I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, but it really exceeded whatever expectations I did have! Although it is a little dated in style, it nevertheless has a very chilled, tropical vibe with its airy garden surroundings. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the views and ambiance at the pool are fantastic. However, what is really the shining jewel in the crown is the staff and how service-minded they all are. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. In particular, we were very impressed with Ron and Oliver, who really made our 10 night stay feel like a home away from home. They are total stars and the resort is lucky to have them!

Lovely quiet location away from the main resort. No issue with transport to and from Scrupiously clean. From Mr Sun down all the staff are so friendly and helpful. He is in complete control of his empire but has time to speak to all clients. June at reception warrants special mention. Always available to advise and help. As it was my birthday- we got a free upgrade to a fabulous suite with a spacious balcony and a view to the sea, We travelled across Asia to 7 hotels and this was the best we stayed in. Massage here was also top class. Mr Sun will be annoyed it took me so long to do this review but we wanted to visit all 7 hotels in 3 countries to confirm this was THE BEST.

We loved the room, it was so spacious and enough space for our family of 6. We loved the staff who made such a great effort with our children. We loved the pool deck, the sauna, the table tennis table, the quiet location, the views, so many things to love.

It was a bit far from the action, we thought there would have been a shuttle that could whisk us into town more often but this was only offered twice a day. The weather changes so quickly that when its nice out you need to head out or you'll miss it so we ended up having to spend a lot off money on tuktuks to get us down to the beach and back.

Travelled as 3 people. Asked for a 3rd chair for the balcony twice and was told someone would bring one up but they never did despite asking several times It was quite far from the main streets which we knew buy not appreciated how hilly it would be walking to and from the hotel

This hotel was incredible. We traveled for 27 hours with no sleep and we were instantly welcomed by the amazing staff We loved every single thing!! The service, the suite, the pool, the food, the gym, the spa!!!! It was our first stop in Thailand and I am so happy that it was!!!!

There was nothing we didn't like, we honestly loved everything!

Great hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful, rooms a good size and even had a microwave. Room service and happy hours were good and the rooftop pool was amazing. I liked we were back from the busyness of Karon but it was a short walk downhill. Breakfast choices were excellent.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. The pool was a very good size, and not too cold, but very refreshing. The room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast had a lot of food to choose from at the buffet, with a chioce of eggs prepared by the chef to your order. The staff were fantastic, and could not do enough for you. We will miss them.

The journey from the airport, after our flights were delayed seemed to take forever. But we had a lovely welcome from the staff.

Clearly, this was a vision to build such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. And they succeeded. What an amazing hotel, everything was perfection. But what made Thailands gem 💎 Pacific Club Resort so good for myself and my wife was the staff. Zar and June ( reception ) are fantastic girls with great personalities and beautiful smiles. I recommend they organise any trips when you stay at this stunning resort. THEY ARE AMAZING. Breakfast staff were also fantastic, especially May, her attention to detail was brilliant. We ate at the restaurant and again as always the food was amazing. Restaurant Manager ( chai ) outstanding......excellent example of what a restaurant manager should be. WELL DONE In total, our trip was amazing, and Thailand 🇹🇭 is the best place to see. But the Pacific Club Resort is in our hearts forever. Everything

Stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 5. We had the most enjoyable holiday. This hotel is perfect for families. The apartments are very spacious and equipped with everything needed. The views from the top are beautiful. I enjoyed many evening’s watching the sunset. Location is good, very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed. Everyday breakfast was delicious with many choices for everyone’s appetite. My kids loved the pool. Perfect nights sleep every night, because the beds are super comfortable. Exceptional service from all members of staff. Thank you all very much .

Nothing everything was perfect

Most importantly, we liked all of the staff. They are endlessly kind, engaged, funny and willing to go out of their way to keep you comfortable and make sure you're having a good time. Mr. Sun was very attentive and even asked the reception staff to call him when we were leaving so he could say goodbye! The cleaning staff worked really hard too - they were so fast we often returned from breakfast and our room was already clean. Our room was lovely - great aircon, really comfortable bed, blackout curtains, great shower and bath and nice products to use in it. It all felt very luxurious. We had a deluxe double so had an outdoor garden space which was lovely too. Rooftop pool had spectacular views and you can order drinks etc. to your seat, but also to these lovely tables actually IN the water of the pool. You order on an app/tablet so you can just use your phone. The restaurant of the hotel was very reasonably priced (under 200 baht for most meals) and was, frankly, better than most of what we found outside the hotel 😂 we also had some great massages from the lovely girls in the spa. We used the gym three times during our stay and for a hotel gym it's great. A fair amount of equipment and towels ready to use plus air con and fans. Overall, we had a honeymoon I can't fault and I would definitely come again.

I found the hydrotherapy jacuzzis a bit tepid and uninviting but that's mostly personal preference. I also misunderstood the booking description and thought there were 2 pools (a rooftop and another) but there is just one.
