The hotel is really new, you can see it in all the furniture. The bathroom is simply gorgeous, huge shower, small mirror with light was available, clean towels and bed linen, very comfortable pillows and mattress. Friendly staff. Convenient location in the very center of European Istanbul

Although I had booked a Standard room, it was more of an Economy room based on the size of the room provided. There was a lot of dust in the corners (especially in the bathroom). The description says that all rooms have bathrobes, but our room did not have them. The view from the window was creepy (construction site). Breakfast was not very varied.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available to offer advice or information about the local area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. It had a fresh, contemporary feel that made it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The location is perfect—right in the heart of a lively, bustling area with great transport links. It’s close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and boat trips, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good selection to suit all tastes, and the reception team in particular stood out for their exceptional service and warm welcome. The chef is very good and always smiling. Overall, a fantastic experience. We were looked after incredibly well, and I would happily return or recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Everything in this hotel new and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really good, very close to park and historical centar. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit sad that there wasn’t any view from the window. The window was really close to the neighbors' window. There wasn't enough variety in breakfast.

Great stay! We were a group of friends trabelling to Istanbul, and the best choice we did was stay at Erk hotel. The building is all new, they take so much care in keeping it clean and tidy. Marvelous location just aside the garden of Roses. Great value for money. The staf are all kind people, ready to help you in every request! 100% recomend.

The only issue which is common in Istanbul and not the hotels problem, is that taxi drivers hardly come to pick us up from the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed and easy to get around from here. The rooms and facilities were spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Muhammet, who speaks Arabic and who has arranged our airport transfer at the end of our stay, making the process smooth and stress-free. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, a clean environment, and an excellent location!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel during my visit to Turkey. Muhammet at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative—he really made check-in smooth and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were also very kind every morning, which I appreciated. Aside from that, my room was always cleaned well—the housekeeping team did a great job daily. The whole hotel was kept very clean and tidy. The location was also perfect—central and within walking distance to many key tourist spots. Getting around from the hotel was very easy.

the breakfast itself became a bit repetitive over time, and I noticed that sometimes the milk seemed spoiled, which should really be checked more carefully.
