Everything. :) This property has everything you need. The stuff is very nice, always helpfull, trying to make you fell as comortable as possible. The hotel is quite new, with nice rooms. They offer complimentary drinks in your fridge, also they have unlimited free water bottles and coffee at the lobby and every floor. They even give you ice cream during the day :) The breakfast is very good, with variety of thai and international choices… the food is different every day. The first day when we came to the hotel they even offered a free breakfast (we were to early to check in). They also have laundry service. We would defenitely recommend and we will come back :)

We loved everything about our stay at BED - it completely exceeded our expectations! I traveled with a group of 9, and we were able to fit comfortably in 4 rooms that were all close to each other. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The location is amazing - right inside the Old City and within walking distance to many temples, restaurants, and shops. BED has a very convenient and affordable laundry service that we utilized on our last day as well. The breakfast was freshly made daily from a rotating menu, so we were able to try all kinds of traditional Thai fixings. They also had bottled water, juice, and fresh fruit available 24/7 at no extra charge. The staff was very personable. What really set apart this hotel was the amazing staff. They immediately made us feel welcome and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. My group loved getting to talk with JP over breakfast and hear his amazing recommendations and how best to navigate the city. They offered us ice cream while at the pool and before heading out for the day - it was delicious! We also had a friend celebrate a birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised her with a cake and candles to her door - a memory none of us will forget! We were sad to leave and hope to return one day soon!

BED is a beautiful accommodation full of greenery and passion. We have a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is so convenient for going to most of the Sightseeing in old town. All staffs are friendly, full of energy and passionate, especially Henry,  JP and his Teammates. They provided excellent services upon our arrival and during our stay. We feel warmly welcome, like coming back home. BED Facilities are wonderful, freeflow coffeee, tea, bottled water, fruit juice and fresh fruit in the fridge, snacks and cup noodle are provided in the lobby 24/7, you can have it anytime, it is FOC.  Breakfast served with Love every morning from 7 to 10am, and it's very delicious with different varieties of foods everyday. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach amenities for tourists on foot. I walked around the old town, visited One Nimman, Anusarn and Pavilion night market, Kalm Village, Baan Kang Wat by Grab, it was so easy and fare was reasonable. It's only 15 minutes from the International airport by Grab. I highly recommend BED if you are coming to Chiang Mai for a Chill and Relax holidays.

When it comes to service this place exceeded our expectations. Whole term of young, kind, helpful personnel is making you feel right at home. They have very unique approach in attending to guests, what we found, to be refreshing in this world that is getting less personal by day. BED is renovated in a modern, black and white, minimalistic style, beds and pillows are very comfortable and our room was very quiet although it had direct access to pool and was right across from the lobby. Perfect location right in the old town, so everything is in a walking distance. Breakfast was always plentiful, fresh, delicious!!! Every day was something new, coffee was the best, so fare, we had in Thailand and you can come any time and help yourself with a free espresso, cappuccino…fruits, yummy rice cookies, cereal, noodles, bottled water ( in glass) juices, soft drinks. It stayed in our memory and we would stay here again if we come back to Chiang Mai. Hugs and kisses to Bobby, Rachel and the rest of the wonderful crew.

Excellent breakfast! Tons of complimentary water and evening snacks. The staff is so helpful, kind, and accommodating. There is a reason for the excellent reviews. Bed Phrasingh was a wonderful stop on our tour of Thailand. The environment makes you feel like you are a visitor in someone's home or amongst friends.

The beds are very firm and this is common in Thailand and to be expected. However, the pillows are very very soft and make up for the firmness of the mattress.

There was so much to like about this hotel! Breakfast was phenomenal every morning, the location was perfect being in old town, but also away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were perfect - the mini bar with complimentary drinks, the bamboo toothbrushes available, and the 24/7 water, juice, noodles, and fruit were delicious and appreciated. The absolute best part of this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I can’t say enough good things! This was my favorite stay in Thailand.

The beds were a little bit stiff, but that seems to be the norm in Thailand.

As soon as we arrived, which was at 7am after the sleeper bus, we were greeted with breakfast and coffees! The staff there are genuinely incredible and can’t do enough for you, they make you feel like it’s a home away from home. The breakfast selection is great and varied, with fresh juices and home cooked foods each day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, have free sodas and water and you even get the odd complimentary ice lolly round the pool area. BED is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at - we’ll miss Chiang Mai, the staff and of course, Ninja the cat :)

The people of BED made all the difference, their warm welcome and bright smiles literally warmed our hearts. They know what matters to travellers - comfortable bed, good shower, nighttime snacks, free flow juices, coffee, tea, water after a day out. Then, it’s a fabulous start to a new day with home-cooked hearty breakfast with pastries, fruits, local & western fare, something for everyone. It’s a community here in BED, young energetic, friendly and helpful, these are good humans! Tip, Rachel, Bobby, Nancy, Jerome and everyone else, Thank You for being so kind. You guys are good people!

Its a chic modern hotel. We had a spacious triple room, a giant TV, great bathroom with walk in shower duperb air-con and a balcony. The staff are dedicated, super friendly and a charming bunch of youngsters whom will help with whatever you need. The breakfast is cooked on the premises (partly) and amazing mix of Thai and western. Abundant choice for such small hotel. Very tasty too! They recycle bottles, that they refill, so you can have unlimited, juice, coffee (amazing coffee it is) water all day long, and fresh fruit. We even got ice-cream when were by the pool. The pool was 24c and perfect for cooling done after a hot day of sightseeing. Its an Adult only hotel and i was there with two of my young adult kids. We absolutely loved the place. If you visit Chiang Mai BED is the hotel to book!

The only tiny thing was that we had two fat pillow each but 2 of us prefer skinny pillows. I suggested the hotel to have one each so it would suite to everyone. Otherwise it was impeccable.

The staffs are the highlight! They made our first time in Chiang Mai. Hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast always fresh home made, different everyday. Free coffee ( Ice and hot) and cold bottle water. FYI, hotel also provides laundry service. 60 bah per kg, drop off and pickup ( washed, dried, and FOLDED). We will definitely go back again!

Maybe the pillow is a little bit too firm and high. Hotel also provides flat pillow, just need to inform the staff.
