The Reception ladies are friendly and helpful, free coffee, tea, bread for toast and biscuits. The location is perfect with great rrestaurants and 7 Eleven within a 2 minute walk and is in a quiet side street. Comfottable beds, clean rooms with good shower and AC. 2 free bottles of water everyday when the cleaner comes.

Other guests not giving a damn about anyone else despite clear 'Quiet Zone' signage they still feel the need to slam doors and speak ridiculously loudly for the whole hotel to hear despite being a foot away from each other. Yes the walls may be thin but if people understood and followed the policy and read the signage it would be superb , too many cluless and ignorant people but thats not the fault of the hotel.

super easy check in and check out. they didn't mind letting us into the room and leaving to exchange currency to pay later that night! nice room, very clean and good size water bottles each day! good size balcony as well

the shower didn't have a curtain and it was open so water got everywhere all over the bathroom no matter how hard we tried to avoid it. also it was kind of frustrating having to reconnect to the wifi every time we left and came back. another thing was that nothing in the fridge stayed cold while we were out for the day as we took the power card with us, so we felt like we couldn't really keep any food in there unless just overnight.

-Booked a king size room with Balcony, Decent space in the room. - Bathroom was also decent and clean. No hot water for sink but the shower was warm. Did not need the shower to be too hot as it was very warm outside! - Towels were changed as often as we required. -Staff were friendly and approachable! -The accommodation was the perfect area for the old town, temples were walking distance, gym also accessible 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. -The hotel was reasonably priced and good facilities

-Could be better with wardrobe / space to store our stuff but this was not a big deal for us!

Hotel was great, location was good, we were able to walk anywhere within the old city walls. Staff was nice, there is a spot in the lobby with basic food and drinks available for free. We were able to drop the bags off before check in time. Room had enough space for two bigger backpacks and the beds were firm, which we liked. AC was working well but it was working only when we were in the room - there is a keychain on the keys that you have to insert in the slot to get electricity in the room. There is a 7-eleven one minute walk away.

Everything was well, the only thing better would be if the AC was working all the time, not only when we were in the room.

Overall very good. Helpful staff, clean room and solid location. Use Grab to get from train station / airport to hotel. Staff were also helpful in booking excursions (cooking class & elephant sanctuary) with discount offered by the hotel for booking with them. Would recommend.

There were LED lights above the bed that were perpetually on. At night they remained on, this was quite annoying. Otherwise everything else was of suitable standard for the price point.

It is right in the middle of the old city. Most attractions are within a reasonable walking distance, and for excursions, you can book with the hotel in advance and if booking online the bus will provide pick up from the hotel. The room was nice and spacious and was very comfortable. They also provide a service to wash clothing.

The washing service the hotel provides is a bit expensive compared to coin laundries close by, but they also iron your clothing.

Honestly the best accommodation in Chiang Mai for the price aswell! The staff were so sweet the location was perfect as everything we booked could pick us up from there (e.g cooking classes, elephant visits, sticky waterfalls.) The room was so clean and litterally perfect the bathroom was great aswell. The view from the balcony was unreal especially at sunset. the room also had a fridge and we got 2 free bottles of water everyday. DEFO STAY HERE IT IS GREAT!! xx

Bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfy! Good location in the old town, near lots of good places to eat and drink.

Staff were incredibly moody, literally wouldn’t let us check in until bang on 2pm. Didn’t say a word to me after check in and I stayed there for 5 days - not even a good morning! Rooms are fine but lacking some facilities, it has a balcony but no chairs on it. Cups and a kettle but no coffee or tea?! Towels had been cut in half and the pillowcase was hand sewn up.

The rooms were a lovely size and very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily and free teas and coffees down in reception. Great location, we were close to everything but it was lovely and quiet in the actual hotel. Some great places to eat near by we’re Garden to Table and Mum & Me opposite for breakfast.

The rooms are very clean. The aircondition is decent, good enough to be comfortable and fall asleep. If you get a room on the 3rd floor, about 40% of the rooms have a direct line of sight to the mountain, that is an incredible scenic view to wake up to. Pic attached. Situated near old town you can get almost anywhere with 40 BHT, and theres great restaurants close by. The decorations are very beautiful, one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at with this price point.

The desk area is very small and the hair dryer weak, minor complaints tho.
