Very nice boutique hotel in the old city. Enjoyed the breakfasts in the lovely small dining room. Nice patio with plants and lanterns shielded from the street noise.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the attention to detail is outstanding, making you feel completely at home. Every space, from the common areas to the room, is carefully decorated with thoughtful touches, surprises, and gifts that show how much love and effort go into running this place. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, offering an impressive variety of options. You can enjoy freshly made omelets and fried eggs, jasmine rice with vegetables for a more traditional touch, salads with different dressings, fresh fruits, yogurt, natural juices, bread, and so much more. But what truly sets this place apart is the passion and dedication they put into everything they do. Everything feels handcrafted with care and attention. On top of that, the location is excellent. Within 200 meters, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and temples, making it very convenient to explore. I absolutely loved Chiang Mai, and when I return, I will definitely stay at this magnificent place again.

Honestly, there’s nothing I disliked—everything was perfect. Breakfast is usually served from 7 to 10 AM, but since one of my tours picked me up at 7:10, they went out of their way to serve breakfast early at 6:40 AM. That’s what I call outstanding customer service!

It is absolutely clean, no complaints. And adorable cotton bath robe is provided and flip flops as well The breakfast is amazing, finally it was something like you imagine when travel to Asia: fruits, spring rolls, as many coffee as you want , mango jam ect ect There are option , will not make a list The staff is very friendly, comfortable to talk to and just nice overall Everything about the place is done very thoughtfully and guest oriented We stayed one night and then booked more, my boyfriend did not want to start elsewhere The location is really near all the live streets in walking distance to everything A really special place and I am a picky customer in fact!

The hotel is gorgeous. The moment I saw the hanging lanterns and the Thai decor and style, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff were lovely, the hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect. It's like an old Thai style house, very authentic and wooden. The room was spacious and just gorgeous. Plus the bed was huge and so comfortable compared to many Thai beds which are hard and uncomfortable. The location is quiet but very central. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again when back in Chiang Mai. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect

Property is a boutique facility. I loved how quiet the place was. What’s best about the property is its staff. The ladies of the property are super nice and welcoming. I absolutely loved all of them! They were very polite and had the best smiles!! Oh and the breakfast buffet was super cute, food tasted very homey! Chef would always come out and check on the food! Loved it!

The bathrooms can be a bit more modern.

The detail in the decor, the feel of the space as you walk in, giving it an authentic feel if Thai in the accommodation. Two ladies who assisted us, Mih and Lek (hope I didn't get your names too wrong), were wonderful with guiding us, speaking us through things, arranging an early morning taxi pick up for us when we left, their humility and call to serve evident and so much appreciated through our engagements when we spoke and attempted to joke between one another, a really warm and friendly feel they created for us with our engagements. The room was beautiful, had all you needed for a comfortable stay, amenities as advertised, breakfast was lovely with variety in Thai dishes for breakfast across the days. Safe location and central to move in and around the old town, and waking distance to other areas beyond the old town city walls if you choose to walk. Restaurants, aplenty, along with temples through the old town, night markets in walking distance including the Bazar and Saturday and Sunday night markets respectively. Close to the airport too, convenient drive by taxi or Grab ride. Thank you Mih and Lek to you and your team who took care of us and made our honeymoon special through your efforts! Would gladly recommend and enjoy another stay here if we are able to visit again in time.

Something to consider, if the vents of the A/C could be positioned so it doesn't blow directly onto the bed at the angles it currently does (even after the adjustment of the flaps), perhaps if the air could be directed further up towards the ceiling above the bed, it would allow for a better experience with he cold air not blowing directly onto the bed.

A beautiful and charming boutique hotel in authentic Thai style. Very friendly and smiling staff. The location is perfect, close to all the liveliness, yet in a quieter street. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were chic and beautifully decorated.

High-quality bed and breakfast. Incomparable decor with magnificent vintage objects and family heirlooms. A top-quality welcome, and the total availability of the hosts, who take great care of their guests. A refined and varied breakfast under the fresh morning plants and in the shade of a tree. A beautiful green setting in the hotel. I'll be going back there as soon as I return to the region. Next door, a massage parlour at unbeatable prices. All this just 10 minutes from the airport. You can be sure of a quality stay at this charming hotel.

Very friendly personnel, a lovely hotel in the old city. From the reception to the rooms everything was perfect. They even prepared an earlier breakfast for me because I had booked an early excursion. Can definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

It is on a rather busy street so I wasn't able to really use the balcony. Could sleep well though. Everything else was perfect ☺️
