Breakfast was plentiful. Decent location. Staff all excellent, throughout the hotel, professional, friendly, attentive. Room was very nice, kept clean and had good facilities for me. I liked being on a higher floor.

Too heavily Indian guests. Awful. That alone would make me think twice before booking to stay here again. Without them, I would stay without hesitation. But they overwhelm the hotel, they are noisy, rude, incentive to other guests, and at times make the reception areas look like refugee camps with all their luggage, just sitting around all day. Different culture, different standards but when they are so much the majority of the guest population, they make it very uncomfortable for other guests.

I reserved a Premium Double Room in the Chic Tower with a nonrefundable rate. But they gave me a lesser room in the Dee Tower that carried a lesser rate when i looked it up online. I know rates can change every day but when i made the non refundable reservation, the Dee Tower room was offered at a lesser rate and differrent advertised title. I mentioned it to the staff at check out, very nicely, i was partly at fault too because i just checked in and didn't pay attention to the details, i expect Hotels to give the reserved rooms correctly, but i guess i need to keep my eyes open as well. Every thing was great at the Hotel no other complaints but people should get what they ask for unless the Hotel offers an upgrade of course.

the hotel meets the expectations as usual, nice place to stay, very clean, excellent location, and this not the first time to stay in it nor it will be the last, it is my favorite hotel in Pattaya and will always stay there>

we had a little unnecessary problem during the check in process, I booked the hotel for my wife as she was traveling with her friend, the money was paid few days before arrival, the receptionist claim there was no booking even though she was shown a booking ID and payment confirmation email. she was a little rude and does not show willingness to help, I had to talk to her from home before she agrees to help, and that is strange behavior to be received from this excellent hotel

Lovely comfortable bed, nice view, nice desk for working on laptop, beautiful bath. Fitness was good for a hotel.

The window isolated some noise. It was very noisy from the neighborhood up to 3-4 AM. The Wi-Fi was Slow, 12-36 Mbps. There were only two elevators for a 21-story building, but they were fast, and a waiting time was not too long. Nice balcony, too narrow.

Accommodation was very good , and good value for the money

Location is next to soi 6 , basically a bars street di one has to tolerate the noise and loud music till rather late (2am after midnight). The hotel has 2 towers the one I was in (D Tower) is not really lively to spend time in the facility , no bar, and room service is untill 11pm , so if you long for a latevnight snack , forget it. The room has a small fridge that is basically empty !!! The good news for smokers is the balcony in which one can smoke a cigarret after a meal or with a coffee or a drink for that matter. Generally, the place is a good value for the money and I would book it again if hoing yo Pattaya .

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than 10 times. The main reason I keep returning is the service from the staff and the location. Because I’m driving it’s very convenient to be able to exit either to beach road or second road. It saves a lot of time when there is a heavy traffic. Again, the staff are great. The front desk staff are very helpful and polite.

My only complaint is the pool. Because it’s on the ground level between 2 towers it doesn’t receive much sun so the water is very cold. Also to use the pool you must exit out of the lobby. My only wish is that the hotel had a rooftop pool, the water would be warm and the view would be nice. But I know of course it’s not possible. It’s really my only complaint. For me the pool isn’t really useable.

Breakfast excellent good choice and about 300 meters away from beachfront , and good street food nearby

My fault I thought I would have been closer to the beach going by the photo 300 meters away and no view of the sea , bit noisy next to soi 6 and a bit strange a road around swimming pool but I will stay there again ,but I will check next time I have a sea view my fault !

Fast check in, clean modern spacious rooms

Breakfast not in Dee tower so I didn’t bother to go to the other tower after seeing it’s flocked by tourist groups in the morning, would be very loud and crowded and messy with the Indian and Chinese groups

Small balcony could not use in comfort Pool was just wading pool most of pool 1 meter water but very large area.

The staff is smiling and helpful. From reception (including Vallet) to housekeeping, to pool guys, to security officers at the entrance and exit, they are all great and make a very good job!! The pool is spotless and it is a great place to chill out, the pool staff are maintening the pool AT a very high standard. Room is cleaned everyday, by an honest staff who will not steal the money you didnt put in the safebox. Location is perfect, close to everything. I didnt try the restaurant or breakfast. 10 out of 10 for this hôtel, I highly recommend it and I will be back.
