The location is very good, we can go anywhere by walk or take grab. And the next door is 7-11, we can buy anything we need and buy some foods. The hoster is very kindly and she ask us "how about a cup of coffee" in the morning. The room is comfortable and we love the bathtub!

1. no laudry in the hotel (but just walking 3 min. can reach to the nearst laudry, 120 bat per 1 KG , still convenient) 2.The water in the bathroom sometimes is not stablize enough.

What not to like staff are amazing. Look no further. You found lovely place to stay:)).

The room is big and spacious. The location is good and close to many cafes and restaurants. The owner of the Villa was very quick in responding to my text and was generous by gifting me a pack of pineapple tarts to go with my morning coffee. I truly appreciate the kind gesture.

My room is the first room on ground level, a door away from the reception so can be noisy when guests return back to the villa as they will definitely pass by my room. Other than that, for the space that I had for the room, the price is worth it.

I lived in a family room. It was very spacious and bathroom was also very big. It made a good space to go into a bath and relax. The 7 eleven next door was very handy before going on hikes or getting snacks for the evening. Throughout the whole stay it was quiet and the room was kept clean. For 2 people it's an excellent choice; as a single traveler maybe a bit of an overkill but if you want to spoil yourself with a family room, you wont be dissaponted.

We are a family of 6 and stayed here three nights while backpacking in Thailand. The place was perfect for both us and our children. It was unbelievably clean and the staff were so so lovely and always so helpful. We arrived aim Chiang Mai at 4am off a train and after messaging the owner he arranged for his mother to open up and let us in. They even went the extra mile and let us in our room as it was ready. They stored our bags while we went off to an elephant sanctuary for a night. I had also arranged for a cake to be delivered for my sons birthday and they took the delivery for us as well even know it was the day after we checked out. They really go above and beyond for their guests. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend a stay here.

There was nothing to not like

The room was exactly as shown on the pictures. The room was very clean, modern, with a lot of daylight, and comfortable. The room cleaning service (daily) did a perfect job. The WiFi worked like a charm. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect, all sightseeing spots in the old city can easily be reached on foot; tuk tuks are also available anytime. There's a 7/11 convenience store in the very same building, it's open 24/7 and offers a super broad range of goods, including hot food (also 24/7!).

The staff were… AMAZING. Don’t get me wrong, everything else was great. The facilities were flawless with a massage parlour within the facility. But the staff are what made the trip. We got quite sick during our stay and the staff were pleasing every little demand. To top it off they let us stay and extra night, for free, since we paid for breakfast but didn’t eat it. Due to a misunderstanding, which we feel very bad about, we didn’t understand that we would actually be moved rooms for that last night. To sum it up, they offered to move all our baggage, which was a bit messy, into the new room for our one night stay, as we were going out on a elephant safari. Again, thank you guys for the amazing hospitality!!

I went to Chiang Mai on Jun 9th~Jun 15th,with my little sisiter,my mom,and my grandma. Mind Villa is better than I imagined in every aspect, the villa is exceedingly clean,people are nice,my room is comfortable,there has a big balcony, I woke up everyday by the sunshine,and the breakfast is delicious, it is perfect.The villa's owner is very kind and cute, I encountered some difficult things during my stay in Chiang Mai, and she was very enthusiastic to solve them for me. One day, we had to go out early, because the tourist place was a bit far , about 3 hours drive,so the villa's owner let us had breakfast early.On the last day, I gave the villa's owner a gift, it's panda ornament, I told her that panda is national treasure of China, she can put in the villa, I gave her this panda ornament, which represents the friendship between China and Thailand,and between she and me.she gave us knitted bags,there has elephant on those bags.We are sad to leave here, we will be visiting Chiang Mai again soon, and live in Mind Villa again. Hope you won't forget us, we will always remember you.

Nice and clean hotel. Affordable with hot water and Ac. The room is quite big. A quiet area near the city center. 15 minutes to the airport by taxi. 7 eleven at the ground floor and a massage salon. Facilities to wash your clothes (very cheap). Of course it is not luxury but it's OK.

Bathroom is small

Although M.I.N.D. Villa is situated on a busy street our accommodation was at the back and very quiet and private. A 7Eleven store was at the front of the building and a massage therapist was located there as well. We felt very connected to the local community.

There is a lot of construction work going on in the old town as the electrical cables are being put underground. This was a little inconvenient when walking around.
