My room had a really nice design, it felt extremely cozy - actually I felt so good that I considered staying longer than planned. The room was really clean (except for a little bit of dust in the refrigerator) and I really, really appreciated it. It just felt like going back home at the end of the day. I tried to go back to this hotel but, unfortunately, there was no room available. The location is just perfect.

Just a detail: the AC is just above the bed. For me, it's a little bit disturbing to get fresh air directly in the face all night long, but I guess some people like it that way.

The room was large, comfortable and nicely furnished. The king size bed had a real mattress and was extremely cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful to our needs. We ended up staying longer than expected and would come here again. AC, wifi, hot water were all perfect. The room was quiet with no road or noise from other guests. Great stay!

The street where the hotel is is not paved so it feels a bit like walking along the road, however entrance to the hotel is nice. There isn't any staff around, however you can message reception via booking app.

Location is amazing, at a walking distance from Chiang Mai's hotspots. We stayed in a twin bedroom with private toilet and equiped with AC and a safety box. Things are prepared so that you won't have to contact the frontdesk and easily check out. Immediate response through Booking when texted.

We enjoyed overall out staying. Although for us it didn't make a difference, it can be quite difficult to find the manager/owner in case you need some help.

The room was spacious and clean. It's located within the old city, so shops, restaurants, temples and more were accessible through walking.

Excellent! Perfect localisation, great place to start visiting Chiang Mai and surroundings. Excellent stuff. Silent, reliable and efficient. Strongly recommended!

Booked last minute and pleasantly surprised, good value for money, clean, big room, helpful staff on messaging

We were checking in late at night and so they left the key in the box with our name on, which was quick and easy for us not but very secure

Location was great perfect for easy access. Wi-Fi was really fast and never let me down. The room itself was very nice and welcoming, clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Customer service was exceptional and communication was really good.

No cooking facilities. But I really didn’t expect this. So not a downside for me.

The location is perfect - central and close to many places of interest, restaurants but quiet and calm. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff team are so friendly and helpful. We extended our stay because we liked it so much.
