Very clean and well kept and safe areas , the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the every food item I ordered was delicious. The front of house all spoke English . The resort is literally on the paradise beach . Check out my YouTube channel The naked tourist vlogging a dead donkey

Unfortunately I was a magnet for mosquitoes and was badly bitten . I would suggest that mosquito repellent is supplied in each room as a freebie just in case of allergic reactions to mosquitoes

We stayed there 12 nights and had one of the nicest stay in Thailand. We have traveled Thailand multiple times before, and as always we haven’t been disappointed by the behavior of the staff and their politeness: really great people with always a smile on their face. We discovered the hotel by looking at the beach map of Ban Tai beach, and we have no regrets choosing Mimosa Resort and the beach where it is located. The room was nice and clean, really specious, with an outdoor shower and a cozy jacuzzi. We ate at the mimosa restaurant the major of the time and everything always tasted tasteful and delicious, from Thai food to a more international cuisine. The beach water was crystal and clean, calm and blue. We would surely consider the resort for a next Thai trip in Koh Samui!

We visited Mimosa Hotel on Koh Samui and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach with palm trees, and we were exceptionally well taken care of throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, cozy, and provided a comfortable retreat for relaxation. The beachfront restaurant offered not only breathtaking sea views but also delicious cuisine and a wide selection of drinks. The hotel also has a pool, which we didn’t use, as the sea was so beautifully clear and inviting. The surrounding area offers several restaurants and shops, with local eateries serving very tasty Thai cuisine. If you’re looking for a calm, relaxing, and peaceful vacation, Mimosa and its location definitely deserve to be at the top of your list. We were truly satisfied and will gladly return. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful atmosphere, top-notch service, and friendly hospitality.

Everything was amazing. The staff was very nice and helped with every request we had. They also gave us excellent service . and tips for other activities on the island. Breakfast was amazing and the best food in this erea was at the hotel We totally recommend on this hotel and the eara was amazing not too crowded and yet had everything needed for an amazing vacation

The bed was too stiff in both rooms The shower in the private pool room was outside which was impossible to use in the evenings because of the mosquitoes and bugs around

Our stay at Mimosa was a great finish after our traveling around Thailand. For first two days it felt like we had the whole hotel basically for ourselves. The staff was absolutely briliant, especially Mr. Oh and his crew in the bar - they were very attentive and professional and kind! The location is perfect, with motorbike there are really wide options to go to eat, but the restaurant in the resort provides also very tasty food. We hope to be lucky to back again, our time in Mimosa was really memorable. I would like to thank to the whole team for making our stay very pleasant.

The bathrooms might need a little revamp or upgrade, but as everything was very clean, it doesn’t bother you while you’re staying in the hotel.

The location is next to the beach. The place is quiet.

I wish to have more facilities there (like more restaurant and coffee shops options). Not so many available nearby and you have to walk 7-10 minutes until there, but you can rent a bike from hotel as well.

amazing super nice staff, a spacious room, nice pool and beach area, great location (served my need as i was attending the near by muay thai school, for other people may be bit remote), clean, pleasant, a proper place to rest. I loved breakfast and again - the super nice staff made the stay

restaurant's menu was kind of an overprized mix of everything, i didnt even try as the prices were high and honestly around there are so many authentic places i didnt even want to bother.. also massages prices are out of the space, considering in the town they are 4 times cheaper - not sure why management thinks it is a good idea to have such prices on food or massages if noone actually using it and restaurant and spa is always empty.

The resort was beautiful and authentic. It is in a very quiet area of the island. We stayed for 11 nights and loved every minute. The pool villa was amazing, the staff were outstanding and the beach resturant did not disappoint. Buffet breakfast was delicious and staff were so friendly and kind. The whole resort staff were amazing. They treated you like family. Koh Samui is a beautiful island with a laid back vibe and the locals are so friendly and happy. It was one of the best holidays we have had and we will be returning again. Thank you Mimosa for everything. You made our Silver Anniversary full of beautiful memories.

absolutely nothing

I am a bit overdue to write this review. I am obliged to the amazing team of the Mimosa Hotel. This is the 4th time I stay here, each time I visit Koh Samui for my workout Bootcamp at FITKOH. It is located next door. I am obliged this time coz I experienced undesirable medical issue. The team at Mimosa, lead by Mrs. Kandice Khin, rushed to the room to rescue me. She swiftly arranged to put me in a car and rushed me to the hospital with the driver (I did not get his name). The hotel team and the staff at Fitkoh ( Elizabeth, Khun Sonal, and Khun Tarn) were there to ensure that I was being attended medically swiftly by hospital staff. Mrs. Kandice stayed with me at the hospital till she ensured that I was recovered. I am in debt to them all, and particularly to her. Thanks everyone and special thanks to Mrs. Kandice Khin. Location relative to the bootcamp FITKOH. The clean and beautiful beach.

Getting old, though the rooms look like they have recently refreshed. Food is average. WIFI is hit and miss.

This was our second stay. The resort is in a very quiet area of Koh Samui, fantastic sandy beach with very few people. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant literally overlooked the beach. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always on hand to assist.

There was nothing we didn't like.
