Very new, so feels fresh and clean. Pool is quite big for Chiang Mai. Good value. Room has everything and is big enough. Some nice touches like tea/coffee in room, a robe. Good location and the hotel is set back down the road. Lots of parking. Would return.

Bit of an industrial / barracks feel to the place. Room had little natural light. Some morning and evening corridor noise. Too few deckchairs by pool, which is freezing and gets little direct sun. No communal indoor area or proper foyer.

The two windows in to the bathroom of #315 had one frostedwindow and one clear window but they were the wrong way around d as people on the property next door could see you stepping out from the shower area if they were on their walkway. We could hear loud talking/noises from the hallway and room next door when they were talking or watching the TV..

The location is great, walking distance to many of the attractions, shops (7 eleven nearby) restaurants and bars. It has a very clean fresh look and feel. Room size good. Nice bathroom with more than the average accessories. Also dressing gown and slippers supplied. Reasonably priced mini bar. Overall very good value for money.

No lift, I was on 3rd floor and with the help of a staff member we just about managed my case.

Fantastic location right in the old town, yet pretty quiet, though that is mainly depending on the other guests. The room on the ground floor had a door opening directly to the pool area, luckily not busy. Very good value. No food available on site but many places to eat nearby.

The door didn't lock properly! Had we stayed longer, we would have changed the room. Not environmentally friendly, suggest they install a water cooler in the future (other hotels have it) for guests to refill their bottle instead of handing out small water bottles.

Lovely hotel in a great location, within walking distance to everything you need. Rooms are modern and very clean. Staff were pleasant. Did not have breakfast here so cannot comment on the choices or quality. We had an issue of the room next door going out and leaving the music channel on in their room all day and into the night. In the end we tried knocking to ask them to switch it down, as a last resort we went to reception to complain we could not get to sleep because of it and they entered the room and switched it of.

Nothing it was all good for the price we paid.

Was missing the Thai, feeling, pool looked very nice, but wasn’t really comfortable.

Good size room with a comfy bed and pillows. Coffee drip and quality tea in the room. It was great to be able to put a kettle on first thing in the morning. Even the cups and sources were of a good quality. Clean pool and well looked after grounds. The location was brilliant too.

The only window was in the bathroom area (standard double room) and the bathroom fan needed a good clean because it was blowing dust.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, but very quiet so slept well. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are very friendly. We arrived very early and was able to check in straight away without any additional charge. Provided lovely mugs to drink from and filter coffee. Bedding was luxurious and slept really well. If we come back will definitely return here 😊

The pool was cold and in the shade so not great for sunbathing, unless you can get one of the limited spots. Would have been perfect if it had a balcony.

Great quiet location very close to the Sunday night market near temples. The hotel was very clean, staff lovely, good WiFi, comfortable beds, lovely pool with towels provided! Free water each day along with tea/coffee in the room! Would definitely visit again!

Not the hotels fault but other guests were very noisy slamming doors and shouting!
