The hotel are great at organising any trips you want so wait till you get there as they have good connections. They even organised a Tuk Tuk trip around the old city for me.

Description said there was a buffet breakfast. There was a tea and coffee station and bread with a toaster and some biscuits and bananas. So not quite what I expected. There are places to eat breakfast very very close although the 2 nearest open at 11am.

The Wing Boutique Hotel - Chiang Mai What a great, friendly, intimate experience, with only 23 rooms. This hotel certainly boasts a unique comfy atmosphere. Located in the heart of plenty options; restaurants, cafes, beauty stores and much more. I arrived late to my hotel, 11 April, 2025, do to most flights on Thai Airways being fully booked from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, because of Songkran 2025 Festival. I arrived and quickly checked in to my room by 21:30. Wow, when you first walk in, you can see large hallway to your room, and a big open space King size bedroom. This hotel has great small attention to details. My towels were on the bed, instead of bathroom, made in the shape of Thai Elephants. 🐘 What a unique touch and great pride to welcome guests to Thai authenticity. 😊🙏 Bed was very comfortable with great A/C to personally control your desired setting. Bathroom was clean and good to use. Breakfast was good, with limited options but great food. They offer 3 tables inside and two outside to enjoy your breakfast or to sit and enjoy the nature all around you. Overall, I can’t wait to stay here again. The staff are friendly and kind. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for intimate atmosphere.

This hotel was great value for money. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff at reception were very helpful. The location is good and central. I definitely recommend the wing boutique hotel, you can’t go wrong!

Would like if there was a pool

The location is in the middle of the old city, very central to all the shops and restaurants. Also the night markets are easily reachable either walking or with the red taxis. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. It’s the perfect place to explore the city!

Wing Boutique Hotel is truly exceptional ⭐️ far beyond expectations. After a week-long road trip in northern Thailand, I returned to the hotel, where I had left my suitcase. The staff not only remembered me but had already placed my suitcase in my new room. They even ensured I could check in early without me having to ask—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for my stay. During my road trip, I lost my wallet, which contained cash and my ID, three hours away from Chiang Mai. A week later, the incredible staff went above and beyond, calling me to let me know the wallet had been found at a distant police station. Though I was prepared to retrieve it myself, they kindly coordinated with the police and arranged for it to be delivered to the hotel. Just four hours later, I had my wallet back in perfect condition. The service here is nothing short of outstanding. The attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care make this hotel a truly fantastic place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough!

Wing Boutique Hotel is a chic and modern gem located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City—an ideal spot for exploring the area. The hotel offers a free breakfast, which is a nice touch, and the design of the hotel is sleek and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. We found ourselves in a tricky situation when our next hotel canceled our reservation last minute, and due to Yi Peng Festival, availability was scarce. Despite being fully booked, the staff went above and beyond, calling over 20 different hotels to help us find accommodation for the night. Their kindness and determination to help us were truly remarkable and something we’ll never forget. This level of care and hospitality made our stay at Wing Boutique Hotel unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel not only for its great location and comfort but also for its outstanding, compassionate service!

We liked the location specifically; though located in the very center, it still had a calm atmosphere. We also booked a private taxi from the hotel and the driver was very friendly. The staff was helpful in clarifying questions that we had.

If we didn’t ask the staff to clean the room, that also meant that we didn’t get the complimentary water bottles. We were under the assumption that there was breakfast included in the price but there wasn’t. However, there was free coffee/espresso, bread toast with jam and butter, and bananas available from 7.30-10.00 which compensated for breakfast.

Location was great - close to night market and other sites and amenities. Room was fine - cooled down easy enough with floor fans and aircon, and it had plenty of space (family suite) Beds were lovely - really comfortable.

The bathroom was a huge let down. 1. The shower head for the rainfall shower is no good for anyone over 6ft. 2. The floor almost floods each time you shower, so really needs a rubber brush or something to sweep the water towards the drain. 3. Hot water was a mystery - the room had a lovely big bath but we could barely get the water temperature above tepid. Had to use a kettle to add warm water.

We loved the room bright good size.Location is central.You can walk around and see lots temples.Bear in mind it is hot so take your time..When you come out of the lane way there is a lovely restaurant across the road with icy cold beer and lovely food.Othèrwise walk to your right first restaurant on your right.We loved staying here the staff are so helpful.Breakast is basic cereal and toast and coffee enough for us to start the day.Cant recommend enough for the price

Liked everything watched diluang vara....and the main temple on the hill.We got a taxi up there tuk tuks cant make it there.

We loved the location of this hotel. The design was really nice and they provided everything we needed like kettle, fridge water etc. it was right in the old town with some really nice restaurants and massage places near by. It was around a 10-15 minute walk to the Thai Phae gate. Plus, although they didn’t provide breakfast, they had a room behind reception where you could pick up a fresh coffee or pastries or fruit etc in the morning which was a nice touch

The only negative for this hotel was the shower. It leaked everywhere and needs properly sealing. It got quite slippery in the bathroom. We did report it twice but it still wasn’t properly rectified. The first time they put a towel down the edge of the shower and then, the second day of reporting it, they they siliconed a but missed the edges where it was leaking from! It needed doing after we left so it could properly dry and not be used but whether they did, who knows! We marked it down due to this as someone will have an accident in there at some point!
