This hotel is a luxury boutique hotel and very nice. I have high standards and i am very picky with hotels. The stuff was so attentive, especially Seesan and Charlyne and the kind guy with the glasses(i forgot the name) from the Blue Ocean Bar. I also did a shooting at the hotel and the results i love a lot. The other guests were well educated russian guests, calm and i believe from a good social background. I would any time love to return. They even prepared vegetables for my little son for his bottles for free and the breakfast was delicious, best coffee with milk foam and ao many fresh cooked options. The breakfast was not so cheap for Thailand, but it is worth it. They even cook steak and fish, it was also like a lunch. The hotel is new and therefore all new, the bathtube was so pretty and we had a bath every day. Also the sea is in walking distance and the children area so pretty.

I loved all. Some litte lights in the room i disliked, but they immediately were hiding them after i called the reception. I loved that the stuff was all so attentive with us, 5* service!

To be fair I read there was construction going on but the crews left why everyone started returning from the beach, tours etc. Their resort website says a rooftop pool and restaurant but sadly it has not been completed, I was a little confused about the ability to rent a chair and umbrella and since I checked in at night o asked a few employees if they were available and couldn’t quite get an answer. Was prepared to buy a day beach club pass but glad I made the shirt little walk down the hill and much to y delight there were plenty to rent daily. I chose Karon because it was geared towards families — didn’t want the Patong night club activity.

Staff need improvement. Not helpful or proactive. Not friendly.

Our experience staying here is absolutely beyond expectations. At first, we landed in Phuket safe and sound, but it was still 11 am and with loads of luggage. I remember the checkin time written was 3 pm. So I contacted the hotel to ask if we could do early checkin or at least drop off our luggage while we go somewhere else for our trip. However, the staff replied swiftly informing that our room was ready and so that we were welcomed to checkin at our convenience. As a result, we were able to go to the hotel directly and checked into our room as early as around 12 pm. Please note that arrangements like this can only be done according to room availability. During check-in, the nice security called a buggy car to pick us up near the main road to go up to the lobby. While waiting for our turn to check in, we were given welcome drinks (juice & infused water), as well as cold towel. It was very refreshing after the hot day and long trip outdoor. We were then greeted by Ms. Zhar Zhar, who was very nice to us with great communication skill & English language. The room was luxurious, clean, and comfy. Previously, we had contacted the hotel to have a sea view room if possible, and turned out the request was granted! Though we can’t quite see the beach from the hotel location, but we can absolutely see the sea. Our room was B501. During our stay, the staffs were helpful for example, in helping us opened our baggage wrapping and lended us eating utensils & cutleries. By the time we need to checkout, Ms. PP helped us with the checkout and we were able to drop our baggage first at the hotel while we stroll for lunch and shop souvenirs nearby. Ms. Zhar Zhar recommended us some places where we can buy souvenirs, such as 99 mart and 711. When we came back to take our luggage and ready to go to the nearest airport bus stop, the hotel staff, Mr. Max, drove us there, which we never asked!

However, one thing that needs to improved is the hot water system, where the hot water only came out in the first +-10 minutes after we started the shower. So, because there were the three of us (2 adults and 1 child), the first person to shower will get the hot water, while the other two will not get it. Hope this can be improved in the future 😊

Everything about our stay was truly fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and luxurious, and the entire team – from reception and housekeeping to security – was incredibly kind and reliable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The deposit process went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thanks to Tristan, who was always so friendly and helpful and took care of both our check-in and check-out. You’re doing a great job!

All staff members were excellent; including maid service, security and maintenance. Two staff members I would like to mention in particular were Charlene and Touc. From the first to the last moment I dealt with Charlene she was extremely: efficient, professional, kind, friendly, courteous and helpful. She went out of her way on several occasions to help me and answer my questions. Touc was also extremely helpful, courteous and efficient; in particular when booking a multitude of activities through the Proud Karon he handled it in a clear, concise, efficient and rapid manner. I would STRONGLY recommend Charlene and Touc for any supervisor or manager positions that may / will occur with your organization now and in the future.

Everything was good.

The room, oh the room. It was super spacious with 2 sections together (living room and bedroom) that you can separate. The bathroom was on another level, centrally located huge bathtub easily can fit 2 people, just like shower. What I really liked is that the room was full of electrical outlets everywhere (my current hotel room in another 4* hotel only have 1)and if you have many devices to charge you will love this hotel. The swimming pool has rather a decorative function but you can cool yourself in it.

Huge minus for air-conditioning that wasn't cleaned and disinfected for a long time. After turning it on there was a very strong unpleasant smell of mustiness and fungus.

The aircondition and the lights control in the room are very confusing. Would be great to have 1 click system to switch off all lights in the room-we were searching every night for the right button to switch off the certain light. Also there is a kitchen in the room, but totally empty, don’t know the reason of having it there, if you can’t find single tea spoon, pot etc

Very spacious room and the most comfortable bed in all of Thailand. Lots of pillows nice and clean. So comfortable I just wanted to spend a lot of time in my room. The pool was great as well.

The restaurants left a little bit to be desired and the breakfast was not great and it was expensive.

The staff were WONDERFUL. Special shout out to Nancee and Raj. They were exceptional. All of them were however always very helpful. The hotel was clean, stylish, and very close to many good food places. A walk to Karon beach, many good massage parlours around it as well. The free shuttle service was convenient.

I honestly do not have any complaints at all
