Well what can I say, we stayed at 6 different cities on this vacation but this boutique hotel had to be the highlight of all the accomodations we stayed in. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, greeted us with a warm friendly vibe, they had our bags in our room for us before I even checked in. The whole jungle jibe setting and ambiance of the hotel was amazing, we could hear all the noises of the animals from our rooms, in particular the frogs. The rooms were very asteticcaly pleasing with an authentic theme and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing, best i have had anywhere on my travels. Everything was so well presented and a different main dish each day. Also the cook would lay out some traditional deserts to try. The pool area was relaxing and they had a wonderful spa also. They also provided a very cheap laundry service, we would give to reception in the morning and in the evening it would appear washed, dried, ironed and folded at our door. The hotel is situated in a small street just off the main roads beside the canals in the old town. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, local coffee shops located close by and even a barbers & bike rental also available across the road from the hotel. It is cheap and easy to rent a tuk tuk or taxi and the hotel staff are happy to arrange for you. The main attraction of the hotel were the staff who were always so attentive, caring and kind. They greated us each day asking our plans and offering suggestions. One day the staff noticed my husband had been bitten by mosquities and he went and got special cream for him to apply. When we used to arrive back in the evening they would be interested in how our day was. We will definitely be back to stay on our next visit yo Chiang Mai.

Nothing, couldn't find a single fault, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel close to the center of Chiang mai but away from the noise of the city. The room was big, comfortable and well designed. The common areas peaceful with an exotic atmosphere full of plants and frogs. It was nice to sit on the pool to rest from the heat of the day. The breakfast buffet was rich with homemade products and the staff super friendly. The massage service was also available all day and very good in reasonable price.

We stayed at the Twenty lodge hotel for 4 nights during Christmas holidays. The rooms are embedded in a kind of plant forest that in some cases keep the rooms in a very private area. Breakfast was complete with many options and they make a very relaxed environment in front of the swimming pool and Thai music. Furthermore, they are very nice and they’re helpful if you need something. Overall, we enjoyed this place, their people and also the great oil massage, which is offered as a service for 600 bath/person inside the structure.

Once, we had a cold shower because the hot water was finished. Our room was quite dark. Also, while the position of the hotel is within the center square is at the border limit and, when is dark the street is completely empty and dark, even it takes around 15 minutes walking from the main restaurants and activities.

A little oasis tucked away from the outside. Very peaceful and relaxing hotel with amazing staff. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me receive a package of my belongings I had left in Bangkok. The young man on reception was able to get the tracking number (after contacting my previous hotel) and call the delivery company (and driver) and ensured my package arrived literally minutes before I left. I can’t wait to return and enjoy the calming atmosphere of the twenty lodge.

This hotel is beautiful. Loved the greenery, the flowers they offered to guests, the pool, the rooms - I could go on. The minute we got there, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, such a positive environment. Our room was amazing, I think we had the best the room in the hotel. We also got visited by a cat and he slept on our bed! Loved it. The pool was very clean and we were there everyday, they even offered us complementary drinks on a hot day. We also used the dry cleaning service which was great and so quick. I also got a massage at the hotel, which was my first massage experience in Thailand but be warned that they are rough so make sure to ask for a relaxing one, I definitely underestimated it.

I was very pleased with everything, nothing to complain about.

We loved our stay at The Twenty Lodge! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was a small enough property that it felt like home but large enough to have everything you could need! Breakfast was great, laundry service was so nice and the staff was amazing.

The only somewhat negative thing we encounter was the AC had a little bit of hard time cooling the room. (We had the larger room of the Family Room, which had 2 room/ 2 bath) We quickly learned if you close the shades and bathroom door it helped keep it much cooler.

Really friend staff always smiling and wanting to help. The practice of reducing food waste is very good. Amazing plants and decorations. Room is very clean. Good location in the old city, walkable distance to Sunday markets and temples in the old city. Delicious buffet for breakfast. Beautiful local souvenirs for sale (especially cotton lanterns).

Very minor things not impacting the overall wonderful experience: the wooden beds in our room (T06) make noises when we turn and make movements, and the hot water in the shower is not very stable.

This is our second time here after just one week, and I can confirm our first excellent impression and review. The room this time was smaller (which is not a problem) but very charming, with stained glass windows and equipped with all the comforts. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the location makes this place our go-to spot in Chiang Mai whenever we return. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

Everything was positive. If I have to find a flaw, the staircase to reach the room is short but a bit tiring.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, a hotel cat and beautiful outside garden. Has excellent onsite massage room and cheap laundry service. Good breakfast selection.

Rooms are quite compact so not a lot of room for your belongings

A small beautiful botique hotel in the old town area of Chiang Mai. I stayed only for 1 night due to date availability issue. The staff is helpful and they arranged a car for us to drop till Chiang Rai and price was at par with what you get outside. There is limited parking spot but I was fortunate that I got one for our stay. A small swimming pool and a small restaurant which serves breakfast. Options for vegetarian is limited to bread and fruits. Being in Old Town, everything is near by. The room we stayed was quite spacious with a double bed and extra bed. The beds are firm and we got a good night sleep. Lighting in room was good. Bathroom was basic but clean. There could be mosquitoes around but they provide liquid vaporizer machine. Overall we had a pleasent stay.

Wifi in room is weak, ok for normal browsing. I preferred to stay on data as i felt multiple devices connecting to wifi was slowing the speed. But it was ok for us. Not a major issue.
