I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional stay & breakfast experience at crown plaza hotel. ilayda, Mustafa, Dogan, Ekrem, Uluc & Ugurlan your attentive service and warm hospitality were the highlights of our visit. The hotel is really nice. We stayed there for one night because we had another hotel booked. It was a comfortable room.

The receptionist, female and male, I found a bit rude just because we were traveling with our backpacks we got weird looks from them. There was no way I’m gonna be dragging a suitcase around because we were traveling for two days that really put me off why are Turkish people so rude?

Fantastic location, the breakfast was just amazing, the hotel design is superb, the staff are super attentive and helpful. I loved that they have a WhatsApp chat where you can message them at any time and they respond right away. This was really helpful when we were out and needed to contact them about something we left in our room. The chef's are fantastic and breakfast was amazing every morning. Everything was super clean and the rooms are spacious with an excellent selection of toiletries and necessities which helps you to pack less! The door and reception staff are super polite and we felt very welcome. A special thanks to Adem for helping save the injured cat we found in Uskudar!

Only thing I would say is about the hammam access- we turned up one morning but it was temporarily closed due to a treatment taking place. This was a little frustrating as there was no way for us to have known that prior and we ended up waiting over an hour which delayed our day. Perhaps the hotel could allocate specific hours in the day for these treatments because to close the hammam for the whole hotel might cause some issues!

The service – absolutely flawless! The staff – always kind, attentive, and helpful. A special thank you to the lady at breakfast for her warm and caring attitude. The room – clean, cozy, and with a breathtaking Bosphorus view that made our stay even more relaxing. The location – perfect. Right in the heart of Ortaköy, with easy access to everything. Our sincere gratitude to Ms. Serra and all the staff — you truly know how to make guests feel welcome. We genuinely felt at home here.

A small suggestion: The breakfast was delicious and of good quality, but the variety felt a bit limited. Considering the overall high standard of the hotel, expanding the breakfast selection would make everything simply perfect.

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to the sea and the cruise ship departure point. Surrounding the hotel are all kinds of cafes and restaurants, including the excellent family restaurant DURUMCE, which serves delicious grilled food. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming smile by Sami and Sinan. Our luggage was taken to our room, and we were given a detailed explanation of the hotel and free access. During our stay at the hotel, we received an excellent welcome and assistance from Yunus, Nesra, Zeynel, and Samet. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was excellent, and all the staff—Nesra, Zeynel, Samet, and Yalcin—were very friendly.

The staff is very professional and friendly We stayed in the 1st floor and the rooms were nice and quiet, overlooking a cute garden. Bathroom is equipped with all toiletries, a bit small in size but wasn’t an issue for us The view from the restaurant is fabulous and the buffet was good The surrounding area is very nice and within a walking distance from the bosphorus and lots of restaurants and shops.

In room dining could be improved in terms of portion and taste

The attention to detail stood out. From the quality of the towels to the artwork on the walls, everything felt thoughtfully chosen.

I just checked out and wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service during my stay. While my initial room was a bit disappointing — it was hot, small, and had an unpleasant smell from the carpet — the staff handled my concerns with great professionalism. Mr. Ugur, the duty manager, personally took the time to show me alternative rooms and made sure I was happy with the new one, which was larger, more comfortable, and far better. His attentiveness and care truly elevated my experience. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel well taken care of. The location is another big plus — everything you might need is just meters away, from restaurants and cafés to shops and public transport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you again to Mr. Ugur and the entire team!

I was genuinely impressed by the warm, personal touch of the staff. The service throughout my stay was excellent—special thanks to Sinan, Cem, and Ikram, who were always polite and attentive without ever feeling pretentious. The little pastry shop on site is a real treat, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming. One detail that stood out: I needed to send a letter by registered mail and the team had everything ready, from a clear explanation of the mailing costs to handling the process with true professionalism. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service these days. While I’m still looking forward to confirmation that my letter has reached its destination, I have every confidence in the team’s attention to detail. All in all, a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions. All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, including the reception team and the welcoming staff. A special thanks to Seda Öztaş, the Guest Relations Officer, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and prime location!

The rooms are very well soundproofed overall, with no noise from traffic or anything else outside. However, the rooftop restaurant can be quite loud on Friday and Saturday evenings. If you're staying on the higher floors, the noise might be a bit disruptive.
