Location is superb - the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, (day & night) markets, a public park, eateries, tourist information shops (where we booked our half-day tours), and massage shops. The staff is very warm and friendly, and customer service is great! They offered us local sweet treats and cake, on two occasions. We were very surprised when, one evening, the manageress tried to hail a "songthaew" (red taxi) for us, even though she didn't have to. Whenever we needed something (like a change of pillow), they were very quick to fulfill our request. Also, we loved that the room, bathroom and bed were very clean and well-kept.

There is no cupboard to hang your clothes; only clothes hooks and hangers are provided. The pillow was too high for me, so I requested a flatter one, and the staff promptly gave me one.

The hotel is near a nice park, the moat, and conveniences like 7-11. The staff was super nice. The lady gave recommendations for coffee places, restaurants, and different events in the area. The room was comfortable and good size.

The hotel was not as close to some of the things that I like the best in the Old Town. The hotel does not clean your room unless you request it. They will leave water and toilet paper if you do not have the room cleaned. I didn't like that, but it really wasn't a problem at all.

We were pleasantly surprised! It seemed like a simple hotel but it was much more than that. Everybody was so nice and talkative. They have free drinking water in bottles and at a refillable station. The location was also fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here!

Some noise from the hallway and other rooms late at night.

Amazing location in Old Town. Walking distance to temples and markets. Right across the road from 7/11, pharmacy and lots of restaurants. Clean room and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to connect wifi. Shower has hot water. Safe for solo female travellers.

I used the ‘do not disturb sign’ because I do not need my room cleaned everyday. However I noticed other rooms who did the same had water bottles and toilet paper left outside their door but I never got any. Not a huge deal, but that is my only complaint.

To start with a want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the wonderful lady who rushed from her house to the hotel, then to the airport to bring me my ring up to the security gates. It was a special ring I left behind and I'm so grateful for your kindness :) The hotel was in a good location, walking distance to most things. They had refill water to save you buying more single waste plastic. The room was spacious, light and comfortable. They have hirer bikes available out front if needed.

This is a lovely clean hotel in the most amazing location. The staff is so kind and sweeting offering us sweet treats and gifts. So welcoming every day, open to giving us great advice. It is a clean basic hotel close to everything. If you are looking for clean, comfortable with great staff and greatest location this is great!

The staff were incredibly helpful, they gave us lots of tips on arrival of things to check out. We had to wait until 8pm for our transfer to Bangkok and we were allowed to leave our bags with them and wait in the lobby while they brought us water. The room itself was great but the staff made it exceptional.

Extremely kind, helpful and lovely manager, we got so much help and always a smile. :) That surely makes up for a few criticisable details. Rooms are spacious and modernly well equipped, with fridge, TV, kettle with opportunity to cook your own coffee or tea. VERY comfortable bed! Conveniently located 500 metres from Wat Pra Singh in the old city, and 200m from the channel.

Bathroom has no working ventilation which results in some mouldy tile joints and a swollen wooden door. Water pressure sways (which isn't a big problem though) and water needs a few minutes to heat up. Towels and bed linen have surely seen better days.
