Such a brilliant hotel, we really really loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the room was very big and comfortable. The pool is a lovely addition, just keep in mind there’s only two sunbeds so get down early!

Great location near the southern edge of the Old City quadrant. We walked to just about every place we wanted to see inside the Old City. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and a wardrobe for storage. Comfortable beds, high quality linens and great, comfy pillows. Good water pressure in the shower and lots of hot water. Every front desk person was so friendly and helpful. They don't serve breakfast but each morning in the lobby, from around 7 to 10am, they provide as a courtesy some coffee, juice, hot water for tea, along with biscuits, muffins, and toast with butter and jam. Also, there is no shortage of eateries in the neighbourhood.

We really liked this hotel- Location is good, inside the walls and south gate of the old town and within easy walking distance of attractions. It has a small pool attached to a beautiful dark wood panelled bar and the lobby is modern and a pleasant place to sit while waiting for tours or taxis. The kids loved the pool after a hot day sight-seeing. Rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Air-con was excellent .There was a substantial free breakfast which is not advertised. Best of all were the amazing super-friendly staff- especially Ping- who couldn't do enough to help us find suitable family activities during our stay. The price was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to other families holidaying in Chiang Mai.

wi-fi could have been better.

I love how it is so accessible to everything, the rooms are always clean and spacious, they change towels & provide the bottled water everyday, strong wifi connection, had the pool all for ourselves as well so that's a plus, they don't offer heavy breakfast meals but they do offer light breakfast such as toast, banana, biscuits, & coffee, tea, choco! The staff are also very nice and accomodating, overall worth the price!

Perhaps that there is no view from our room (because we were at the 2nd level)

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were so friendly and helpful, greeted with a smile every time you pass reception! Pool was lovely to have and the rooms were super clean. There’s a small breakfast with some toast and fruit provided with tea and coffee. We loved our stay so much, we wish we stayed longer!

a lot of the pool is in the shade and there isn’t many sun loungers but we always get one when we wanted to!

Such a nice botique hotel, really good value for the price. My partner and I really enojed the toast and fruit in the morning, very basic but free so no complaints. The rooms were nice size and very comfortable. One of the nicest places we'ved stayed in Thailand.

There were renovations so sometimes the pool was closed

This is a nice hotel in a good location with friendly, helpful staff! They were having some issues with the pool during my stay but the staff were working very hard to resolve this and communicated it well it was still usable if slightly discoloured. There is a 7/11 very close by a few smaller bars. There is a laundry service at the hotel and a self-service laundry just next door too. The staff were very friendly and didn't raise any eyebrows when I came home from watching the England football game at 4am Chiang Mai time!

It was a little bit of a walk to the main restaurants/bars etc but I knew this on booking and it felt a safe enough area to walk home in the dark.

Good location: in the old town but in a quiet area. Next to the hotel there are a 7-Eleven and a 24h coin laundry. Very kind and helpful staff that speaks English. Free breakfast. Our room was clean with clean up service every day.

The WiFi was very weak in the evening; probably when most of the people were connected. I checked the internet speed and it was 30Mbps download and 20Mbps upload. Our bathroom had a very small window and there was no air recirculation. The water of the swimming pool was a bit cold.

Firstly, I want to say the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a minor issue with the room that they really tried to help with, we really appreciated that. The room & bathroom was really spacious and the bed was super comfy! Great location and only a small walk to temples, markets, restaurants, 7/11, ATMs etc

Unfortunately the A/C was not great. We’d have it set to the lowest setting but the room was still pretty warm. Also not having an extraction fan in the bathroom didn’t help. I would also be careful in the shower as the floor can be quite slippy

Wonderful warm welcome from the chap on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful on both the occasions we stayed. Smart, clean, contemporary room with all the facilities we required and a particularly excellent shower. Although the hotel states it doesn’t provide breakfast, it actually provides a very adequate breakfast in the lobby. Great location for exploring the old city; a great place to stay.

Room a little small and not much natural light. The larger room we stayed in the second time was excellent.
