Outside the there’s small lazer وزغ but it expected because we were in jangle two times we have lazer in the kitchen but the staff helped us to get rid of them the villa is up the hill far away from everything you should have motor pike or grap or bolt to drop you down the hill the air conditioner making noisey sounds

A True Gem in Phuket with the Friendliest Hosts! I come to Phuket regularly for Muay Thai training and always stay at Baan Suan, conveniently located near the legendary Singpatong Sitnumnoi gym. I initially walked in and stayed here for a month, and on my final day, I booked through Booking.com to leave an honest review. Since the new owners took over, Baan Suan has transformed into something exceptional. They're working hard to improve the property, and you can feel their dedication every day. The family hosting here is fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible. From the moment you arrive, they’re there to make life easy in a new country, always ready to help with anything you need. One of my favourite things about Baan Suan is its location. Perched on top of a hill, it offers some of the best views in Phuket. The air feels fresher, and the atmosphere is much cooler and more relaxing than in the city. The property has a lovely pool with speakers, which sets the mood for a great day. There’s even a sauna just a 10-minute walk away, and it’s easy to rent a bike directly from their office if you want to explore further. This place feels like home, not a hotel. While it doesn’t offer the luxury of a 5-star hotel, you get incredible value for the price you’re paying. The laundry service is very affordable, and the whole vibe of the place is laid-back and welcoming. The new owners, Mr Usman and Mrs Usman, are the friendliest people you’ll meet, and I genuinely appreciate all they’ve done here. I felt so at home here that there was hardly anything negative. Of course, no place is ever truly perfect, but Baan Suan comes incredibly close. It’s one of those rare places where I felt completely comfortable and truly at ease, just like being at home.

It was a good hotel! Very friendly staff who kept the room clean and throughout the territory, fulfilled all the necessary requests! The innkeeper Honey and his wife Kat were also very hospitable with whom we could talk for a long time. Also, a cafe will soon be open in the hotel and it will be possible to have breakfast, so we advise you to stay with them 100%! Thank you for the warm welcome and good mood!

Thailand has many hidden gyms, and if you are in Phuket, you must stay here. It overlooks the flashing lights, fragrant smells, and positive energy of Patong from an elevated location. The centre is easily accessible by scooter or it's a 40-minute walk. 20 is more in nature, and then the last 20 is amongst the bustling streets. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the owners with a warm welcome. I will remember arriving there forever. The two brothers who own the business are both hands-on and always available, which makes any task doable and very stress free. They are also two super nice guys with big hearts, which makes you just want to stay. All of the staff here made my stay more that I expected. Hospitality is not missed here either. This place also has a beautiful pool and very lush surroundings where you can feel relaxed, at home and rather peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it. However, you most likely will book again! As it is also amongst nature, this means there are loads of bird songs and evening orchestras. It's glorious. Enjoy!!

I don’t know where to start… From the beginning to the end the family, Usman, Nour, Abdullah, the staff and number #1 MAMA were incredible ❤️ We accidentally booked this villa as we got into a motorbike accident in Thailand and needed to be closer to the hospital. Something told me to choose this one on booking and thank god we did. I cannot tell you how thankful me and my husband are from the bottom of our hearts to this family. From the first day they carried me down from the taxi to the room, they brought us flowers, juice, fruit on the first day. Mama cooked for us everyday and made sure it was good food for healing wounds. Mama even went as far as coming to the hospital with us to clean everyday. They also made sure to lift our spirits as this was our vacation but we ended up in an accident on our first day in Thailand. All I can say is we are so thankful for everything and we have found new family in Buan Suan villa ❤️ if you’re thinking about booking this place don’t even hesitate, you will not regret it❤️ the hospitality is out of this world ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel near Patong Beach in Phuket, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming host made me feel right at home. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with every request being attended to promptly and with a smile. Although the property name is thai, the owners are basically english speaking Indian subcontinent natives. So communication shall not be an issue. Room: The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The room also includes a kitchen cum dining area along with a big balcony. If you go for the sea view room, you can have a stunning view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploring. Amenities: Includes 2 water bottles, fridge, microwaves, TV and wifi. Location: The hotel is ideally situated just a short 10 minutes drive from Patong Beach, amidst the green hills allowing for easy access to the vibrant beach scene and local attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Transportation: Grab and Bolt taxis are just a call away. The host also provides two wheelers on rent if you need it. Pool: The pool area was beautifully maintained, and I loved relaxing by the poolside bar with a refreshing drink in hand. They are planning to start a restaurant soon within the premises. Hospitality: It was great. The property is run by a young couple and their brother. They were very nice and open to feedback. They were available 24/7 and ready to help. Overall, this hotel provided everything I could have hoped for and more. Whether you're looking for a luxurious getaway, a convenient location, or exceptional service, this is the perfect place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Phuket!

Areas to improve: The television sets in the room need an overhaul since the remote function was quite a struggle. The bathroom needs some extra accessories like hooks and other stuff.

Amazing view over Patong and the sea beyond, which was the main reason I booked it. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Large well equipped room. Felt like somewhere you could happily stay for an extended time (as long as you had transport).

I was rushing when I booked the hotel (previous hotel that bad I wanted to move) so some of these I may have realised, if I had looked into it a bit more. Not much around the hotel. The walk down to Patong was ok for me (others looked at me like I was mad for walking down), but the taxi and tuk tuk rides back up soon start adding up. The room looked a little tired in places, but nothing too bad.
