First of all, wi-fi connection is fast and great. In the room or at other Hotel areas. Location is perfect. Front door is at beach road, back door is at the second road. Room is big enough, 1 big and 1 small pools, both are quiet. Next to the hotel, at beach road side, there are 2 night markets where you can find plenty of different food choices and live music. Room cleaning and reception staff is amazing.

If you stay at Soi 6 side of the hotel, it might be a little noisy at night, if you are an early sleeper. Hotel is big, walking to the entrance takes some time. Despite the cleaning staff is great, sometimes room cleaning is done too late, like after 3 pm.

Staff was excellent. Location was nice with easy access to many attractions and activities. Price was a bargain. I would recommend.

The only thing to say is that I would like the hotel cafe to remain open for lunch/dinner longer, maybe until 5pm.

Very nice location, close to beach. Clean and good food served. Staff is good and helpful. Most of them understand English.

Super friendly staff

Only two sockets available. In modern life it is not enough when two persons are staying in one room, who have to charge laptops, mobile phones, raisors, cameras etc etc and of course also need sockets for example tpo make coffee or tea.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and big in size, location was excellent - close to beach, shops, markets, entertainment.

It is a little out dated, but other than that no other issues :)

I actually like a soft bed and pillow. The beds are medium hard. Pillows not bad. The linens are very clean and fresh. The staff are amazing!

I love the Tropicana. There is nothing I don’t like. It is a great hotel for a good price right across from the beach with a great restaurant right beside it!

Clean quiet friendly and very accessible to the beach and shopping. Local food markets are excellent
