I loved everything about this property. It’s a self check in hotel so very easy. Sort passport and codes prior to arrival for faster check in. Actual Address- 6 Arak Rd Lane 2, Tambon Si Phum, Amphoe Mueang Chiang Mai, Chang Wat Chiang Mai 50200

Only issue I found was the address listed on booking.com isn’t the same as the address of the property. But when I contacted the number on booking.com it was quickly sorted

I turned up at the address provided, felt extremely unsafe as a female solo traveller as the address they gave me meant I was dropped in a dark alley way at nighttime. There was no hotel in that area that matched the booking. When I contacted the property, after 15 minutes they told me my booking didn’t exist, even though I had already paid online. They then told me it was free cancellation, which is false as you cannot do that once you have already paid, and the hotel states no free cancellation online. I have contacted the company on booking.com and said they need to except my request to waive fee, they then responded by saying ‘they accept’ in the booking.com chat, yet have made no progress in refunding me since. I’ve tried contacting twice since and still no response!! Very unprofessional
