We really like the feel of the building as well as the way that the room was decorated. This accommodation is indeed cozy as its name suggest. There is a beautiful view from the balcony and the room has an air purifier which is a great addition. The sheets were also super clean, and the bed and duvet were soft and comfortable.

The Aircon made a bit of a louder sound than usual however we manage to change the setting that made it quieter. It’s also good to know that the images of the room seem to be taken with a wide lens which makes the room appear slightly larger in the photos than it is in reality.

The location of the stay is amazing. It is at a walkable distance to all different attractions of Chiang Mai (Wat Phra, Night market, Chedi Luang, etc). Also, plus point just 10-15 mins drive from airport. The local market nearby is amazing, I could get everything I needed from good aesthetic cafes, to food, to bike rentals, to local taxis, massage parlours, tour planning agencies, etc etc. Staff was very helpful, and very polite in answering all questions and queries. They even assigned us the room few hours before the check in time so that we didn't had to waste our time waiting. Really had a great stay at the property.

I felt room size to be small, felt a little clumsy after putting our luggages. Washrooms were also quite small. In photos the room looks bigger 😄 Breakfast and kitchen could be a by default option for tourists, as many a times one need leave early morning to catch flights or cafes are not opened yet, and food is required. And if possible, laundry to be included at the stay, it will really help travellers.

After spending weeks spending on hard beds these beds were amazing and the pillows were a great support for my next. The rooms were cleaned daily unless I requested otherwise and the hotel was off a side street of a busy road within walking distance to tourist sites, restaurants, and amenities. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai.

I didn't mind the size of the room as I was alone, it may be a little tight for two people with luggage.

Room was great but initially I was given a room by the stairs, which wasn't optimal as you could hear the people when they were walking up or down. Mentioned this to reception and they gave me another room no questions asked. Location is great, on a side street 100 metres off the busier main street, so nice and quiet. There's 7-11 approx 250 metres away and in between this walk theres a few street food vendors, one older thai lady sells cooked food dishes, try the Massaman with rice, cost? 30baht.

Clean room with enough places to keep your things on, quiet A/C, plenty of electricity sockets, fridge, coffee. Daily water and bathroom clean. Good location to the temples, 30mins walk to the night market, but it was fine. Quiet little street, close to 7/11 and good places to eat. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. You can ask for a hairdryer or an umbrella (needs deposit)

Very small shower, but in general bathroom was clean and comfortable. The room was on 4th floor, you can hear water pump very loudly during day and night. But the view is very nice.

Fantastic 3-night stay at Cozy Inn! Staff are very friendly and happy to help; the rooms are indeed very cozy inn-side, and the overall location and aesthetic design carries a feeling of afluent sophistication 🤩 Other tenants are also respectful; everyone observes keeping things quiet at night🌙 Excellent value-for-money that I will absolutely stay with again! 🧡

No negatives to speak of, only wish I could enjoy it longer!

It is very well located inside of the old town, close to a lot of touristic spots and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and even if you don't require cleaning they still leave a clean set of towels and water bottle everyday. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot, it had a small fridge and pot to boil water as well as cups to use, and the wifi was very good. I had some Zoom meetings and never had a problem. Would totally recommend.

The chair is too short for the table, so it was a little uncomfortable to work from there, but if you are not going to be working or having classes this shouldn't be a problem. You also have a table and chair outside that you can use, though during summer it might be too hot.

The location is great with walking distance to cafes, markets and sights. The room was clean and quaint with fresh water, towels and toilet roll everyday. Checking in was easy. The cafe on the new soi, GRAVITY was amazing to go everyday for breakfast and dinner!

I would have preferred the shower to be hotter as the water was warm. To find an alternative solution to shower curtain as it was quite tight space so wet shower curtain would often touch me and stick to my wet body which was annoying.

Really good value for a lovely room. Cleaned every day, great shower, own fridge, plenty of hanging space. The bed is hard but I’ve found that to be true for most beds in Thailand. Reception staff are lovely. It’s opposite a self-service laundry, next to my favourite little cafe and a brilliant massage place, 2 minutes from a 7-11 and about 5 minute walk from the Sunday night market.

It’s a shame there is no food available here, there seems to be a bar on the terrace but I never saw it open. The biggest downside was that there is a light outside every room that shines brightly through the gap at the top of the curtain.

Great location in walking distance of everywhere downtown. Love the "motel type' balcony with all the rooms and the private little table and chairs for each. Good space, little fridge and water bottles each day, little desk and TV.

Wi-Fi was sometimes amazing, sometimes horrible. There were cobwebs in the corners, but the rest was very clean. The sheets had holes in them but were very clean, I asked to have them changed as I kept poking my foot through it and they did.
