stay here if you can! great location in a super convenient part of town. great restaurants and cafes nearby. the rooms are so beautiful and so tastefully decorated. they feel like total luxury for such a great price. you get two nice, glass bottles of water every day and there was a basket waiting with all the essential toiletries. the hotel manager upgraded me for free to a beautiful room with floor-to-ceiling windows and soo much natural light. try to get a room that faces the street if you care about natural light. the canopy bed is so nice; i really love it and will stay here again if i come back to Chiang Mai. the free laundry room with free laundry soap in the back is also such a nice perk - you can wash as much laundry as you want and there is a place to line dry it as well. this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that has that perk. the little fish pond running through the courtyard is cute too.

nothing. really happy with it.

Great location and nicely decorated room. I like how they made sure we had everything we needed: toothbrushes, big bottle of shampoo and body wash, slippers and complimentary washing liquid for the free washing machine - with the temperatures in CM and us sweating all the time it was nice to have an opportunity to wash our clothes for free. There was also a kettle. I liked small bedside lights and curtains that could darken the room. The pool is nice, maybe the water isn't the cleanest, but it's an outdoor pool and there are trees above it, so this is how gravity works. It was awesome to have it when temperature hit 35 degrees. There is also a small garden with tables and chairs to chill. The bed was comfortable and bedsheets were of good quality.

I think the worst part was noise from the neighboring bar. We went to sleep to the sound of rave music and we woke up to it, and no, it was not "only the weekend". I don't get why this music has to be so loud if no one really raves. There were also sounds from a wat, but these I liked, they felt meditational. The staff was barely there. Our window faced a wall of the opposite building.

Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel!!! Is really clean + comfortable + looks beautiful as welll. Loved having a pool during my stay. The room was always really comfortable and looked good. Staff were so so lovely. Location is great- can easily walk around all of old city + is close to the hospital which was really convinent for me as was doing my elective there.

Not their fault but there is a bar next door that plays really loud music but this ended at 12 and therefore didn’t effect my sleep really at all. There is no wardrobe to hang clothes.

The manager (I assumed he was) was really nice and helpful!! I got a double bed room although I made a reservation for a two bed room for myself. Much appreciated, thank you! The room was spacious. It was nice to have some necessities like slippers, toothpaste and so on. I liked the location with (local) restaurants closeby. The pool was great to escape the heat.

One evening out of three it was really noisy at night because of tourists entering the building and because of the bar next to the hotel. I had to sleep with earplugs and was fine then. There was a whole in the net covering the toilet window so a few mosquitoes still came into the room which was annoying.

Stayed for 4 nights. The bedroom was cosy. The toiletries were adequate. The garden was really nice and warm. The bathroom was clean. The host, Luo recommended some places to us to celebrate the Loy Kratong festival, super friendly and helpful.

My bathroom has been smelly and the hosts said it could be a sewage problem, so hopefully the issue can be resolved sooner rather than later. If you are a light sleeper and go to bed before twelve, it is not recommended to stay here as it can be noisy with the pubs nearby, but it was not a big issue for me and the hosts give a warm reminder when check in.

The hotel enjoys a 5-star location in Chiang Mai old town, which makes it super easy to go around, walking or motorbiking. Don't expect anything fancy, but very good value for money and the room was top clean. To be mentioned the swimming pool belongs to the bar located next to the hotel.

The mentioned bar just nearby the hotel plays pretty loud music starting end of afternoon, which is annoying if you're planning a relaxing and restful trip.

Lovely building with tall, bright, spacious rooms, located in the south west heart of Chiang Mai old town, in walking distance from everything. The hotel shared a swimming pool with a cafe/bar next door which was always active and sold draft beer which was a nice bonud! Plus there was a craft area to create your own bead jewellery. Thank you for our stay! 🙏

Good location, very nice large and clean room with high ceiling windows, a cute little garden and access to a swimming pool. The manager is super friendly and helpful, I could leave my case for 2 days while I travel to another city. I booked again for few more days, and I'd consider this hotel again in the future.

Nothing, except it can be a little noisy sometimes, with the sound of music coming from a pub nearby. But not a dealbreaker. Overall feels really nice and tranquil.

The property was close to many lovely cafes and restaurants as well as the main temple. The owner is very kind and helpful! The pool is lovely and cozy. The thing good to know is that the pool is shared with a bar next door. Meaning that you can have drinks while swimming! The room was equipped in many useful things such as toothbrushes, hair dryer and even a cubes for laundry.

Nothing - it was great!

Everything. Super cute, clean. The bar next door with the pool is great to chill during day time and get a drink while the kids sleep if u have a baby phone and don’t mind the weed smell.
