This place is really like a paradise… lovely island, super chill, with a number of small resorts and restaurants, beach bars and beach massage platforms along the length of the beach.. this resort is very comfortable, with kind staffs and a central beach location.. you can easily walk to any of the other places along the beach (except during high-high tide).. a rocky sea floor, exposed at low tide, is still quite walkable as you make your way out into the sea.. can walk to the coral reef, maybe 200m. Bungalows were comfortable - would definitely recommend a sea facing room - and the garden area between the bungalows and the sea is very well maintained and offers plenty of comfortable seating.. breakfast was quite nice and at all times we felt well cared for by the kind staffs.. would definitely recommend to others

Coco cottage is what you expect going to a small island out if the crowd. Rooms are simple but very well designed and comfortable with a scenic surrounding view. The all-wood restaurant gives you the right feelings. The food is of good quality including the breakfast which is very abundant even doe choices maybe limited for someone. Finally the staff is claiming an additional merit for their availability and all time kindness

The only negative things are indeed not about the property, but I think it is worth mentioning. Unfortunately tides returns to the beach and surrounding areas all things that humans dispose in the sea. Something shall be done to better preserve places like Koh Ngai.

Could improve the reduction of plastic in all areas. this means living and guiding the hotel in the way of REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE ♻️. - Clean up the area near the hotel and collect plastic trash etc…. - Only offer refill of plastic bottles instead of new plastic bottles. - More vegetarian options - Juices without additional sugar - Explain guests before swimming and snorkeling nbg to protect the ocean and reef by not touching and standing on the underwater world !!! Protect the nature more. Optional: Reduce boat traffic to the hire by combining the departures and arrivals with the neighbor hotels to have less boats at the reef especially at low tide.

This was our absolute favourite stay in Thailand. The resort is beyond stunning. Every direction you look you see beauty. Highlights include breakfast overlooking the ocean every morning, bird watching from the swimming pool, and our outdoor shower where I was looking up at the palms and birds while washing my hair! There are also so many little thoughtful details - the provision of lovely wicker beach bags and sarongs to name a couple. And above all else the most lovely, warm and attentive staff who will go out of their way to ensure your stay is amazing. We won’t forget this place!

Nothing! It is truly perfect.

The island is absolutely stunning, with beautiful beaches, clear water, and a relaxed vibe. The rooms at Coco Cottage are newly renovated, look much better than the photos, and are spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor shower. Coco has a pool, sunbeds, and a good restaurant – no real need to leave the hotel. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by two extra nights.

Just a heads-up: While there is access to the sea, the beach is a bit rocky, so it’s less convenient to enter the water during low tide. Still, we swam and enjoyed it a lot.

The beach where the property is located is very rocky. Other properties occupy much sandier areas It felt like the owners had their hands gently but persistently in your pockets - there was a charge for anything and everything. E.g. for more than 2 small bottles of water and for use of snorkels At first glance, breakfast had plenty of options, but it didn't vary day by day, so after 3 or 4 days there was a craving for more variety

Everything. Absolutely perfect place to recharge, read books, play games, snorkel, be lazy... fabulous vibes. We loved our seaview bungalow.

The hotel was very clear about no babies, yet, some guests ignored that/ brought toddlers who couldn't deal with heat. If your child still has crying fits, this property is not for you - you'll keep all of your neighbours awake, and you'll get stink eye from the other guests who just want to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the resort.

The positive are that the beachfront bungalow is very comfortable, it looks really good and is well designed. The reception, bar and dining areas are beautiful but like most of the resorts we looked at on Koh Ngai's main beach, the maintenance and standards of the resort grounds is quite low and does detract from the enjoyment of your stay (tyres and broken cement at the beach front, tired planting) The beach in front is quite rocky as you enter the water but as you walk up the beach you get to better stretches.

Good friendly place, clean, beautiful, best food of the island and good cocktails, breakfast was good, room was good, shower was broken no hot water they fixed it 2 times but at night the water was cold again. Room was cleaned every day and 3 liters of drinking water if you needed more you could get more. Snorkeling just in front of resort was beautiful. The place is perfect just a little expensive

Lovely quaint bungalows whole place is very well maintained and exceeded my expectations. Okay buffet breakfast and food. Northern end of the beach so a bit rocky. Erosion present out front. Lovely quiet spot with excellent bungalows. Helpful staff.

Mosquitos and bugs present. Unexpected but hotel provides bug spray. Long walk to other beach bars and restaurants and the whole island is expensive for thailand prices.
