The location is ideal for both the beach and the local facilities. Everything you will need is no more than a 10 minute walk. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh water, tea and coffee sachets

Before we booked we noted all of the 'negative' comments. Sure, this is not a 5-star luxury resort and certain things could do with some 'TLC', e.g. the boardwalk and sunloungers, but none of these adversely affected our stay. It was slightly more expensive than we have paid elsewhere during our 3 week holiday to Thailand, but from talking to other tourists it would appear that accommodation in this area of Ko Lanta was in short supply

We could not recommend this resort more. The staff could not do more for you, clean rooms, towels provided and water / toilet roll topped up everyday. Rooms are cleaned on request which is a lovely touch, especially for the price. Location was walkable to beaches & great food. Pool was very clean. The friendly staff made the stay, we also decided to stay an extra 2 nights. You can also rent motorbikes close by too. For the price, you cannot ask for more to be honest.

Outdated furniture / few fix ups needed in property but nothing that is awful. Wifi is a bit slow & sunloungers need replacing but still can use.

We loved this hotel! The room was very comfortable. The pool was very popular at the end of the day and in the evening! It was very quiet even though we were close to the city center and the sea. It is possible to rent a motorbike at this hotel. We recommend renting this means of transport because it was very pleasant to visit this island by motorbike! The hotel provides daily bottled water, instant coffee, sugar and cream.

We had water pressure problems in this room!

Perfect location, secluded in trees. Only 50 meters from the beach, even less in the opposite direction to the main road with restaurants, shops and of course a 7-11. The rooster crowing and chickens clucking gives NT Lanta a countryside feel. The man at the front desk is laid-back and very helpful. We didn't use the pool, but i saw many others happily swimming.

Some of the walkway and railing wood should be replaced. We had a rice cooker instead of an electric kettle in our room🤷‍♀️

Location! 2 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach, 2 minute walk to many various types of restaurants, 7-11 close by as well. The pool was refreshing and had both shade and sun. Loungers and umbrellas - lovely relaxing spot. We would recommend and would return here.

The elevated boardwalk is in need of repair and you need to watch where you are stepping (nails and some broken boards) some of it has been replaced with concrete slabs - that will be nice once all completed.

Very pleasant poolside villas with a friendly and helpful owner. Rooms are well fitted out, with refrigerator, ample storage, and working space for a laptop, with well-positioned power points. Laundry service, at a great price, including ironing. Nice well-kept pool. Rocky beach is a short walk away. 7/11 and a handful of restaurants also nearby

Restaurant/bar on site is no longer operating. The shower in my room was temperamental - either too hot or too cold, difficult to get a warm shower. Resort is located at the end of a very rough track, and the surrounding area is rather scruffy.

The bungalows were very cute and all situated around the pool, looking out at the palm trees. We spent a lot of time on the private balcony (it rained a lot when we were there). The bungalows were very clean inside. And the resort dogs are very cute and friendly!! It’s about a minute walk to the beach one way and about a 2 min walk to restaurants! Great location.

The beds were a little hard but didn’t affect my sleep. There were quite a few ants around so don’t leave opened food out but otherwise not affected.

Lovely owners and staff. Really cute little bungalow with a great terrace overlooking the lovely pool. It also had a TV. Great setting close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Some great trips were available in the area too.

There weren't many loungers around the pool and the covers were cracking and needed replacing. The bathroom was getting tired too.

Well situated for beach, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Lots of nature in the grounds of the hotel. Peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed. I loved the fact that the owners two very friendly dogs just roamed around and would sit with me. Even following me to the beach.

Was right on the beach and the staff where lovely and kept the facility very clean. Their 2 dogs were just a joy, super friendly and loved to chill with you on the balcony.

All was good for the money we spent for 3 days. All I would say was a little dated inside.
