The hotel is located conveniently in the old town of Chiang Mai. You can reach all the sights comfortably by foot. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. The Peaberry cafe which is located in the same building has by far the best coffee we had in Thailand. We especially enjoyed the Flat White and the French toast and as a hotel guest you will get a 20% discount. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. You hear a little bit of street noise, but it calms down in the night and we had no problem to sleep. What is very special about this place are the people. The owners go out of their way to help and make sure you have the best stay possible. Especially Sunisa was such a gem, being friendly and organising everything we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would 100% recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at The Peaberry Hotel and would absolutely return again! The hotel is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean—there was always someone tidying or maintaining the space, which added to the overall comfort and charm. Our room was cozy and well-kept, and the onsite café had a great variety of drinks to choose from. The location was fantastic—just a short walk or quick Grab ride to Chiang Mai’s night markets, restaurants, and stunning temples. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. A heartfelt thank you to Nicha, Sunita, and Nova. You truly made our stay extra special with your warm hospitality and excellent recommendations on what to see and do. Because of you, Chiang Mai has become one of our favourite places in Thailand! And we can’t forget Luna the hotel cat—petting her each day added a sweet and homey touch to our stay. There is no elevator, but we found this to be a minor issue compared to all the things we loved about the hotel.

I loved staying at the Peaberry Boutique Hotel! It was one of my favorite accommodations in Thailand. It exceeded my expectations in every way- from the kindness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness. The location was also convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I had a wonderful aroma oil massage a few doors down at Sense. Sunisa went above and beyond to answer my questions and shared so many tips for delicious food, night markets, and using the Grab app to book taxis. She was a true gem along with the other staff! Sunisa knew we loved papaya salad and recommended Som Tam Udon. We were happy to find a restaurant with authentic flavors from Isaan. The hotel staff were all so lovely and kind. Nova even shared some fresh longans from the local market with us. We traveled with family and we all were able to enjoy our own private nook and bedroom area. We were sad to leave as it truly felt like home! The presence of Luna the cat made our stay even more special and we would not hesitate to book here again.

Really positive experience and hard to find anything to critique. I noticed that sometimes the water temperature in the shower would change from warm to cool but it didn't bother me much as it returned back to the desired temperature quickly.

In my two weeks in Thailand, this was among the best hotels that I stayed at. It was fairly modern with interiors but also nice and traditional. Fairly good soundproofing despite concrete floors. Aircon worked well, as did showers, and the beds were comfortable (these are the three main things I care about). What surprised me was the quality of service. They were clear, and communicative, and extremely helpful. They can help you with advice on where to go, what to eat. But beyond that, they helped me with renting a bike at a reasonable price and even booking a trip to the dentist (which I didn't know I needed but I'm super glad I did lol). In the end, if the price is acceptable to you, I would recommend you book this place. There is no risk taking when it comes to booking this hotel; you will simply have a great stay and not need to worry about stuff. Also, the location is nice - basically in the old city and a short 40baht Grab bike to basically anywhere you want to go. For me, it was good to be on the edge of the old town but close enough to visit the more hip and happening area to the north east as well as the other famous temples in the mountain. If you've made it this far in the review, I reckon you should be committed. Go on, book it.

Given the reviews and the price I thought I was in for something really special but the room and overall experience was average. There was nothing special about the room and the bed was very hard. the shower temp and pressure fluctuated. I know it’s not the hotels fault but unfortunately our room was facing the main road, and the traffic noise was very loud 24x7. Yes the room was clean

Sunisa was so lovely and welcoming. She had many recommendations and also offered us a lovely welcome drink from her cafe which is next door to the hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and clean with water, tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was lovely with toiletries provided. The hotel has a great location - It is located in the centre but walking distance to Nimman which was a really cool area that we enjoyed exploring. The taxi to the airport was only about ten minutes. We stayed in chiang mai for three nights and we stayed at the Peaberry hotel tor our last night. We both said we wish we had stayed there for all three nights!!

