The hotel is very clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The reception staff are kind and welcoming. The rooms are elegant with thoughtful arrangements, and the large glass walls make the space feel open and luxurious. Breakfast is tasty and offers a good variety. We especially liked that the villas are separated, giving a private and comfortable vibe.

While the villa swimming pool is great, it feels exclusive to the pool-access villas, which can be disappointing for other guests. The jacuzzi area at the main pool works poorly and has no stairs, requiring guests to jump in — not convenient, especially for older visitors. The beach becomes unusable during low tide, limiting seaside enjoyment. Prices at the hotel are generally high, and although there’s a happy hour for cocktails from 5–7 p.m., the cocktail quality is only average.Additionally, the hotel is a bit isolated and far from everything; if you stay here, there are few options nearby to explore other places or restaurants.

This hotel is in a fantastic and quiet location for a peaceful holiday. The TUI brand has recently acquired the property, which is continuously being renovated and upgraded. The accommodation was excellent and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The small villa had a seating area, two single beds, a big bathroom, and a little front garden with outside seating. The aircon and roof fan worked seamlessly. The water pressure in the bathroom was good. There is also a kettle for boiling water, cups, and glasses. The hotel provided bottled drinking water, some sodas, coffee and tea, and snacks, which were replenished daily free of charge. The room was serviced every day. An adequate breakfast selection, which includes both Western and Thai options, is provided and served at the beach restaurant. There are a variety of daily activities available, as well as a well-equipped gym and a spa that offers reasonably priced treatments. The hotel features two great swimming pools with deck chairs, right by the beach. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there are many good restaurants and bars nearby, some within walking distance. We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's. Although the hotel offers various transportation options, we rented a car to have more opportunities for sightseeing during our stay. Overall, it’s a great hotel in a wonderful location, and we would stay here again.

private pool, great variety at breakfast (especially fruit), spacious rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic masseuse (Patty), friendly and happy staff, happy hour

Beach had a lot of litter strewn around, juices at breakfast were not chilled, room air conditioner didn't work one night, undercooked chicken for dinner. People should not be permitted to smoke in the restaurant - it's hard enough to breathe in Koh Samui (due to the high smog levels) if you're asthmatic, but when there is smoke too it makes it very uncomfortable. Big pools didn't have any shade around them. We had to pay fixed price to go down the road 8 minutes for 400 Baht - should have been free or much less. We were there for 5 days and the pool wasn't once cleaned - the bottom and sides got quite slimey.

honestly I don’t know where to start from. I had very high expectations from this place looking at the pictures, but everything went beyond my best wishes. Let’s start from the staff, they are all genuinely nice and kind, as all the people in Thailand. The room was just amazing very clean and very well equipped large bathroom, with beautiful daylight and bathrobe and slippers. Had a front beach suite with Private pool and that was just amazing. I could easily access from a small gate to the beach. The amazing thing is that you get for free 4 big bottles of water per day and snacks and soft drinks, minibar is for free. I used the spa three times during my say and the lady working at the spa has just simply MAGIC hands. Massages are very unexpensive and very well done. I had dinner 3 times during my stay at the restaurant and the food is really very good, without mentioning thenice service if ever I go back to koh Samui I will surely choose this hotel again.

Few minor things Maybe breakfast could offer more variety of cheese

Great location at the quiet end of the island, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the private beach strip free of boats and hearing the wind and exotic birds. Family friendly atmosphere. Manager Axel and his staff were very friendly and helpful in meeting all of our needs. Khun Art will make you a great omelette with fresh chili in the morning - he's also a great info source if you plan to travel to other parts of the country. Ask for the coconut shake! Plunge pool villas were great for cooling off in the abnormally high temperatures. Fantastic views of the sunset every evening!

Facilities are a bit dated and could use a facelift, however grounds and pools were clean and gym and sports equipment were new. Breakfast menu a bit samey after a few days but probably due to the low numbers of guests at the time we went (it's not high season). If you have special needs (milk alternatives, gluten free bread), bring your own - it's an island after all. Drinks at the bar and restaurant food were quite expensive. In the evenings we enjoyed walking down the beach at low tide and having dinner at one of the beachside restaurants if we did not want dinner in the restaurant. In all, nothing to complain about. We'd be happy to come back.

The connecting double and twin rooms were an ideal setup, feeling just like a private villa. We were so impressed that our earlier request for these rooms was accommodated. The check-in was seamless and truly exceptional; my husband and I were even treated to a welcome shoulder massage as we waited. The staff were all outstanding, particularly Dee, Smile, Wave, Kiki, Toey, M, and Yaya. A special mention goes to the professional and friendly receptionist who handled our check-in. The aqua session in the pool was a highlight, thanks to Kiki who was fantastic at getting everyone to participate. Sunsets at the beach were amazing. Food was of great quality and catered to your desired spice level!

We had a wonderful stay, but there were a couple of minor issues. Our AC unit had to be serviced twice because it stopped working, and the second time, it started blowing out a strange smell. We were grateful to be compensated for the inconvenience, but we do think that some extra maintenance checks on the AC units would be a good idea to prevent this from happening to other guests. Also, it would have been very handy to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom.

We absolutely loved staying at Tui blue Samui. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful, this place is a little piece of heaven on earth, very peaceful and quiet , whether your thing is to stay by the pool and private beach all day or to hire a car/ motorcycle, and roam the island, it’s always a great comfort to come back to this home away from home. Cherry on top of it all : we decided to extend our one week stay, and add a couple more days, so we booked another room online, that was actually a downgrade compared to our first one. They were as kind as to let us keep our original room, and to our great surprise , they ended up mega upgrading us to a poolside villa… the most expensive room available … we were absolutely over the moon… We could only recommend this place soo sooo much. Also, best sunset spot and best beach!!!!

The staff were friendly & tried to accede to some of our requests.

The property did not inform us that virtually every facility, eg the spa, the pool & the restaurant was under renovation. They should have prepared us before we check-in with an e-mail to inform us. Because of the works at the pool, our room suffered from low water pressure & choked pipes.

Beautiful pools and grounds, super clean and staff were absolutely fantastic, Nirin especially at the bar!

Some aspects dated and felt the outside space in the rooms was poorly utilised and needed updating.

The location of this hotel, with what amounts to a private beach, is outstanding. There cannot be many hotels on Koh Samui which offer accommodation in such fabulous surroundings, with the restaurant, poolside bar, swimming pools and relaxation areas - with copious sunbeds and parasols - all within metres of the sandy beach. The staff cannot be faulted for their friendly, polite approach, and the rooms, all with private access and small garden areas, are well-appointed and spacious. Recommended if you want a relaxing stay, in fabulous surroundings.

The hotel is somewhat isolated from outside facilities, but this can also be seen as an important positive, rather than a negative. Taxis are freely available, and most tours and experiences offer door to door pick up.
