The property is located in the Old City, pretty convenient to get around. Simple cafes or coffeeshop nearby to grab or relax. Hotel provide simple refreshments too such as instant coffee. Hot water dispenser and microwave to use also provided. Room is very good and clean, normally they housekeep and provide new amenities and bottled drinking water daily. Owners and staff very helpful and friendly, dont forget to check the tea bar too.

Shower do not have lower floor in the bathroom. so most of the time after shower the bathroom is a bit flooded but it's not a hassle.

The room were clean, The hotel also was very clean. The staff were very nice, they always were smiling and greeting the guests. The mattress were very comfortable!!! I did not want to wake up in the morning. There were special tea serve to the guests who slept in the hotel. Cold air conditioner. There were smart TV. There were hot water machine and refrigerator. The hotel is good located, easy to went and easy to finded the foods. The opposite of the hotel were Thai massage shop and restaurant. Their tea bar is really good a cup of tea and their were very knowledgeable about tea.

My experience at the Zhennan was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the towels were refreshed daily, along with the bed being made. Downstairs I had unlimited tea and coffee with a microwave and a refrigerator with water, or soda available for 5-20 THB. The tea bar attached to the hotel was a great experience in isn’t self. I loved it.

The location in the old city was great. The staff were lovely, they gave me a warm, friendly welcome and also helped with my bags. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable.

The only downside was that the shower flooded the bathroom floor and I was worried it would seep into the bedroom.

We requested for an early check in and they let us check in to our room early. Really appreciate it. Needed to freshen up after an overnight train from Bangkok. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The building was newly renovated and clean. The location is very good, close to Sunday Night Market. Plenty spa massage and places for food.

The hotel is in a good postion to visit Chiang Mai. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Bed super comfortable!

The room is very small, you can hardly find a space to leave your luggages. Unfortunately there.was bad smell coming from the shower drain.

Great and modern hotel in great location. Very clean! Tv‘s have Netflix, beds are comfy and the AC is great! Staff was really nice and the tea downstairs is awesome.

Very nice owners, super clean and comfortable room. I got fresh water everyday. The Location is very good and the tea house next to the hotel serves very good tea. Everybody is incredibly sweet and kind. I would definitely come again anytime!

There could be more storage possibilities in the room, maybe some hangers on the wall.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous with a great cafe - Gravity close by for amazing breakfasts and other food. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome.

EVERYTHING. Lovely family run hotel. Rooms are small but equipped perfectly with everything you need. Massive, comfortable bed. Good size and good quality TV. Mirror for make up, really powerful shower, super clean with a tea bar in the lobby
