The room is quiet even there is a bar downstairs. You wouldn’t hear any noise in a room. The bed and a pillow are very comfy. The location is convenient. There are famous cafes and restaurants nearby.

There are a few bars near a hotel so we never went straight to a room. We had to check it out. 🍺😂

the design is very modern and cute staffs are nice but a bit clumsy

some details of the room showed it’s not well maintained. for example the strip at the door bottom is flipped, some of the plugs are not functioning. There’s a strange smell in the hotel but it looks clean, not sure what the caused the smell. Located on a big road next to a bar, not a quiet place to stay ( i went on a weekday so still ok) breakfast was pricey, 400 bah compare to most of the brunch places nearby offering 200 set. (i didn’t try, might be delicious though) Feel like the hotel was trying to position itself as a high end one but somewhat just couldn’t provide a very comprehensive experience that makes you feel worthwhile. it’s not “bad”, but not good value for the price.

The hotel is quite new. Breakfast is served to your room, and they're quite good and plenty. The location was great, there's a bar with live music and local bands, and also a craft beer bar. The massage place beside the hotel is also great. The staff we met are all very friendly.

The water for shower is lukewarm at best, and the towels provided were non-absorbent. The live music goes on till midnight everyday and our suite room was on top of the bar, so it was not just noisy but also had minor vibrations. It's ok if you stay up late or join the bar at night, otherwise, forget about a quiet night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nuu in Chiang Mai. The hotel is relatively new and the we really liked the decor and styling of the hotel and the room. The staff were really lovely and helpful - they were still figuring out a few teething problems but nothing that was a real issue for us. The bed and pillows were incredible and we slept so well. The room was big and we enjoyed having a TV with the Netflix app that we could sign into. Other reviewers raised concerns about the noise (there is a live music venue downstairs and the hotel is on a busy road) but we didn’t have any issues. We actually visited the live music venue and had a great time. The hotel is on the edge of the old city so it is not in the centre of the night life (which is what we wanted). Recommend getting a bike and going to the night markets on a Saturday and Sunday.

The room didn’t have a kettle.

Firstly, the staff were so kind and hospitable--such great energy! Second, the room was so cute and clean. It was a very comfortable stay and my bed so soft! The breakfast was also a great feed. It was a great location--easy walk to sights or a quick Grab ride away. Really I wish I stayed longer! It made my Chiang Mai just perfect.

Although the bathroom was clean, the shower drain did seem a little clogged so the shower did flood (only a little) nothing bad but if I had to pick something...

Front spacce is always blight and cheerful, and that made me look forward to coming back this place every time. Staffs were friendly and really helpful. We enjoyed the live music on the 1st floor too. (They even prepared earplugs. ) Wifi worked well in the room and the shared space on the 2nd floor, but on the first floor a tiny little bit weak connection. Although the road in front of the hotel has lots traffic, easy access location. Varieties of pillows in the room.

Really loved staying here! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious and the whole place is really well finished with a great aesthetic. Location is good, a bit of a walk to more central area but still things close by. The breakfast was delicious and the bar next door had some great live music but didn’t effect noise levels in our room! Staff also really great!

We booked this hotel last minute but had really great experience. Helpful staff, lovely hospitality. Amazing breakfast in traditional style. Lovely, clean room with nice decor. Great location, walking distance to tourist attractions and restaurants. If you book daily tours (elephant, trekking, etc.), the operators will always be able to come pick you up from this hotel as it's located in the center zone.

It'd be great if they had elevator/ lift.

Very large room with a sitting (on the floor) area. Lots of sunshine in the room. Large shower and bathroom. Overlooking the canal on a busy road. Some restaurants and bars nearby and a 7-Eleven 150 metres away.

No elevators, but staff did carry our suitcases to our room.
