the hotel is in a great location, impeccably clean and safe. the rooms are very stylishly furnished, the bed linen and towels smell pleasant. the rooms also have a very nice smell. the bathroom is small but excellent. very convenient for wandering around the city. sorry I was only here one night because it was busy then. the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, it is worth the money. you might catch a sale and it will be cheaper.

The hotel location of the hotel is just perfect! It's perfect for a visit in Chiang Mai with everything in walking distance. The hotel is very clean and nice. The pool is perfect, the room very welcoming, has a good size and everything you need. We stayed here during the Songkran festival and the location was outstanding. On the other side of street were a dj performing. We had a big party on the street.

I only have to criticize little things. The breakfast was okay but a little bit monotonous. There was every day only egg sunny side up and no scrambled egg. Also, I missed yogurt pretty much so I could eat it with the fresh fruits they had every day. But they had also noodle, curry, and rice meals for breakfast (which is just not my taste for breakfast). These meals varied every day. As I said, the room was very nice, but the door had some small gaps and was poorly soundproofed, so you could easily hear persons walking down the hall. Also, there were those small ants inside the room which you find very often all over South East asia. To sum it up, nothing that prevents me from recommending this hotel!

The hotel was brilliant, it was a quiet hotel which was great for us. The pool was fantastic, it was beautiful and made from natural water and was nice to have a chilled, quiet day by the pool. Pinky was absolutely brilliant - she transported into town every time we wanted and she also picked us up. She also helped us organise trips for a really good price. Pinky and her Mum were so kind, welcoming and friendly and it made the trip and our stay in Luang Prabang fantastic. Breakfast was included and brilliant, everything cooked fresh for you off a menu which you have choice of and can choose as much as you want. Thank you very much!

Upon arrival we were very pleased with the aesthetics of the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Quick check in. Requested an early check in time and it got granted. Room was so much bigger than we anticipated, again really pleased. Bed was more comfy than our previous stay in Bangkok. Pool looked very clean and inviting. Plenty of amazing local Thai restaurants around the hotel.

Second hotel which didn't have the function to manoeuvre the shower head. My feeling is that this is just a part of Thailand perhaps, however its not good for small people if the shower water doesn't actually fall on them and the only way for them to shower is to physically hold the shower head .... pool loungers seem to be on the very minimal side, around 7 for the whole hotel

Is clean. Like the location, can walk to everywhere. A big pool, quiet. I didn’t hear noise at night, my room was on the 4th floor and away from the main street. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I didn’t take. 180baht/pp. starting from 6.30am.

A bit of smell from the bathroom. No vent, they let the window open and when the door is shut is less problematic. didn’t smell at night in the room, only in the morning. Is not sth you cannot deal. I am not sure about rooms on the lower floor.

Pros: breakfast @180 baht/pp buffet style with fried & scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, chicken ham, pancakes, toast, rice, hot veggie, hot noodles, hot soup, green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded cabbage, cereal, granola, juices, milk, coffee, tea, yogurt, 2 fresh fruits. Con: not enough hooks for towels. Can stub toe on shower pan because you need to straddle it when on toilet. Pro:Deluxe room is spacious and air con blows over foot of bed not at your head.

Location is definitely 10 out of 10. I can’t imagine a more convenient location, close to everything. Lots of restaurants just outside the door and close to a 711 and ATMs. Rooms for a good size. Great beds with firm mattresses just the way we like it. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the choice of Thai foods that varied every day. The pool looked fantastic, but we didn’t get a chance to use it because we were out every day.

There was no English-speaking TV, but I quite liked that because you shouldn’t be going on holidays to watch TV.

LARGE rooms, only three floors, elevator access, QUIET courtyard even though you're on a busy street, fabulous large pool, breakfast included. I felt safe there. The staff is super nice!!! Very walkable to restuarants, massages, convenience stores, cultural places, temples, etc. Wat Chedi Luang is a must see(8-10 mins walk), as is Wat Phra Singh (practically next door!)

small bathrooms, quiet hard mattresses (for my taste) so i just put the comforter underneath my sheets and that softened the bed

the pool was big and so was the room, more then enough space, food was an okay selection in the morning.

the pool dyed my shorts yellow and my body too, they said the PH level was off and supposedly my fault it happened because i put on “too much sunscreen”. nevertheless that should not happen. they washed my shorts for free but my body was stained for a few days

The room was very spacious and had great lighting. The table is big and long and I was able to work very comfortably. The bed was very comfortable. Nice large pool for swimming and you can do laps. The pool is mostly in the shade of the building so if you're looking for sun, it can be challenging. Overall a great stay and I would come back for the value.

The bathroom was quite small. This would be my only complaint. Everything else was great and it's a great value for the money to stay in Chiang Mai.
