Superb location within walking distance of main sights in historical centre but in a small street with low traffic so you didn’t get the sound and pollution of other streets. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they really contributed towards our positive experience. Breakfast was delicious, plenty, and with eggs if you asked for them. They also prepared a wonderful breakfast box for our last day when we were leaving early. Complimentary water was provided every day. We loved it and would recommend!

Sound-proofing could be better. The water in the pool was very cold so we barely used it.

The bed was unusually confortable for Thailand, softer than usual because it was a suite. The other rooms are smaller and their beds are harder. Nice to be able to use bicycle for free even if they are average. The situation of the hotel was good and the bedroom rather quiet. The staff was very welcoming.

The pool and the garden were small. The bathroom has a bathtub, but no independent shower. there was a little bit of noise from the room upstairs.

Very nice boutique hotel in very quiet street less than 5 mins walk to wat phra singh and lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, very peaceful, very friendly staff. Nice little swimming pool with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. Our room was very light and spacious with a small balcony. We would stay again

Probably wouldn't have breakfast here next time as you have to book a time slot and choose from a very limited menu the evening before. Lots of nice coffee shops within 5-10 mins walk offering good, cheaper breakfasts.

• Hidden Place in Chiangmai City, good design of the hotel feeling like in Europe. • Staff super friendly. But sometimes over-handed with so many tasks in hand. • The room is clean and fully furnished with amenities we need as expected. • Thier have villa type for 6 pax as good for family and group • Luxury room on the 4th floor is a great Specious of space with living room and bathtub. • Breakfast has a selection during your check-in and a small corner buffet is good for your early day start. • good place for taking a shoot a photo in public area and coffee shop. • Happy to stay and good value for money on my vacation.

• Swimming Pool is Small but still has an area for swimming. •Parking Area is limited, good driving is needed, if not your car will get scratched.

This was the best hotel we had in Thailand. Not for size or facilities, it just felt like home. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool are was lovely and because it is a small hotel we never struggled to get a bed to sunbathe. Delicious breakfast with loads of options

Would stay here again however for those wanting a really lively area near the night markets it’s a little far out. Didn’t bother us as we walked it. Only 100 baht grab away if you have mobility issues.

Everything from the very beginning was brilliant with Le Charcoa Hotel. They booked our airport transfer for us, which made getting to the hotel an easy experience. Then we were greeted with a drink and lovely hospitality. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, they also went above and beyond for us as they booked excursions for us and organised pick-ups. The room was perfect. Felt very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool is a bit small but perfect for a dip after a busy day of exploring, and the restaurant food was tasty! The location is perfect too! We were pleased we stayed in the old part of the city after exploring Chiang Mai - we were near lots of temples, great street markets, and plenty of places to grab a drink.

This charming little oasis has such kind staff, very clean and comfortable room & bed in a beautiful setting. I would classify it as a boutique hotel. The photos on their site are accurate. I loved that the moment you arrive, you felt a sense of calm. There's soothing music playing by the pool and attentive staff to look after your needs. There's a little variety store right across the street which is handy. We easily walked to many temples, shops and restaurants from this location.

The hotel is really cute, rooms were comfy and cleaned daily. The swimming pool area is great for relaxation, the pool is smaller than on pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in a quiet part of old town, if that's what you are looking for.

The room airco is bit noisy and it was difficult to control, i.e. it kept waking me up during the night and sleeping without airco was not an option as rooms get hot.

We love this place, would stay here again, really convenience (7 11 around the corner) Central to everything, being in the old city, however very quite, off the main roads. The villa was spacious, ideal for family, had a pool, great to chill anytime of the day. The whole family liked this place.

The location is very good, the staff is also very friendly. Love the LOTR themed that they have. Overall was a good hotel. Would def recommend it!

The bed was very hard. They kindly prepared baby cot based on our pre request but the baby cot was not sturdy and has uneven surface, resulted my toddler felt uncomfortable and slept with us in the main bed. The hot water worked for first couple days, it was broken towards the end of our staying