That we didn’t stay for longer!!!

The staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even called a local laundry for us and talked to the attendant to get our laundry washed, dried and folded for within a few hours. Staff were very helpful with dining options, transportation, and places to visit. The restaurant for breakfast was a real plus and we loved the French toast that was smothered with local fruit or Nutella with bananas. A free coffee drink was a bonus. Luna the cat. Convenient location.

Room had no view worth looking at, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. It was on a main street, but I don't remember hearing any noise in the room. Beds are very firm which I didn't mind, but I am listing for people that don't like firm.

Sunisa anf her assistant Nicha were so helpful. They made suggestions on things to do. The hotel is inside the wall of old town with so mamy places to eat and of course places for massages. I love that they have a yogurt and fruit bowl for beakfast....so good and healthy. The cafe staff were very pleasant. The room was comfortable and was kept clean and freshened each day with the help of great maids.

The only downside was no elevator so luggage had to be carried. It is only 3 floors and the staff were super helpful porting my luggage to the room.

Peaberry Hotel is fantastic! Sunisa and Nicha were extremely helpful. The hotel room is very clean and they have a cafe on the ground floor. (Open 7am to 3pm) There is no other place I would want to stay in Chiang Mai. Read on for more details. Firstly, Sunisa helped me in many ways from booking taxis to/from the airport, providing recommendations for restaurants & day trips and she helped a lot when my luggage was lost on our flight, Sunisa and Nicha helped to make sure the luggage was delivered to the hotel. Both Sunisa and Nicha were always quick to respond to messages I sent them on Whatsapp and they went above and beyond to help me in any way. Even offering recommendations for our stay in Bangkok. The room (for 3 people) we had was great. Air-conditioned, many powerpoints, very clean, the toilet has a bidet hose and free wifi. The beds were fairly comfortable and the key card made it easy to enter and exit the hotel after hours. The hotel location is decent with a 7-Eleven & ATM about a 5 minute walk away. It’s also not too far from the Sunday night markets which are great to check out. The cafe is great too and as a hotel guest you’re allowed 1 complimentary drink per person! A small selection of food, but it was good and affordable. I could not say enough nice things about Peaberry. The place and especially the staff are amazing! 11/10 ⭐️

The only negatives would be nitpicking. The service here was amazing.

It was for sure the best experience I had in Thailand. First let’s begin with the people. I was greeted by the assistant and the manager. Nina was super welcoming. She provided me with useful information upon my arrival. Then, a few minutes after my arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting the manager San Shira. Both sat with me and helped me review my initial planning. They made sure that I would enjoy the most of what Chiang Mai had to offer and they did a wonderful job. At the hotel itself, the furniture, the bed, the linen, everything is high quality. It’s also super clean. You have some little places to sit down and read or chat with people and meet Luna the cat. The café offers you good food and good breakfasts. I could go on for hours. I highly recommend this place, you will not regret it. The first night, I asked for a restaurant with typical food dishes from Chiang Mai. Their suggestion was perfect. The food was good, the service was quick and the price was decent. I then asked for a guide to visit the temples and discover Thai food. They suggested me Ann from Good Thai Tour. I had such an amazing day with her. She’s such a wonderful person. She adjusted the tour for my needs. I had a lot of fun but most importantly I had a wonderful day learning and tasting. I asked to visit an elephant sanctuary, and I asked for a place that treats them very well. They suggested me one. It was an awesome experience. There was an activity that we were supposed to do with the elephants, but the elephants didn’t want to do it, so we didn’t do it. They respected their choice and it was great to see. I also asked for a cooking class. They suggested me smile organic farm Thai cooking school. It was very well organized and the experience was amazing. Unfortunately, I got sick one day and they made sure I had everything I needed. Again, they are wonderful people. After that episode they suggested I get a head massage with brushing and nail polish. That was perfect.
