Very good service from start to finish. Clean facilities and room cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed. Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast with enough options not to go bored.

Some neutral points: As with most Thai hotels the doors are not sealed properly, meaning you can hear everything that goes on outside the room quite well. Not really a big problem for us, but did wake up a few times in the morning from other people talking or slamming their doors. Night time it was very quiet. Although the pool looks great, it's in the shade all day so it's quite cold. No real sunbeds too, so not the place if you want to lounge by the pool and get a tan.

This beautiful, intimate hotel is situated close to all main tourist sites, making it an ideal location for exploring the Old City of Chiang Mai. Despite its central location, it is tucked away in a quiet spot, providing a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy some quiet time. Having visited numerous hotels worldwide, this one stands out for its stunning rooms, spacious bathrooms and exceptional service. The staff are incredibly polite and go out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, making you feel truly welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautifully clean and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We are used to a buffet breakfast so it was a nice chance to sit and order for a menu at the Cheeva Dee. Although there are limited vegetarian options, the pancakes, fruit, and toast were extremely fresh and delicious. The food is presented with the quality and finesse of a Michelin-rated restaurant. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for its combination of comfort, excellent service, and superb location. We would stay here again if we returned to Chiang Mai.

1.Whole floor is too slippery not only room but bath room, suggest providing the rubber slipper for bath room 2.Water was not hot and the pressure was insufficient in our room

Nice quiet little place that’s not overcrowded with tourists. The room we got is big for the area with nice cafes and big reputable spa centres just walking distance away. Popular SP chicken and Wat Phra Singh is so nearby. Quick taxi ride away to key places as we are centrally located (One Nimman 10 min north west, thap pae gate and warorot market 10min east, Kalm arts centre 10min south) We loved the big bathroom and bed, lift access to the 4th floor and nice cool breakfast area next to the pool. The staff are great as well, friendly and attentive. Away from major roads (pollution and noise) as well as away from party areas so nice and quiet at night.

Could do better with range of services like laundry and amenities can be better like better slippers, update the TV to a smart one. But these donnot impact our stay experience. It is a little pricier than other accommodations in the area but the premium comes I think with the privacy (lesser rooms).

We had a great time at the Cheeva Dee Hotel! We stayed 5 nights and there‘s absolutely nothing we could complain about. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful at all times and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also breakfast was outstanding. We could order from a breakfast menu. So everyone’s food was prepared especially for them. Even on day‘s we had to leave early we could preorder breakfast or they would prepare something to take with us. We‘re absolutely grateful for the time we were able to spend at Cheeva Dee Hotel and would 100 % recommend it to everyone asking.

This small hotel has been the last stay of our 1-month travel time in Thailand. It was a really nice end to our vacation. The room was really nice, especially the bath section, having a great bath tube. Our room was pretty quiet, which is always important to me being a light sleeper. What was really excellent though was the breakfast. It is à la carte, a really nice change from the buffets we had before. Each dish was really excellent and awesomly arranged. The breakfast personal was really great as well. Each morning we were looking forward to this start in the day.

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved it, the staff are attentive and helpful, the room is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and rather than an exhausting buffet, you order from a menu that has a great selection, it is then prepared and arrives in 5 minutes, even coffee refills are taken care of without the need to get up from your seat. This reminds me of the effortlessness experienced when having a traditional Japanese breakfast in Japan, and I love it. You can sit outside by the pool or inside for breakfast. We stayed on the second floor, which is perfect as you can just walk up the stairs instead of taking the lift. Much attention has been given and the staff have been well trained in all areas. The location is great, 8 minutes by taxi to the airport and it's in a quiet street. You can hire a car from the front desk for around 1000baht per day, it was a brand new car or you can hire a motorcycle from Cat Motorcycles which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel for around 250baht per day.

Cheeva Dee is a fantastic little boutique hotel with lovely rooms and possibly the most comfortable bed we have stayed on during our month stay in Thailand. The location is great and centralised to old town Chiangmai with plenty around to see and do and places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke well enough English. They were very kind and provided a nice surprise upon checking in for our honeymoon which was very lovely after travelling from Bangkok.

Through no fault of the property itself and would be difficult to rectify the swimming pool is always in the shade due to the building layout. We would still use it of an afternoon but it was very cold.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was so nice and all spoke very good English. They were so accommodating. We brought in food we had ordered and they let us eat in their dining room and even provided dishes and cutlery. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful every time. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great for our needs. Close to coffee, food, laundry mat, and gym. They even provided breakfast when we were leaving early for a tour. We loved our stay here! We didn't want to leave!

The Wi-Fi did not work for me on my phone but that's okay. It worked well on my laptop!

Very helpful and attentive staff, especially the male who served us at breakfast most mornings. Breakfast was delicious and had a great option of freshly made food for all tastes. Pool was lovely (however, a little cold from being in the shade) Rooms were big and spacious. Rooms and hotel very clean. Quiet location but tourist attractions were within walking distance. Offered us Thai tea and Thai cookies upon arrival. Reception and check in 24 hours

This is more a compliment than something we didn’t like - the breakfast was so delicious I wished they also offered lunch and dinner!
