The free breakfast is delicious and the bathroom spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the location as it was the perfect base for exploring chiang mai on foot. The atmosphere is lovely; it's not a loud party hostel but the common room still offers opportunities to meet other guests. Every bunk has quite some storage available under the beds and for valuables there are little lockers. I used the laundry service once (pay by weight) and my laundry smelled amazing when i got it back.

The mattresses are not very comfortable but then again i'm not expecting luxury beds when booking a hostel dorm so it did its job.

Situated in Old City, this hostel is in a good location. The room and bathroom areas are clean and you get your choice of one of three breakfasts every day. The staff is extremely friendly as well - and there are free snacks and water available for hostel guests. You can also get a lot of information on tour packages as they provide many brochures - I joined a great cooking class and elephant sanctuary tour from what they provided.

There isn't much of a common area as you share it with cafe visitors and that makes it lose its charm a bit.

Although small, it really ticks almost all of the boxes - it‘s clean, modern, amazingly located, friendly staff, cheap and includes breakfast. Has a nice vibe and the cafe is very popular in the mornings. Still always enough room for enjoying you breakfast. I absolutely loved staying there. Plus it is located opposite the best massage place (Relaxing Day massage), definitely recommended!!

The only thing missing is a room for some workouts/Yoga in the morning haha but that’s my personal preference :)

The rooms were lovely, considering there was up to 12 people in our room. It was quiet on a night so easy to sleep and beds where comfortable and spacious. it was in a nice location, bit of a walk to busier areas but not far at all. And was impressed with the free snacks constantly being refilled once running low and the fridge always stocked with free water. And the complimentary breakfast was lovely. We had coupons every morning which meant we could pick out of a few options some breakfast and it was lovely every time.

Only comment was one of the toilets got blocked so it stunk the toilets out whilst we were there but this happens. Not particularly the hostels fault, everywhere else was clean!

Spacious rooms, good location, nice area with a small kitchen, free water and snacks, a fridge. A safe for each bed. Free shampoo and soap in the shower, hair dryer.

Breakfast does not include coffee which is weird in my opinion… not very young and social, felt like everyone was much older than me (I’m 22). Don’t know if I would recommend as a solo traveler. Also beds are metal so every move shakes the bed like crazy… there was space between the wall and the mattress so things were falling to the lower bunk bed.

For around 3-4 hundred baht per night, it was such an amazing value I have never seen before -you get a bed and also an incredible breakfast of choice for free(included). I had the avocado toast with poached egg for two days of my stay and they were exceptional. The atmosphere is lively and feels safe, staff are very friendly, lots of foreigners though, central location.

The shower room lacks storage for your belongings and it can be quite dirty after a few usage

Really good hostel with well sized beds and lots of privacy in the bunks through curtains all around. It's also directly connected to a Café and you have ample space to sit with your laptop and do some work. The noise level is elevated, however, so there is no real silent spot if you need to do concentrated work. They also provide loads of snacks for free in the common area. Unfortunately I was too late for breakfast, but from what I saw it looked pretty good as well. Facilities were very clean. There is even the possibility to use the neighbouring hotel's pool for 100 Baht per day.

The mattresses were pretty hard. Also I was a little afraid of some of my stuff accidentally sliding off my mattress and falling to the ground, as there was a bit of space between the wall and the bed (at least on the top bunk - but you were provided with a little locker in which you could put stuff). Other hostels have solved this more elegantly. I also like to sit up in bed sometimes, but there was no real backrest to lean against. Room for improvement there.

Breakfast is tasty but quite limited both in options and portions. You can pick between 1. avocado toast (one slice of toast bread with avocado and one egg included) 2. Peanut butter and jelly toast 2 slices of bread 3. Fried or poached egg with toast (2eggs with one slice of bread)

The staff, the shared spaces, the unique pool in the back, to the lovely atmosphere feeling of this old school library just gives you warm feelings! If you have a chance to ask for Nick, his family ownes and runs the hostel and hotel next door! He speaks perfect English, plays the guitar and sings, with such warm heart you’re for sure to not want to leave this hostel! I stayed here in the private room for 4 nights and stayed in the dorm for nearly 1 month! Probably by far the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. I actually tipped the cleaning lady when I left because how amazing she keeps the place clean! Someone give her a raise!

I felt the private room was a little on the expensive side without having your own private bathroom. But if that’s my only complaint then it sounds like a personal one to me! Haha

The hostel was one of the best that I've ever been. Everything is new, nice and clean. There is plenty of space in the room and because of the curtains you have your own pirvate space. The temperature in the room is good. You have warm and clean blankets. The bathrooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious but a little bit small. There is a nice atmosphere in the hostel because of all the plants and the coffee downstairs. The location is also great.

The breakfast could be more.
