The rooms are very spacious & nicely decorated. The pool area is really pretty and overlooks a fantastic temple next door. Free soft drinks and a few snacks in the room were a nice touch (chips, nuts, dried fruit). The lobby area is also very nice and it’s very quiet. The staff are also very good & helped me with some reservations by calling someone for me due to language barrier. Also they let me keep my luggage here whilst I went trekking and were very quick to help me with it. The staff cannot be faulted at all and are all wonderful.

The website advertises room service, a bar and a restaurant. (Some of the criteria i search when booking as I like to relax after sight seeing at my hotel). However none of these exist! I was told “it’s closed to fix something”. The coffee bar in the lobby was also closed 2/3 days. So- if you were by the pool or at your room and wanted a snack/beer/wine, you’d have to walk to a store. There is a restaurant upstairs but this is only for breakfast and an hour for afternoon tea each day. (A few cakes and tea/coffee). No plant based milks, but accommodated a veggie option for me which was good.

The staff is amazing. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and lovely. The breakfast was good.

There was a smell in the room, possibly from a dusty AC filter. However, everything else was great.

Beautiful place. Overlooked by part of a temple. You could hear monks chanting. Sweet Hotel cat. Altogether very charming.

Lack of room service and a bar. So the staff were great about doing everything they could to bring things to the room but it was unclear from the outset what was possible. They have a gorgeous pool. It would be lovely to be able to have a cocktail at it. They could provide wine and beer but nothing else. So we had drinks in our fridge instead. So didn't ruin the trip by any means but something that would maybe make the hotel more attractive to western travellers in particular.

Extremely well maintained, beautiful and pleasant. The staff was super sweet and accommodating our needs.

This really is a beautiful hotel. Our breakfast here was the best we had in the 3 days in Chiang Mai, as was our dinner in the restaurant.

Design wise the bathroom could do with space to put your toiletries. The bedroom could do with having a mirror, and drawer space for clothing. We felt more could be made of the hotel lounge / reception area by having a bar. It would be the perfect spot for an early evening Gin & Tonic after a day exploring.

Lovely, charming, gorgeous newly refurbished ancient house. Super modern design with a great classic style. The room and facilities have all the modern comforts needed. Direct access from the room to the garden was a plus, lovely terrace overlooking the design pool. We were offered all the minibar drinks and snacks daily. Breakfast was delightfully presented and served. Great choice between Easter and Western dishes. Beautiful breakfast room with terraces. All staff very kind and willing to help. It was my birthday and I was offered a lovely cake and candles.

If you are sensitive to neighbors noises, please reas this! the rooms have Zero noise isolation. It is a pity in such a beautiful charming place, but the floor and walls transfer the noise of all rooms up and on the sides. You hear the guests walking and talking on your ceiling and hear their laughs, talk and TV. Such a pity as it is a newly built part of the hotel. This noise issue is a real problem for such a beautiful and charming new place.

We loved the hotel, because its new (5 mos old), its interiors and architecture are beautiful. Staff very helpful, polite and honest. Bed was comfy. Pillows were hard but they replaced it with softer ones. Staff made sure they prepared breakfast boxes for us each time we had to leave the hotel early in the morning for a planned trip to Chiang rai and to the elephant jungle safari. Location is very good and near the airport. They forgot to give back my deposit when I checked out early for the airport but they called and apologized and wired the money to me. I appreciate their honesty.

You could hear the people in the room above. They didn't clean our bathroom too well after our first night. But once I told them, they made sure they did so the next day. A full length mirror in our ground floor room would be good and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

This hotel is a hidden gem! We had no intention of staying here and we’re actually booked for an airbnb but left early to check out this boutique hotel. Exceeded expectations by a mile! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the location was ideal.

I would have liked two room keys. The rooms are set up to have the room key power electricity to the room. While I know the hotel is conserving energy by requiring the room to power down when guests leave, it would have been more comfortable to come inside from a very hot day to a chilled room.
