experience: 1- Excellent location: few steps and you are in National stadium train Station what connects you to many locations you may desire in very law cost and shorter in time. Also it within 10 minutes walk connecting to many good Malls ( MBK- Siam discovery-Siam Baragon- central world - Siam square … so on) With a availability of 7-Eleven just outside the hotel. No need to look for ATMs as they have them in the lobby. 2- Rooms: generally the room size is small as indicated also in the hotel webpage, however, it contain everything you need and the housekeeping team were so kind in providing any items needed immediately. I found the lightning in the room not that adequate , and it has two locations for power sockets which you can use. The toilet was nice however it might be a challenge for some to fit in when they need to have a shower 🙂, overall acceptable to me. 3- dining: unfortunately due to our busy tour schedule every early morning we didn’t had any breakfast nor dining in it ( maybe next visit) 4- Transport: Many transport options available for you, which can be provided by the hotel stuff, or in-front of the hotel you will find many taxis available and also you can use any app to order like Bolt and also the train and buses services. 5- Housekeeping: Excellent service done by the staff ( Special thanks for Mrs Van- room attendant) .. she looks after our rooms every time with her beautiful smile and attitude ⭐️) 6- The hotel has also small shop in the lobby next to the reception which contain everything you need or dream of 😅 ( very polite and helpful staff). 7- Hotel Reception: The staff were professional in handling our check-in and also while doing our check out process, very polite and very welcoming every time we walk through in front of them also.

1- Weak Room lighting. 2- limited options in room dining with no indication to availability of HALAL food. 3- small shower area, but acceptable.

Excellent location near to MGK and National Stadium MRT, reception desk staff were very helpful. The staff ( Bellmen ) who booked the taxi for us were very very helpful , they made our stay special, the bellman went beyond their duty to help us, thank you .

The deposit was too large and unexpected, the deposit was 500 Thai bhats per night of stay, we stayed 6 nights , therefore the deposit was 3000 bahts!! However this was reduced to 2000 bhat when I said I did not have enough cash . The hotel should make it clear on Booking .com that deposit is 500 bhat per night. The tuck tuck drivers who hang around the entrance to the hotel were rude and aggressive if you did not take their Turk tuck , the hotel should move these yuk yuk drivers away from the hotel entrance .

We have an amazing time in bangkok and stays here in Ibis Hotel,very good location near BTS Skytrain which accessible to MBK Center and Siam Paragon.Easy to visit the tourist attractions as you can use the Trains. Rooms are comfortable and clean too,make up room offered everyday,along with it is an amazing breakfast buffet that offers international cuisines. Staff are so friendly and professional too,would like to compliment the staff working at Eight all day dining restaurant named Namkhing,Patcha,and Pangpod who’s working really hard to serve their guests and us to make sure that we have an exceptional experience. We will surely come back and enjoy bangkok once again next time. Thank you for all your hardwork to make sure our stay an excellent one.

Nothing to mention.

Really nice hotel, located perfectly close to all the big shopping malls(except Iconsiam) and Bangkok art and culture centre(BACC). The bed was perfect for me and I slept really well all nights(3). Nice touch that there was a 7/11 right in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent with all you could ever want. For 200 Bath, you get access to the swimmingpool on the top floor, and that includes 1 drink.

Normally if I book my own travel, I prefer to stay in independently-owned hotels and guest houses, rather than chain hotels in busy commercial neighborhoods. However, this trip was booked by my workplace for a 10-day stay during which I needed to be near to Chulalongkorn University. Ibis Bangkok Siam exceeded my expectations in almost every way: every member of the staff that I interacted with during my entire stay (at reception, in the breakfast restaurant, and room cleaners) was very kind and very professional; the breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a huge selection of fresh, nutritious and tasty food drawing from many international cuisines; the rooms are kept clean and refreshed with drinking water in glass bottles (not plastic), tea and coffee; and my room, on a high floor, was very quiet and had a great view overlooking the university campus and city skyline. I ended up booking a few additional days at my own expense, for some personal sight-seeing, because I was so pleased with the value for money and location. All the staff were lovely, but I'd like particularly like to thank Mild at reception for her unfailing kindness and professionalism throughout my stay, especially in helping with some international payment challenges and an extension of my booking.

On a few days the breakfast room was so crowded and the queue so long (student sports groups, etc) that I wasn't able to eat breakfast before leaving for work.

First the welcome from Miss Puinoon was exceptional. We really felt her warm welcome and all explanation given was clear. She really did the extra mile to get us an early check in. The other staffs also were very polite and warmth. Their good morning and genuine smile really get you to start the day well. The location also is great. Ibis is just in front of a BTS station, the National Stadium and a 3 minutes walk from MBK and the Siam malls. Housekeeping also is very good. It's always clean when we return to our room.

Two negative points though: 1. There is a lack of lights in the room. Quite difficult to read and do some works. 2. The TV channels and movies are mostly in Thai language. As one who enjoys movies, I wasn't happy :(

I had a fantastic stay at ibis Bangkok Siam! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, just across from MBK Center, making shopping and dining super convenient. Plus, easy access to the BTS Skytrain makes getting around Bangkok a breeze. The room size is just right for the price – affordable, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay in Bangkok. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central, convenient spot to rest after a day of exploring!

The things I didn’t quite like about ibis Bangkok Siam were mostly related to comfort. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, and the pillows could use improvement; there was only one pillow provided per guest, which felt a bit sparse. The bathroom was also very simple, with just the basics. Still, considering the affordable price, these were manageable downsides.

Location was excellent. Across the street from MBK, metro station and there’s a 711 at the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Smoking area in the 9th floor of the Mercure next door was nice too. Just have to access it through a different elevator in the lobby. Basic room for a short stay

Rather noisy inside the rooms. I could hear people walking through the hall at all times of the day and night. I also heard someone try their card in my door. It didn’t open thankfully and they have an extra chain lock but as a solo female that made me uncomfortable. Extreme traffic on the road right in front going one way so adds an extra 20 mins by car. I took grab bikes everywhere instead. Most efficient option but not for the faint of heart

ibis Bangkok Siam was great accommodation. It was central, safe, convenient, and the staff were absolutely amazing. From the front desk team, to the restaurant staff, and also the amazing House Keeping team. The location is a 5 minute walk to MBK, and even closer to the National Stadium stop of the BTS. Having a 7-Eleven onsite was also a huge bonus. ibis Bangkok Siam has a great entrance for easy Grab drop-off and collection, as well as Tuk Tuk's at the hotel entrance.

N/A - everything was amazing.

The customer care from the front-office was good, they even call in and check everything is ok, Everything is fine, but i have to say something about the breakfast,. The good thing, the spreads varieties is enough. service is excellent. The ham & cheese offered in the salad counter was excellent. The coffee was good. And the made to order scrambled egg was excellent. Service is fast and responsive

The downside, the breakfast is very average, I have to highlight these, the Bread gave feeling of the low cost bread, from Bun, flat bread to custard bread, it taste awfully. The bread pudding is not tastefully good, not up to standard. The hot-dog (Pork and Chicken) taste awfully. some of the western dishes doesn't taste good as well. Overall the western section was a disappointment. My stay was 4 night. and I can confirm this
