This hotel is fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The bungalows are very cozy, and the open bathroom is a nice touch (there weren't many mosquitoes, but it's wise to have some good repellent on hand; they don't get into the actual room). The location is quite far from Lamai, but you can easily get a taxi or rent a scooter to get around. We wanted to explore the island, but the hotel made us want to stay more and only visit a few other places. Silver Beach is beautiful but crowded during the day. What worked for us was to enjoy the beach right after breakfast when it was still empty, then go explore and come back in the afternoon when it was quiet again. This hotel made us feel like we're in paradise, if we visit Ko Samui again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel!

We didn't have hot water the first and last day of our stay, it took me a couple of visits to the reception to get it fixed. This wouldn't be a problem, it's so hot outside you don't even need hot water, but we were traveling with an infant, so it was a must.

The rooms are studios scattered throughout a tropical garden,my room in particular was in the middle of the garden with a view of the sea. I was in the company of some cats every now and then, a squirrel who was the owner of the garden and in front of me at 6.30 pm some bats were flying around. If you like nature it's wonderful. Last but not least, the bathroom in the room was partially open, I was showering while looking at the trees!

The hotel seems almost family-run, there is and isn't a reception, I asked to rent a scooter but in the end I did it myself, the television didn't work and they never fixed it.For two days in a row I saw cockroaches found in a drink and on a dish. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning!!

We stayed for 3 weeks. This place was excellent. All the staff is great and very kind. it's very clean, they change towels daily and bring beach towels and free water daily. We stayed in a garden bungalow and it was very comfortable. we traveled with our 10 months baby. they were all helpful. the staff from the terrace helped us blending fruit for his breakfast. we felt incredibly good being so close to the beach, nature.

Some foods from the restaurant were not good, we felt a bit sick.

The Gardens are beautiful with loads of Stunning Orchids, cute cats and Soi Dogs meander about waiting for pats. The whole resort is quaint and lovely. The private beach access is really a prime seller here. Crystal Beach is Beautiful. WIFI is incredibly fast and the Smart TV was awesome 👌🏻 The Rooms are very spacious in classic Thai style. The open air gigantic shower is lovely. The daily breakfast is ample and fresh fruit too. Overall we LOVED this place and will go back again.

I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable but my Partner loved it! No bedside tables but I used a chair however that would be handy if they had some. If they had a swimming pool that would be a bonus but not necessary as the stunning beach in a few meters walk from your room.

Location right at the Silver beach, a bit far from everything but perfect if you just want to chill and spend a few days at a beautiful beach. Was looking for a quiet place to stay for couple of nights after long journey and this was perfect. Good value for money

Nothing really, a pool would be nice but was aware there isn't one when I booked. Not a lot of restaurants available in the immidiate area but we only ate local dishes anyway and these were available.

Nice bungalows, comfy beds, good AC (it even has the "quiet" mode that works great for the night time!). It was pretty quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly staff, they rented us the motorbike and helped book a tour to the national park. The beach is good but can get crowded. The garden itself is spectacular, it was nice to just walk around and admire all the work put into building it.

Breakfast was pretty mediocre, although with so many cafes and restaurants around it wasn't an issue. The shower and the toilet is outside under the roof, which is ok but there might be some ants/bugs/geckos there. At some point our toilet was covered with ants- inconvenient but not unexpectable and not much of a showstopper.

Really nice place, good vibe, attentive staff, beautiful garden, cool hammock. The Beach is beautiful, clean, great for snorkelling and overall very cozy. Open air shower in our bungalow was very cool! Nice breakfast. The place is very quiet and peaceful. We spent 5 nights here and we had a great time. Would come again!

- Mattress is a bit hard and smells bad - old AC (noisy and not cold enough at times) - breakfast could have more variety (but it’s ok because it’s free and you can buy something else from the main menu) - some people occupy the hammock with towels and personal things for prolonged time. It doesn’t feel right.

Promtsuk Buri is one of four places located at Silver Beach. This is a lovely beach to hang out and feel safe in the water. There are some rocks but they are easily navigated. It was the best beach we visited. The staff tidy up the beach each morning. This area is close enough for Lamai and Chaweng but also far enough away. The room was good and looked after daily. The breakfast was good and lovely to sit by the beach in the morning when it’s quiet. I think this hotel was the best looked after of the places at Silver Beach. The staff were great. Excellent value for what we wanted.

Buy some fly spray for the room at the 7/11. The bathroom is open and the mosquitoes will get in.

The hotel is on the seafront, a few steps from the Silver Beach, which is small and very shallow. The hotel is quite large and also offers a paid massage service. The staff are very attentive.

The restaurant has an amazing location but the breakfast could be more varied, it is very basic. Koh Samui is a bit expensive and calling a Grab, even for short distances, is quite expensive. We chose to rent a motorbike in the hotel.

Starting with Great Location, excellent food, welcoming staffs and comfortable stay.

Bathroom, however was big with all amenities though it was open from the top, since it was raining cats and dogs when we were there, rain water was coming inside from all locations, more over our little daughter was scared to go inside the bathroom as it was looking bit scary at night when it was raining heavily, another we had to always request to turn on Hot water at the desk as there wasn't any phone call to desk eas available, otherwise great.
