Spacious clean room. Friendly manager. Nice to have complementary coffee and water. Fridge handy too. We found a day-pass gym or two within a 15 minute walk.

The location wasn’t as interesting as led to believe by the other reviews: of course this is subjective: Many of the local eateries were poor standard with a few lucky exceptions. The rooms were large but could do with more storage (no wardrobe). It’s a pity the downstairs cafe has been closed since 2021 so definitely not correct in the description, there is no bar.

Great location in the old town, close to lots of beautiful temples, restaurants, cafes and more. Also a few minutes from a 7/11 which is very convenient. The owner, Bee, is very kind and helpful and has plenty of tours on offer through her property. The room was perfect for two and spotless, also with a lovely bathroom.

The rooms aren’t huge, this wasn’t a problem for us but if you have lots of luggage it may be more difficult for you. Although they do have larger rooms available

It was a good location close to the airport and main road. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering tour options for anyone who didn't have set plans for the location. The host was very informative and offered recommendations often.

It's a small place that is friendlier to solo or paired travelers. Maybe not so couple friendly as you can mostly hear what goes on on other floors or other rooms. Also, there are no elevators so not recommended for heavier suitcase carriers.

Great location in old town. Room was very pleasant. Nice decor. Lovely staff member at check-in, with great English and very friendly. Great shower and spotlessly clean.

A real shame the cafe itself has been closed since COVID, as it has the potential to be beautiful downstairs. Would be lovely to have breakfast there or just a coffee in the morning. As it is, it kind of feels like a B&B without the second B. My room was a bit small.

We liked the look of the rooms and how it was inside Chiang Mai's Old Town parameter. Very close to a lot of restaurants and all the tours we did had a free pick-up cause the accommodation was inside old town. Would definitely stay here again.

No elevators so if you have a lot of luggages, you need to bring it all the way up to your room. Also, the lights in the bathroom we stayed at needs changing cause it keeps going off.

The location of Villa De Hun is very convenient in terms of reaching all highlights and main places as well as the airport, from the airport you need around 5-10 minutes top to reach Villa de Hun. Due to our flight we arrived early morning before check-in, it is possible to leave and store your luggage and also could use the WC to refresh ourselves. The lady in charge, Madame Bee is very nice, friendly and polite, also very proactive for providing information and helping with any question. You can book also with her help different tours for visiting the city. The room itself was very good and well equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable staying here. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the service.

Very central location, very clean rooms, hot water and good water pressure. The large room (deluxe or double). Friendly receptionist.

The twin room (other than our 2nd room) was tiny, window could not close and the noise disturbed us at night. This was not fixed despite informing the manager with a message via booking. 3rd and 4th floor with no elevator (this was not clear in the hotel description).

The Hotel was super clean and the decorations are lovely! Me and my family liked it alot. Pi Bee was very friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. She was very patient to help us at the night we lost the key of the room although it was late at night. I still feel very sorry about the problem and appreciated her alot for her helping. And thank you Mr. Manager of the Hotel also that he had to drive from his home to the Hotel to find another key for us so that we can have our own beds to sleep for the night. Sorry i said ขอบใจ to Pi Bee and Mr Manager, i didn’t know that word is used for people who are younger or the same age as me, not to use for the older ones T__T. สุดท้ายขอขอบคุณทุกคนสำหรับทุกยังนะคะ!

The staff named Bee was absolutely fantastic in checking me in and recommending me the tours available to guests staying here. Location was super central to the sights. Right at the historic city, but not overly touristy. There's a lot of local mom-and-pop shops here. The room itself was just right for someone travelling alone, but if you're coming with two people, it might be a bit of a squeeze.

The room was very clean and the whole property had a comfortable aesthetic. The room was bigger than expected but we travel light with backpacks so our luggage didn’t congest the space. Bathroom was compact but shower had a glass door so the room wasn’t wet after showering. Free water and coffee in reception.

The shower head in our room would constantly turn away due to the high water pressure coming out, Constantly had to adjust it whilst showering.
