Great location where you can walk to most places. Convenience stores and restaurants all nearby. The pool was nice and the rooms were made up very clean. They ask you for a cash only 200 baht deposit for the key but return upon checkout.

Some of the property could do with some repainting/repairs but overall wasn’t terrible. The first night our shower pooled with water but the staff were quick to respond and moved us to another bigger room and apologized after having maintenance check.

I traveled w a friend. Her rom was the same as mine but mine had a funky smell. My fault for not bringing it up till I left. Small but very clean and modern. Nice pool. The location is fantastic but a little noisy because of it. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic coffee & breakfast available at the restaurant/hostile attached next door. Nice pool and comfortable bed. AC worked great. No problems

A bit noisy. But don’t keep me up. The rooms have very small windows (at least on the first floor). So if you want a big bright room, this may not be for you. But all I didn’t was sleep there so it was fine.

The location quite convenience. The staff is quite Hospitality. The room really clean.

Lovely and comfortable, nice pool, great location. We really loved this hotel for our stay in Chiang Mai and it was great value for money. The location was great as pretty much central to everything to you need, in the old town which was very pretty! The hotel also offers a laundry service which was great having the option to get all our laundry done before we left for our next destination.

The room was new and very clean, above average. The pool is very nice and location is great.

The only window the room had was on the hallway of the hotel, so if you want to open the drapes everyone walking by can see you. The walls are quite thin, could here everything my neighbours were doing.

The semi-attached coffee shop/restaurant (Zohng) serves great sandwiches and coffee - highly recommended.

There are only a few parking spaces, doubling as EV charging spots. Not sure if there had been any spaces left had we arrived later! There was only a small window to the reception area (not an actual outside window) - that should be mentioned in the description.

it was ideal. very comfortable. The rooms were very Thai in decor and bass brilliant lighting.

The rooms were clean, the shower was nice, the pool was cool and refreshing, coffee and kettle in the room, water provided every day and a great coffee and breakfast place attached to the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything, except it would have been better if there was a small table and comfortable chair in the room that could have been moved out onto the balcony to relax, especially in the evening when it was cooler.
