A cute hotel in a great location (about a 10 minute walk from where Chiang Mai's Sunday night market takes place) with very professional, friendly, and helpful staff (eg due to leaving very early, I wasn't able to collect my deposit for the key card from the reception, but they later set up a PayPal account so they could return it to me). The food I had in the restaurant (only went there once) was nice.

My only complaint is that the curtains were rather thin and let in a quite a bit of light at night (from the lights of a neighboring building). Luckily I had a eye mask so it wasn't a big deal and in any case, the room was very nice apart from that (clean, comfortable bed, high quality bed linen, etc.).

Bed was comfy and the room is spacious enough for 2 people. Love the free water and cleaning everyday. Location is excellent it’s in the old city and there’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby and our favorite is the breakfast across the street. We will recommend this place to our family and friends and would stay here again next time in Chiang Mai .

The bathroom grout needs to be brush thoroughly because the bacteria builds up and molds are in it . Black mold and the orange bacteria around the ground tile shower floor . There’s like a school that sings in the morning so it’s a little bit noisy and not good if you’re a light sleeper

Lovely little hotel, staff at the desk were very helpful and cheerful. The room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was excellent with great facilities. Had a good night's sleep in the comfort beds as the location is very quiet. Although the location is quiet it's only down the road from places to eat, some quiet nightlife and the notorious Sunday market. Pop out the other end of the road and it's the busy ring road to get you around town easily. Great place if you have bikes like we did and also if you just grab taxis when needed.

The fish tanks in the reception don't give the best first impression in my opinion.

The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Snacks, coffee and tea available at all hours. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and a quick walk to the CBD. And the staff was outstanding!!

This is a hotel, so would be challenging to stay longer than a week without access to cooking facilities and more seating in the rooms themselves. This was understood when I booked, so nothing bad with the property itself.

Very convenient but quiet location, beautiful peaceful garden. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable with nice bedding. Unique colourful murals in each room! Good restaurant.

Everything was great but some feedback would be to provide ceramic coffee/tea cups. The tiny paper ones are too small and get way too hot to handle. Also, recycling bins would be a nice addition and would make this lovely hotel more eco friendly.

The people are great and super friendly. The location is great and close to many facilities like pharmacies and groceries stores. I also liked that they also have their restaurant right beside the hotel.

If you stay in the lower floor you might not be able to keep your window opened when you are not there to keep the air inside the room fresh.

Welcoming staff, good location, bottled water every day, good wifi once you find the best one for where your room is located. I was able to take video zoom calls.

No hot water in shower (only warm), there's lots of mosquitos on the property so every time you open your room door, a few mosquitos enter. Your room key powers the electricity, so if you leave for a long time the fridge is off.

Great location in a quieter part of the old town. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and our bed was huge! Free water every day and lots of free snacks and coffee by reception. They even have a small quiet garden and fish in the reception, we would definitely stay again

Great location and in walking distance to everything. The team here are very friendly and had great service. I used their laundry service and my clothes came back looking better than ever! The complimentary snacks were a really nice touch. The rooms are clean and the beds are a good size. Would definitely recommend. 🙌🏽

We really enjoyed our stay and even extended it. The location is great, the room was clean and free snacks are a great complement.

We wish that AC was not directly blowing on bed but this was an overall issue on our trip to Thailand. Also, the room is not well isolated so we could hear our neighbors talking.
