The reception staff were very friendly and helpful to me. They ordered a taxi to the airport for me. The male manager was very helpful, understanding, and proactive as I had lost my phone in bankok with all my personal information and bookings. The young lady at reception was outstanding with her ability to make me feel welcome 🙏

Due to the floods in chiang Rai, I was advised to return to chiang mai. I had a few rooms during my stays at your hotel. The hot water system failed 3 times in 3 different rooms.

Firstly the Breakfast crew working here were just amazing and friendly. Working hard and very willing to help with all your needs. It was such a joy seeing them everyday! 🙏 Breakfast everyday was awesome. A choice of 5 different fresh cooked meals. Toast, coffee, tea, juice and all your other breakfast options. Room was big and had a great tv! Air on worked well and you had the option to have room cleaned everyday. Reception had a nice seating area. Gym was well equipped for a holiday workout. Pool was cool and refreshing!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and considerate. The location was convenient ( right on the north-west corner of the city wall) with a 7 Eleven, laundry and several eating places close by. Also a large hospital was immediately next door. My room was spacious and, after a little initial issue with the water heater, very comfortable. Breakfast in the lovely rooftop area was ample and sufficiently varied for most western tastes. The lobby area was large and was a comfortable place to sit and wait.

The overall decor was maybe in need of some improvement and modernisation but I actually quite liked the quirkiness of the place. It had its own character.

This hotel was clean and relatively well maintained. The staff were on hand to meet all our requirements and on a daily basis provided fresh water, tea/coffee, toilet rolls, fresh towels and a bed make-up service. All the staff ensured the hotel communal spaces were kept clean and tidy. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, and a extremely useful large fridge/freezer in the room for our free use. The air conditioning was also a treat. The in room safe was also free to use. Flip flops (footware) and free towels were available for use around the pool too.

The location of our room facing the busy main road meant that the traffic could be heard at times at night, but this isn't the hotel or staffs fault, but more the fault of the drivers choosing to unnecessarily roar their engines.

The location is close to the Old City, 7 eleven, motorcycle rental beside. A lot of public space.

The rooms are quite old, bathrooms are small, breafast quite poor

Staff are very helpful, especially the Manager, Mr. Kan. They are very accomodating and friendly. Location is good although it's not on the main streets clustered with massage parlours and restaurants.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the beds are comfy and my room had a large hd flat screen tv with options for netflix and amazon prime. The location is very convenient, as it is right next to the old city square.

I loved my stay here. I was greeted warmly and immediately brought to my room which, was not the room expected when booked. It took a while before the manager was able to change my room but, thankfully, there was a comfortable seating area as well as a very close temple to accommodate my wait. The second room was still not the expected room but, was really nice for me. The bathroom was a bit small however, the shower had some of the hottest water I experienced in Thailand with good water pressure. I didn’t use the air conditioner, but there was one. There was a flat, black rectangle on the wall that I didn’t use either. The water kettle was a welcomed addition and well used. I looked forward to the daily breakfast, it was so wonderful and with such an amazing view and attentive staff. The pool was refreshing although a bit on the cold side but I’m sure, in the heat of summer, the coolness is welcomed. The gym was well equipped and my bonus was the children’s area as I was able to continue my hand therapy daily when not in session given all of the lovely ‘toys’. The room was cleaned daily or upon my choosing with water and supplies replenished daily. My Christmas surprise was thoughtful and greatly appreciated; it truly made my day. All that aside, what made this stay was the amazingly attentive and caring staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and was able to experience Thailand in a way that worked for me. Smiles and warm greetings were aplenty with every pass through the lobby, every passing by of the cleaning staff and every morning at breakfast. I truly appreciate how wonderful they all were throughout my month there. khop khun kha 🙏🏽♥️ I realize I never got to mention how great of a location this is. Northgate of the old city. Laundry is diagonally across the way. Temples are aplenty. And the best Tofu Pad Thai and vegetable khao soi I’ve ever had is just a short walk in the night market made by a lovingly attentive family.

Going in and out of the building with the smokers at the tables out front and particularly at the first table beside the front door as well as outside at breakfast and by the poolside. Smoke travels in a way that is quite unbecoming and one of the last things I want to smell upon first walking outside or while in my room with someone smoking below my unclosable bathroom window. I was never able to experience breakfast outside on the roof because there was always someone with a fork in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Please put them out. This hotel is located on a busy road. As such, the sounds of traffic may be heard at times when you’re looking to rest. It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your meditation skills 🧘🏽‍♀️

The one thing that made my stay at Hotel De Khuvieng so perfect was the AMAZING staff. The receptionists both were extremely kind and helpful and the lady at breakfast called Art was so gracious and kind, and stood with me pointing out landmarks from the breakfast sky bar.

I didn’t have any issue with the property, of course it isn’t as glamorous as other options however for the price I paid and the service I received I do not have a bad word to say about it.
