The place was super enjoyable. The amenities were great and the place was super pretty.

The food wasnt of the best quality and the breakfast could have been better but can’t complain as a short walk away you can find other restaurants

Friendliness of staff is greatly appreciated, rooms are beautiful and pools are amazing too.

Power went out for a little while without warning. Device in toilet leaked a bit. Shower door didn’t close all the way.

The welcome and check in were really nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. In 3 days, the room was cleaned twice, which was nice. The location is good, a quick 10 minute walk to the beach and even closer for good restaurants and laundry services.

The deck with the rooftop pool is a bit plain, but the pool was nice. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, as the toilet takes a long time to flush properly. These things were pretty minor.

Good resort with very good value for the price. Room is big and has everything you need. Pools are nice.

The building is very big and feels like a bunker (some people like it, for us not ideal). Food in the restaurant was bad and highly overpriced (lunch and dinner, breakfast we didn’t try). They couldn’t prepare half of the menu and the staff in the restaurant was very unfriendly, we saw them talking about us behind our back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were always upbeat and always made you feel welcome. Front desk always greeted you with a smile and kindness. Betty always made me feel special and always answered any questions I had. I enjoyed the lower pool area,but unfortunately the parents of the babies didn't always have them in diapers for hygiene of the other guests.

Unfortunately guests would leave small bags of garbage outside there rooms or at the elevator entrance and with the heat,the smell was bad.

Big hotel with spacious room, big bed and bathroom. There are two swimming pools, a big central one on the ground floor and a smaller (but still big) one on The rooftop. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel, as well as a mini-mart across the street and massage parlors. The location was nice, as it was far from the central Phuket chaos which was a bit too much for our taste. Staff is so kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast is good with lots of Thai and Western options at a very good price.

The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable, I did see (only at check out) that you could request a mattress topper and extra pillows, wish I had been told about this during our check in process. The hotel's decorations are very bland or simply inexistent, this isn't a problem, but I feel like some nice decor would bring the place up by a lot.

Although pool suppose to be opened until 9 pm, pool staff repeatedly told to leave at 7 pm Breakfast short staffed, 9 am everything was empty , many items N/a

For the price you're paying it's a great place, good location .. the breakfast was awesome and had a mix of Thai, English and American, no complains about that. The pool was nice and the one of the roof was also great but with blocked view ... The bedroom was very good and comfortable... the location was good, not very good, it's a few minutes away from the beach and the night street and market.

I didn't like there was so many noise tourists from Russia singing and playing music after 3am and the hotel staff did nothing to ask them to respect the quite hours .. and that's the reason I would never go back there, rules are for everyone, they were aware when made the reservation just like I was informed about the quite hours.

Good location to Karon beach (but this beach has sea lice in the ocean). Room is really nice, cozy and comfortable. We booked one night then ended up staying 3 extra nights after that - all of which were wonderful. Staff is extremely kind and accommodating to the best of their ability. They require your key card to be put in for electricity so the AC turns off when you leave. However it is very well insulated and the AC units are awesome so it really didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the pools, restaurant or bar so can’t comment there.

They didn’t refill our waters on the 2nd and 3rd day which was disappointing.

The hotel and rooms were excellent. Rooms are a,good size and we had a pool side room which was nice. Bsthrooms are large with a tub, individual shower and toilet area.The shower was fantastic. Bed was gigantic. Food was very good. Enjoyed the pool side service and Alibaba made our stay special. Alibaba, Chadem, koko, gus and Nadi all made our last night special. Our housekeeping was excellent and was responsive to help us with any needs that may arise. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Might suggest if ypu are a breakfast person you get with the breakfast buffet included.

On the Thursday night there was excessive noise from one of the rooms. Music blaring till 5 am. Also access to the pool chairs all day on February 8th was not needed as set-up for their special dinner didn't need all day.
