3 week stay. I was looking for and needed a place to stay that would enable me to sleep well with little or no interruption which Udee Cozy allows in droves! Also there was plamty of good and average restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk, I also saw Grab food deliveries and taxis working well to the hotel if that is your thing. The hotel also provides fair value breakfast lunch and delicious coffee. There are also snacks, water and beer always available. It is about an 8 minute walk to the southern entrance of the walled gate into the old city. The internet works well at about 60mps down and 40mps up. The lady at the reception speaks perfect English as well as do the owners, everyone was very courteous and helpful. Towels are changed every day and the bed linen every third day. There is a 24/7 presence of owners or staff, security cameras and a lockable gate, located in a really nice residential area, it has a spacious garden to relax so even if you are a lone traveller it is safe and comfortable evironment. In all this is a well run hotel and we felt very much ‘at home’ there. .

Having to pack and leave

The hotel is located in a perfect spot just outside the square of Chiang Mai so everything is super close and at the same time you are in a super calm place. There is an outstanding garden in the hotel where you can rest or work from. The owners and the staff are extremely kind and will help you with what you need (they even complete all the documents for visa renewal). The rooms are very comfy and well equipped. There is a laundry service available, free water, free bananas and they also serve food. Thank you so much for everything !

The host was super nice and very helpful, the breakfasts were delicious, the garden area had such a lovely vibe (perfect for reading or relaxing after a long day of exploring) and the hotel was in a quiet neighboorhood with a wonderful indian restaurant just around the corner. Chiang Mai's city centre was easy to get to - either using a Grab, or walking 30mins or so. There were also free bikes! Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and was one of our favourite accommodations from our entire trip to Thailand and Vietnam

Our shower dripped a little, but that wasn't a big issue.

The staff was super friendly and made our stay absolutely comfortable. They helped us to rent a scooter and even kept our luggage when we were in another city for several days. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The food was delicious and vegan options were no problem. The garden is absolutely stunning and is perfect for taking a break from Chiang Mai City. You can rent bikes for free to get into the inner city but even walking doesn't take too long.

Staff are so lovely and helpful, the communal garden area is gorgeous, room has everything you need. Very nice and peaceful place to stay. Also staff can help with booking activities etc and have lots of leaflets if you need. Loved my time here!

If you're wanting to be in the hustle and bustle, stay a little closer to the old city. However if you're looking for a peaceful relaxing stay this is the spot! Can walk to the old city in about 20 minutes though and plenty of restaurants/bars around 10mins walk away.

I'm in love of this place. I live in Paï, and sometimes I'm in CM for one or several nights. Now, I will always choose this place. The owner is so kind, helpful, smily. There is a big garden, it is so calm and peaceful You have bicycle free use, and the old city is very close. My favorite place in CM to stay is in south, because more local, more quiet. Great staff, free bike so useful, cute garden to relax just have to avoid mosquitos geckos and cats are so cute free water, nice housekeeping, laundry service if needed

biggest room issue is lighting color, more warm bulbs could improve room atmosphere a lot. AC unit sometimes didn't cool great bathroom floor stays wet after shower, needs a small broom for sweeping water to drain

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful garden and offers all the necessities you need. I would stay there again.

I would say the biggest drawback was that the window was blocked by a wall because the room is on the ground floor. The wall is there to give you privacy, which is nice, but it does feel a little like you are in a room without windows. That's just the case for this specific room and shouldn't stop people from booking this overall nice hotel.

The location of Udee Cozy is wonderful. The surrounding property with its garden offers a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. The room was very clean and comfortable. What makes this place so special though is the hostess and the staff. So friendly and caring they are willing to help you with any questions about your stay in Chiang Mai. All of this for a price that is most affordable.

I really enjoyed my stay at UDEE Cozy. My room (#12) was actually a lot nicer than the pictures, with a large window onto the wonderful green garden. Lots of natural light. The atmosphere is super relaxed and the gardens are genuinely beautiful with many different places to sit. There's a great deal of care and attention to all the plants and maintaining the tranquil space. The smell of fresh flowers in the morning, especially after it's rained, is magical. The owner Waew was so incredibly friendly and helpful, supporting me with all sorts of things.

It didn't affect me as I was on my own in a big bed, but one side of the mattress felt a little old.
