Facilities: The hotel is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Thai charm with modern comfort. Everything is well maintained, and the common areas are peaceful and inviting. Comfort: The room was clean, spacious, and had a very cozy bed. The air conditioning worked well, and everything I needed was provided. I felt completely at ease here. Location: Amazing location in the heart of Chiang Mai Old Town. It’s close to temples, Sunday walking street, coffee shops, and local food stalls — perfect for exploring the city by foot or bike. Cleanliness: Spotless! The room, bathroom, and shared spaces were all very clean and fresh. I could tell the staff really care about hygiene and presentation. Value for Money: Great value for the price. You get a comfortable room, excellent service, and a prime location all at a very reasonable rate. Staff: The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel at home right away and were always available for questions or local tips. Their hospitality really made a difference.

The Aircon had some issues..was not cooling the room properly..it will cool for 10 seconds, then stop cooling and restart cooling after a minute .it was very uncomfortable.. to cool entire room it will take several hours . No fan either . Not sure why they took a deposit of THB 1000 in cash for security..never ever did I face this earlier.. have stayed in many hotels earlier also . Was quite worried till the last date whether I will get the 1000 THB back from them, or they deduct it on some pretext.. Another challenge was opening the shoes at entrance and carrying them in hand, to room..?? So pathetic . Very bad treatment..

The staff there are all so incredibly FRIENDLY and smiles from everyone all the time. Although I'm just some random American, I absolutely loved that the staff genuinely seemed so happy to me whenever I returned to the hotel. It's not the fanciest place in Chiang Mai, but it's pretty, and it's close to so many things you can walk to. And, again, I can't say enough positive things about the totally awesome staff Book this place! It does fill up quick!

One thing I will mention right out of the gate is that they are directly next door to a chicken coup. From this visit, I learned that roosters crow not just in the morning, but 24 hours a day. So if you're a light sleeper, you might have some difficulty. I actually found the sound sort of comforting, so maybe you might too?

A perfect place in old town with a great location near temples,7-11 & many local food stalls. The service & staffs are excellent and overrated. They are really helpful you finding a taxi & tour. The room is clean and cozy with a very nice mountain view. I will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located right in the 'square' of old Chiang Mai. Nice room, the building feels new and fresh.

The key bundle is a bit bulky - there's a keycard in a plastic frame, there's a plug to activate the power in the room and the metal key and altogether they're a bunch. The stairs to upper floors are wooden and kinda borderline to slippery - especially as you're supposed to leave your shoes in the lobby, when you wear socks and walk on steps made of polished wood it's not very convenient especially when with bags.

The hotel was in great localisation: quiet street but still very close to the central spots in Chiang Mai. Very helpful and polite staff who are always willing to give you advice what to visit and what to do in the city and around Chiang Mai.

Stairs are a little scary, but probably there's nothing the staff can do about it. You just have to be careful. You can't bring any food to the room because of ants, but it's not a big problem.

very friendly and accommodating staff. always greeting us and chatting with us in the mornings or when we would return after a long day out around the city. the location is very good, only 1 minute to 7/11 or 4 minutes to the south side of the moat. We got the private room, which was clean, comfortable and most importantly, had a balcony.

the tiles in the bathroom are black, so the lighting made it difficult to use the mirror. I think this could be fixed very easily if they added a light over the mirror.

Very comfortable spacious with nice view from 3rd floor! Enjoyed the no shoes on policy, made the place more homey and cleaner. There is a pretty good breakfast place across the street and numerous massage around.

The building is facing the sun and during day was boiling, if you travel beginning end of dry season.

Very clean with comfy beds. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Perfect location as it’s close to shops, cafes, restaurants, night and day markets. 7/11 store 2 mins away. Super cafe for breakfast opposite the hotel.

A chair to sit on the balcony would have been nice.

This was a fantastic motel for the price. The staff and owner were the most helpful and incredible people I have met in Thailand. if you want to stay somewhere that you get treated with absolute respect and looked after like family, I suggest you come here. I honestly cannot give enough praise for the way they looked after me. Highly recommended. Thank you 🙏
