket airport, which actually worked out cheaper than a local taxi on arrival via grab, or prebooking with another company, would definitely recommend.

The pool bar was convenient, but very expensive compared to local bars. Save yourself the money and go to 711 just down the road, or support local small businesses.

The way beach lounger chairs were 'reserved' every day with towels well before breakfast yet often no one used them. Hotel should remove towels if left unattended for longer than 1 hour.

Well laid out, beautiful private stretch of beach, excellent staff, delicious food and great location.

Guests that put towels on the lounge chairs first thing in the morning and then don’t even show up to use the chairs.

The beach is beautiful. Protected to swim and clean. The pools are in a good state. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are reasonably modern. The beds were a bit hard, but the staff put a double topper on them, so we slept well.

The towel laying to “reserve” your bed is ridiculous here. The hotel says there is a policy to remove towels that are laid before 10am, but in a full week there, I didn’t observe this even once. By the time we go to breakfast at 9, all of the beds are “reserved” by people putting their towels on them. Often as early as 6am! Nobody on the beds, but all are taken. I would not go to this hotel again, because of this ridiculous situation.

Quiet localtion and plenty of space on the balcony. Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were extremely freindly and helpful. Thay always had a smile and were quick to help.

Beyond their control, constant smokers on the balconys next to room so we couldn't sit out or even open our door due to the smell entering. Pool was a little too warm.

Nice resort, well located. Nearby the city but not in the noisy downtown. Beach front. Great breakfast, services and amenities. Excellent staff, from the housekeepers to the receptionists.

Not enough deckchairs for everyone on the beach front. Manu people reserve their deckchairs in the early morning (since 7 am ...) for the day, leaving a book or a towel. As a result, there's no chiars left for those who don't cheat.

20 of us including small children. We had a truly fabulous time. Was perfect. Staff were all amazing. They ensured everyone was accommodated at such a busy time as best they could transfers and a private sundowner. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was Spotless and well maintained. Numorous pools one large with shade and swim up bar.  Lots of deck chairs everywhere.  Comfy beds large rooms with large fridges kettle bathroom condiments. Terrific food available and a huge buffet breakfast on beachfront.  Lotsa shady trees on beach. Walking distance to shops bars etc. Entertainment at various times. .
