Loves the decor and size of the room. Beautiful balcony with direct pool access. Love the welcome message/ coconut snack/ free evening mocktail from restaurant/ bottled water. Reception staff were friendly and helpful especially the man who worked in the evening.

Nothing really. Location is about 7-10 minutes walk from attractions/ seven eleven. Location felt more like residential area with lot of hotels/ massage places nearby. Felt very safe as a female solo traveller walking around even at night. Wish there was in-house guest self laundry facility.

Phenomenal hotel! I loved everything about this hotel. It was nicer than I expected! It was beautiful, clean, and I felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable. It was well worth paying a hint more than some other boutique hotels because of the excellence of this hotel. Here are some highlights: - The location was superb. It was on a quieter street in between two very busy streets. You can walk to everything. The massage place literally a few steps away was delightful with excellent pricing. There are delicious restaurants only a few minutes away by foot. - The design is beautiful and calming. - The room is very comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had a very comfortable king bed and lovely balcony overlooking a monastery. (FYI wear ear plugs if you’re very sensitive to sound from the monastery since they wake very early. I barely noticed though without ear plugs) - The breakfast included in the hotel price is delicious with many very filling options, both western style, eggs, and/or Asian stir fry options. Delicious coffee with non-dairy milk options (I had a soy cappuccino), fresh fruit, and many other items. Very impressive! - The menu is also labeled for gluten free and vegetarian. This is the only restaurant I found in chiang mai that did this. It was so helpful since I have a gluten allergy and am vegetarian - Room service is available and was very good - The air conditioner worked very well - Beautiful pool which is clean and long enough to swim laps in. This is the main reason why I chose this hotel and it didn’t disappoint! - Very kind and friendly staff - Excellent water pressure and hot water for showers - Glass bottled filtered water is always replenished and available - Robes are provided. They could add slippers for an extra touch. If I return to Chiang Mai, I would 100% stay here again eagerly and recommend this to anyone. I am highly pleased with my stay.

The only thing I can think of is to add a bit of sound absorption in the hallways. The hallways echoed if groups of people were waking through and speaking loudly, especially with young kids. No fault of hotel, and in no way bothered my stay for longer than a moment here and there, but perhaps some fabric hangings could improve sound absorption.

The breakfast, the cleanliness, the location, and especially the front desk people. JJ, Tik, and Suemi did an excellent job in trying to resolve a double booking problem that started with booking.com. they were very kind and helpful to me and my travel companion. Great location!

we didn't like the 4:15 a.m. gong sound and especially the barking dogs everyday. however, we realize that that is out of the hotel's control, and were told that there would be some noise at that time. we were able to mask the sound reasonably well. we appreciate the hotel staff being honest and helpful to us.

Great breakfast in attached restaurant. Room was very comfortable. Old Town location offered many easy walk to several restaurants, massage places and night markets. We were only in Chiang Mai for four days. Seems like there may have been a couple other areas that had some "trendier options"

Overall happy, but must be a temple located nearby as we were woken early every morning by gongs and subsequent barking dogs. Also located very near a school, so street gets clogged with school pickup every day in late afternoon.

We had an incredible stay at T Heritage for our third anniversary. The room was set up with a lovely decoration and gift to celebrate our occasion which we were so grateful for! The staff are an absolute delight - I’m shocked to read recent reviews about the service as I think it’s some of the best we have ever received. All the staff were so polite, helping to carry bags, open doors, make local recommendations and always greet you with a lovely, happy smile. New (may have the spelling wrong) on the front desk was amazing - he went above and beyond for our entire stay! Would recommend to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in Chiang Mai. It was the perfect stay for our special occasion and would definitely return!

Only four sun beds by the pool so we couldn’t get one on the afternoon we arrived, but had no trouble the morning after! Lots of other chairs available though so not a massive issue at all ☺️

The staff are welcoming and friendly. They help in anyway they can and even suggest places to visit or go. I go to Chiang Mai every year and the staff remember me. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. The bathroom set up is great with space ro change The beds are the comfiest I've ever slept in. The pool area is quaint and pretty. This hotel is in a great location, especially for the Sunday night market.

The room was gorgeous. Huge! Swing seat on balcony, bath, wet room, and big comfy bed. Staff were lovely and whole place was immaculate. I had room service and the food was excellent! Large portions and lovely selection of Thai food. Also had western options but I didn’t try them

Restaurant was very very quiet which stopped me eating there. However room service was good and hotel v close to other restaurants

a nice hotel in good location, you can walk from there everywhere in the old town of Chiang Mai. Staff ist super nice and it was fun chatting with them. Room was big with nice balcony. It was all good.

It isnt cheap, so it was a good hotel., but we also had to pay the price for it. Compared with other hotels value for money could have been better. we would still come back, just trying to find a better deal.

The service is exceptional

I didn't like the breakfast (waffle set) which is just too little for me.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and you have everything you need. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they even let us know about the constructions going on and allowed us to check out a little bit later for free, which allowed us more time to sleep in, quick lunch and come back to finish packing. To be honest, we didn't really hear much, just sounded more like quiet white noise in the background and plus we were so tired, we just fell asleep quick. What mattered the most to us was customer service and we couldn't find any fault.

Location was okay for us. The only thing was when the roadworks were happening, it wasn't easy to get back to the hotel by any type of vehicles. The rooms were not totally sound proof. I kept hearing closing of doors, people talking and at one point, there was a guest that sounded like she was arguing with someone or on the phone and you could hear it clearly. It wasn't too bad, but a bit of a annoyance.
