The hotel was great!! We got breakfast included but we didn’t actually have it as we had tours super early but the kind staff gave us juice to take away so we didn’t miss out on a drink in the morning. This was really kind. Everytime we entered or left we was greeted and they even stored our bags on our last day as we had a few hours to wait for a bus after check out. All staff were really friendly, especially the man (he wore a name badge ‘trainee’ but I’m not sure if that was his actual name) and he was extremely polite, friendly and super welcoming!! He booked and arranged an elephant sanctuary tour for us and even gave us 10% off at the cafe where he also works which is also AMAZING! The best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Thailand I really recommend <3 The waffles are from the cafe Baan Buri (trainees other work) and the elephant photos were included in the tour he booked for us at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary! 🩷

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They want their customers happy which is a very good thing.

Only for the sake of elderly, or if you have a lot of luggage and elevator would be useful this location has no elevator. However, that was not an issue for me. I am a young, healthy male.

Breakfast was good, we had a trip that started before breakfast time so we asked if it's possible to get breakfast a bit earlier and we got some sandwiches which was really nice. The location was fine, look for places that you would like to do because for us it was mostly things on the other site of the city centre. Still close everywhere. The rooms were very nice, big with big bathroom. Comfortable beds. In general very good value for money. We were happy about the stay.

The receptionist is not there 24/7, at least in the period we were there. However, we could write on WhatsApp and usually we get response very quickly.

Busara Hotel was good value for money. The location was convenient and easy to reach from the airport. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived but they provided detailed instructions that allowed us to check in easily. There was access to the kitchen so we were able to prepare and heat up food that we bought outside. The breakfast was basic but deliciously prepared. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing major, but I had some trouble adjusting the shower temperature.

I love the location of this property, it is still in the old city, but away from the activity of the main street. So it is quieter and darker for sleeping. I also love that in the rooms. They have a long desk where everyone can put their stuff. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked excellently. The bathroom was very clean with a separation of the shower. There was also room near the bathroom sink to put your stuff. When I needed to leave the hotel before breakfast started, they provided me with a breakfast to go. Even though it was the off-season and when there was not always a person downstairs at the desk. I could walk down the street to B house (which is their other property) any questions. They had good recommendations for tours and food. S and P chicken is right down the street for an excellent price. Also the laundromat right down the street is very quick and reasonable to do your own laundry. 7-Eleven is right around the corner for anything else needed. All of these amenities made the location quite perfect.

Decent hotel a few steps from the Sunday market. Clean, large and comfortable rooms, good wifi. The receptionist was very kind, helped us rent a car at a good price and gave us all the information we needed. Adequate but without variety breakfast. Near the hotel there are options for dining, laundry and massage services

No elevator, ok this is written on the booking page. But it says that some units are on the ground floor. There are no rooms on the ground floor, only on the first or second floor. Only one towel per person, no face or hand towel

Clean, and comfy, the breakfast in the morning is fair. Rooms are good size.

The location is not the best one, you will need to walk to a few places around 10 mins plus if you want to have a nice dinner. A bit far from night markets. I did not see the staff after around 7pm so if you need anything from them, it will not be easy.

Location, value, cleanliness, kindness and flexibility of the staff.... we asked for a larger room that was available next door and were able to move the next day.

Front rooms can be a bit noisy on school days (opposite a school) and the breakfast should have proper coffee...not instant....Chiang Mai grows and roasts the beans after all! But the room price is so reasonable that I'm reluctant to complain about the breakfast.

Great location for training at Dang Muay Thai and walkable distance to everything in the old town area. The bed was super comfy and the room was large. Breakfast was included in my rate and consisted of a decent portion of eggs and chicken sausage with salad. There was also plenty of juice, tea, coffee and water to help yourself too, along with fruit and toast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Busara has a perfect location: you can go anywhere in Old Chiang Mai by walking as it is small. It is close to bars and restaurants, 7 Elevens, markets, massage shops and just 10 minutes from the Airport by car. Biggie the manager was always very friendly and helpful. He recommended places to visit and eat. He also left breakfast ready for us when we went very early on an excursion. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
