Can't say enough about this hotel! Staff were so kind, nice, informative. Upon arrival I received recommendations for places to see and eat. I even dropped my bracelet apparently at the front desk, and after I decided to accept the loss when I returned to the hotel, I saw they found it and saved it for me. The location is great in the old city and far enough from loud noises and close enouh to anything you need: 7\11, massages, food, pharmacies. Walking distance from night markets and tepmpples of course. Finaly I was surprised when on the day I asked to not have my room cleaned I found a basket waiting outside the door of my room containing a new roll of toilet papper, a garbage bag and two new bottles of water. This was the best experience for my first days and first time in Thailand. Will definitely come back!

Shower pressure wasn't the best, but even so the water was always hot and I was able to adjust it when I wanted a cold shower. Also was hoping to be able to open the window to get some air but was a bit worried since there wasn't a screen and I didn't want bugs to come in :) All in all great experince!

Great location, once you get your bearings is a short walk to main centre. Roof top is adorable and great for watching sun go down. Rooms are lovely and the space for communal family in middle of rooms with fridge is great for down time. Great air con and good quality rooms. Staff were great at keeping bags in lock up which is super handy between places.

We were super excited about the pool, but it was great photography of a water feature at front of hotel. Didn't look used at all. No breakfast, but tea and coffee facilities provided. Water machine was a little temperamental and flooded floor each time.

It's a nice new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to reach all the attractions on foot, and at the same time, it was quiet, so we had a relaxed stay.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel because the location on the Booking wasn't shown correctly. It was also not possible to find it on Google Maps, so we had to ask locals for help. Possibly, it's because the place is new, but something to be aware of when planning how to get there. A small thing, but there was no wardrobe in our room, which wasn't a big deal since we were staying for two nights.

Excellent room with huge windows which let in plenty of light. Minibar had beer, coke and chips for a reasonable price. Location is perfect if you're interested in seeing the sights around Old Town. For example the massive Sunday market is just a couple of minutes walking away. There was an option for coffee and to warm up your food in the lobby as well. Staff was very welcoming.

The rooftop has plenty of space to sunbathe and a tub, but the pool itself is downstairs in a place where no-one actually uses it. A similar hotel next door had the pool on the rooftop, which made more sense :)

The hotel was as advertised, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. In an excellent, central location where you can easily walk to all the main sights of the old city. Quiet and peaceful.

The a/c was rather noisy but worked well. The pool doesn't have steps or a ladder, awkward if you have knee problems, but this is being remedied.

This was also one of our two hotel stays in CNX. This was perfect. U are so close to the center, amazing possibilities for food and sightseeings, like we didn’t had outside the main city. Also they are really helpful with tours for organizing. Service what we were afraid most, the reception was competent friendly and really nice. Room was clean and big and really comfortable to sleep. Had also keys to lock the room. Also a really was the rooftop… guess what didn’t had that in the other hotel we booked. Really missed that. Everything in all no need for worries like we had.

For a long stay, room service should be automatically done.

The staff absolutely made our stay unforgettable! They were incredibly friendly, warm, and gave us amazing recommendations for things to do around the city. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. Highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and comfort!

1x Double + 1x Twin Very nice room: spacious, clean, comfortable bed and excellent (albeit unconditioned) bathroom with lots of space and regular hot water and powerful shower. Particular stand out: extremely friendly and supportive staff who helped us organise tours, navigate the area and responded quickly to any issues. The hotel also very kindly let us store our luggage overnight so we could spend a day at Mae Kampong.

Echoing other reviews, the air con wasn’t fantastic (a bit noisy and not very cold). it wasn’t terrible, just OK. I also agree that tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

basically everything! such a cute and nice hotel. the staff was lovely and super accommodating. the pool was small, nice, and cute. Lobby was clean and had drinks and snacks. rooms were so nice and had a great little balcony. shower had hot water and fancy shampoo/conditioner/soap. bed was huge! desk was nice and vibe of the room was great. close to the Sunday walking street as well! staff turned on ac for us to make sure the room was ready when we got there. enough towels for both of us and lots of space for our things. gave welcome waters. had hangers for us to use as well! overall great stay.

main thing was no hot water in the bathtub :( maybe my friend used it all but I was so looking forward to a nice bath….the shower however was always hot! the pool was hardly accessible. no stairs just straight in to 4 ft ish.

The best location! Walking distance to the Sunday market and so many temples. The most helpful staff we had in our whole trip. So lovely to deal with. We booked a scooter and multiple day trips through them. They also wrote a list of temples for us to visit. Couldn’t have been more helpful
