GREAT location, so close to all the sites as well as transport options. Staff were all really friendly and nice, breakfast was good with excellent coffee, and our room was quiet, had aircon, and a balcony.

The cleaning could have been more thorough - we saw some hair/dust on the floor right next to the walls and under the bed when we moved it.

Location is just perfect close to all Spice Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Topkapi. Very helpful and friendly staff, flexible to late check-in and early check-out. Clean and refurbished rooms. Fridge (mini) upon request.

The breakfast is basic and the service is from 9h00 to 10h30. I only use it one time. They didn’t clean the room the second day !

Excellent location,Marmaray Sirkeci Station just a few meters far,tram stations gulhane and sirkeci at minutes of walking,in the very hart of historical city.A special mention for the very friendly and helpfull people of the desk ,ayhan and mina in particular.The hotel is somehow hidden from the main road ,so it was a good ideea to take a cab from the bus station,in acksaray.Very pleasante atmosphere,a lot of nice restaurants around to have lunch and dinner.

Great location and value for money. If you want to avoid the Main Street and restaurants just turn left out of the main door and left into the next street and you can walk to Sirkeci train station and come out of the main entrance there and you will be by the tram stop.

The location of the hotel is perfect,the staff were so friendly especially Abdulhamid and Natalia where she made the breakfast with love

The location is perfect in the area of Fatih. Very close to the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was fine,just normal size but very comfortable bed. The area is full of restaurants and other shops. No noisy in the nights.

Lack of the information for tourist, such us maps. Luckily there is a tourist information nearby ( I think the hotel staff does not know )

The location was excellent. Short walk to trains, trams, boats. More affordable than most of the hotels on the European side. Close to important tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Efficient air-conditioning. We stayed 6 nights after booking two.

Couldn't get a second door card, so we always needed to arrive home together. Only one chair in the room. Minor things.

The location of the property was fantastic and the staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful.

The cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning the floor and changing the towels.
