The adult owner gave us a lot of ideas and tips on what was possible to do in the surrounding area around Chiang Mai! Good location too and everything is at your disposal there! So a summary, has some little issues that could be improved but overall you get your money's worth. All joking aside I would definitely recommend 9/10!

The two mini ants in our bed (like almost 2 mm, yeah that's right) the first night made my gf scream for a moment but the man that I am fixed it right away. We were staying at F2 and our wifi connection got disconnected several times which kinda sucked, maybe they could figure out a solution for that and they don't clean your room and change the room daily. Maybe because of the fact that we didn't put the make up room sign out every day.... For me the bed was a bit too hard too but, didn't have too much back pain from it and my gf didn't have any issues maybe I'm really getting old. So a summary, has some little issues that could be improved but overall you get your money's worth.

The room and bed was big and spacious as was the bathroom. The receptionist and her son were both so welcoming and made you feel at home. There was free tea, coffee and drinking water which was a plus. Great location as it was out the way enough but in walking distance of everything in the old town. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone who is backpacking but would like a bit more comfort.

The only slight negative was that the bathroom smelt a bit in the morning but after the initial smell it went pretty quickly. For the price it can be easily overlooked!

centrally located in the old city of Chiangmai, near by many of the famous temples and quietly tucked away down one of the streets. Stayed in alot of hotels in Thailand this one did the job perfectly. A lot of the perfectionist expecting a 5* stay probably isn’t for you but the rest of you will enjoy. I had an amazing stay at this hostel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The place was spotless, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to meet other travelers. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-managed hostel, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Large rooms which look exactly as pictured and are equipped with all of the facilities mentioned. There is a stray cat which hangs around the property and they have a jar of treats on hand that you can feed it. There is a cold/ hot water machine, along with mugs which you can use to make teas and coffees. You are also in walking distance to all of the temples in the old city. The staff are lovely!

You live in the family house, and they are very nice (espe iamly if you have kids!) A little kitchen dowstairs with coffee, tea, even bread. Very quiet street, 5 minutes walk from one of the main street with restaurants, massages... Very clean and nice atmosphere

Didn't bother us but you have 3 floors without elevator. Our family room was a little bit dark : just one window and ligts not very strong.

It's a big hotel (3 big floors) but kept super clean and very quiet. I recommend it for the very good price per value. The area is very quiet but all the attractions are super easy the reach. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If they could speak better English, it would be even better.

Friendliest personnel ever. They help with everything and are very easy going, always with a smile on their face. Alao they got me a really good deal for the airport transport

the room was a bit run down, with walls that urgently need painting and the furniture was quite old and partly broken.

Good location for the old town. Easy going place to stay, near to coffee shops and breakfast places. Very clean, good bed linen and a comfortable bed.

I was on the 4th floor and using the stairs each time was a drag but hey ho!

A very affordable property with spacious rooms and amazing staff. We were fortunate to get to know Bee at reception - so lovely and helpful! She accommodated our needs and made excellent suggestions about what to do in Chiang Mai.
