The hotel is located conveniently in the old town of Chiang Mai. You can reach all the sights comfortably by foot. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. The Peaberry cafe which is located in the same building has by far the best coffee we had in Thailand. We especially enjoyed the Flat White and the French toast and as a hotel guest you will get a 20% discount. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. You hear a little bit of street noise, but it calms down in the night and we had no problem to sleep. What is very special about this place are the people. The owners go out of their way to help and make sure you have the best stay possible. Especially Sunisa was such a gem, being friendly and organising everything we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would 100% recommend this place.

The staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even called a local laundry for us and talked to the attendant to get our laundry washed, dried and folded for within a few hours. Staff were very helpful with dining options, transportation, and places to visit. The restaurant for breakfast was a real plus and we loved the French toast that was smothered with local fruit or Nutella with bananas. A free coffee drink was a bonus. Luna the cat. Convenient location.

Room had no view worth looking at, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. It was on a main street, but I don't remember hearing any noise in the room. Beds are very firm which I didn't mind, but I am listing for people that don't like firm.

Sunisa anf her assistant Nicha were so helpful. They made suggestions on things to do. The hotel is inside the wall of old town with so mamy places to eat and of course places for massages. I love that they have a yogurt and fruit bowl for beakfast....so good and healthy. The cafe staff were very pleasant. The room was comfortable and was kept clean and freshened each day with the help of great maids.

The only downside was no elevator so luggage had to be carried. It is only 3 floors and the staff were super helpful porting my luggage to the room.

Peaberry Hotel is fantastic! Sunisa and Nicha were extremely helpful. The hotel room is very clean and they have a cafe on the ground floor. (Open 7am to 3pm) There is no other place I would want to stay in Chiang Mai. Read on for more details. Firstly, Sunisa helped me in many ways from booking taxis to/from the airport, providing recommendations for restaurants & day trips and she helped a lot when my luggage was lost on our flight, Sunisa and Nicha helped to make sure the luggage was delivered to the hotel. Both Sunisa and Nicha were always quick to respond to messages I sent them on Whatsapp and they went above and beyond to help me in any way. Even offering recommendations for our stay in Bangkok. The room (for 3 people) we had was great. Air-conditioned, many powerpoints, very clean, the toilet has a bidet hose and free wifi. The beds were fairly comfortable and the key card made it easy to enter and exit the hotel after hours. The hotel location is decent with a 7-Eleven & ATM about a 5 minute walk away. It’s also not too far from the Sunday night markets which are great to check out. The cafe is great too and as a hotel guest you’re allowed 1 complimentary drink per person! A small selection of food, but it was good and affordable. I could not say enough nice things about Peaberry. The place and especially the staff are amazing! 11/10 ⭐️

The only negatives would be nitpicking. The service here was amazing.

I do not know what to complain about - everything was just perfect! Try the Green Goodess Bowl for Breakfast - amazing!

It was for sure the best experience I had in Thailand. First let’s begin with the people. I was greeted by the assistant and the manager. Nina was super welcoming. She provided me with useful information upon my arrival. Then, a few minutes after my arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting the manager San Shira. Both sat with me and helped me review my initial planning. They made sure that I would enjoy the most of what Chiang Mai had to offer and they did a wonderful job. At the hotel itself, the furniture, the bed, the linen, everything is high quality. It’s also super clean. You have some little places to sit down and read or chat with people and meet Luna the cat. The café offers you good food and good breakfasts. I could go on for hours. I highly recommend this place, you will not regret it. The first night, I asked for a restaurant with typical food dishes from Chiang Mai. Their suggestion was perfect. The food was good, the service was quick and the price was decent. I then asked for a guide to visit the temples and discover Thai food. They suggested me Ann from Good Thai Tour. I had such an amazing day with her. She’s such a wonderful person. She adjusted the tour for my needs. I had a lot of fun but most importantly I had a wonderful day learning and tasting. I asked to visit an elephant sanctuary, and I asked for a place that treats them very well. They suggested me one. It was an awesome experience. There was an activity that we were supposed to do with the elephants, but the elephants didn’t want to do it, so we didn’t do it. They respected their choice and it was great to see. I also asked for a cooking class. They suggested me smile organic farm Thai cooking school. It was very well organized and the experience was amazing. Unfortunately, I got sick one day and they made sure I had everything I needed. Again, they are wonderful people. After that episode they suggested I get a head massage with brushing and nail polish. That was perfect.

As others have mentioned before, the owner Sunisa was outstanding! She went above and beyond with helping us put together our activities in Chiang Mai and even our next stop. We had the best time because of her inside tips (we LOVED the walking street and the Jing Jai market). The rooms are very nice as well! Well equipped and very clean. The hotel is located perfectly, there is plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a 7/11 across the street. It's also easily reachable by taxi without getting stuck in city traffic. The restaurant as part of the hotel has THE BEST breakfast and smoothies.

All was perfect! The only thing I can imagine as an improvement would be to extend the common area (outdoor) a bit and add a couple of comfy chairs or even some lounge furniture to lie down and i.e. read.

The hostess was super nice and helpfull. Room was clean, the location was very close to the center. Breakfast in the neighbouring café was really good.

There was a cat called Zorro, but it had no mustache. :)

So many places to have breakfast in the area, especially if you like Thai food! Sunisa the excellent manager suggested a fabulous beef noodles shop a few minutes to the north as well as excellent fish ball noodles and pork noodles a few minutes south. The hotel served lovely looking western breakfasts but that's not our fave....

Be aware that there are no elevators and all rooms are accessed by stairs. The staff very kindly helped with luggage. Also there's some traffic noise in the rooms facing the road but we were not bothered by it

Stayed in the Deluxe Family Room for two nights. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I like how the single bed and large double-bed were on different sides of the room, so it felt like two separate rooms. It's a cute boutique hotel and the staff are super helpful and friendly. There is a cafe within the hotel where you can get coffee/breakfast for 20% off. Overall, I think it was fantastic given the price.

The room faced the corner of the street where a lamp post shined into the room with the single bed. Better (non-sheer) curtains would be better. The shower temperature and pressure was fickle - but it didn't bother me too much especially after sweating all day.
