Excellent service from beginning to end! Arrived before check in and was greeted with tea and drinks. Location is outside Sirkeci metro station and right near Gulhane Tram station, easy to see Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, on same tram line. Ertan was excellent at front of house, he provided us with different recommendations for restaurants and told us of good shopping places. He also assisted in getting the Istanbulkart by taking me to the station. If you need anything they are always on hand to advise. The rooms were typical size for the location and price. Although small as individual rooms the family connecting rooms with the doorway provided room for luggage. As I leaving early for airport they provided me complimentary breakfast package for the whole family and gave the women really nice purses as a gift. I cant say how much they made us feel so welcome, their hospitality was amazing! I would recommend coming here again and i will do so myself. They have late night shopping right on the door step also. Istanbul experience was made so much better with the friendly faces at the hotel. A big thank you to Ertan, Fouad, Esat Abdul, Sobhi and Oguzhan. Brand new hotel, modern rooms, amazing location but exceptional hospitality.

Fantastic location, variety in breakfast, clean facilities, reception staff went above and beyond helpful, clean rooms and good atmosphere throughout the only hotel. Location wise, it is less than 5 mins to main Istanbul downtown area and train/tram stop & boat port. My only issue with the room was the physical size of it. I have stayed in Istanbul many times, and always find the rooms to be rather small/cramped, however this was the smallest of them all. Having luggage meant zero space to be able to move around the room. A luggage rack wouldn’t have gone a miss..

The double room was generally as seen on the pictures, however we found the room to be much smaller like a shoe box. It was a bit of a squeeze for 2 with a medium suitcase, and no room to move around!

Everything was practically perfect. In particular, the location is very quiet, despite being quite close to Sirceci station and the tram line. For us the mattress was too soft - but this is subjective.

The taxi driver called via hotel to take us to Karakoy ferry port by the fish market turned out to be a crook - he took us to a spot about 800 m. away, set us out and said he cannot go closer and demanded payment. We had to run that distance with a lot of luggage to get to the ferry boat in time. But it was perfectly possible to stop at the end of Galata bridge less then 100 m. away from the boat. It's not much of the hotel's fault, but they need to make sure that a taxi driver really understands his destination.

The hotel is brand new, everything is clean and housekeeping are really good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is really great just in front of marmaray train station less than 1 min walking, 5mins walk to sirkeci tram stop and 5mins walk to gulhane tram stop. The neighborhood is very lively at night, many restaurants and shops open at night The hotel is accessible by car especially when u need to take your luggage to the airport, but we preferred to stop the taxi at sirkeci tram stop and walk to the hotel ( takes 10 mins by taxi but max 5 mins walking ) The breakfast is fair enough, every day they offer a few different items.

Nothing major just a few adjustments. They need to add a chair in the room , a little more variety for breakfast and to refill the items at breakfast. If you come around the end of breakfast time you will find many empty serving plates.

It is a very beautiful new hotel with very nice people, located in a perfect location. You can see a lot of things with just a short walk, or you can take T1 or Marmaray, both of which are literally near the hotel. Eminonu port is also really close. The room is very comfortable and clean, looking even better in reality than in pictures. I come often to Istanbul and i can honestly say this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for sure, we will come back.

We liked everything!

The rooms were comfortable and spotless. Good size. They look like they’ve been renovated recently. The location is perfect- super close to the sites in that side, to the ferry to the Asian side, to a metro station for longer journeys, and to a tram that takes you to Galata/Taksim area. It’s close to restaurants, shops, etc but it’s tucked in a corner so it’s not noisy at night. Breakfast was tasty and I liked the mix of Turkish and continental options. The best was the staff. Very very friendly and helpful. You’re always greeted with a smile. At the end they gave me a small coin purse as a souvenir. They also have a scale at reception to weigh your bags before your flight. It’s in these little details that you can tell that management cares. We got a great deal on Booking so the value for money was superb. I was anxious about booking a hotel in the city as some options seem a bit scam-y and I was travelling with children. We were very very pleased we found this hotel

Nothing we disliked. A suggestion would be to not put the room number on the key card that also has the hotel name. If it gets lost anyone could get into the room

The hotel and staff are beyond praise! Brand new five-story beautiful hotel with a large lobby, two elevators, soundproofing, ideally located and in a quiet place, a stone's throw from the metro station and five minutes from the tram and train station and ferries. Gülhane Park is literally around the corner, all attractions are easily accessible on foot, the area is nice and safe, there is still no breakfast, but there is coffee and tea in the lobby around the clock, and there are many places around the hotel where you can eat from 8am to midnight and later. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very very clean, has a French balcony, an individual climate control system, very comfortable beds, a kettle, coffee and tea, slippers, a safe, a cleanest bathroom, a bidet, a rain shower, good quality soap and shampoo, branded towels, a full set. Everything was really good, especially the work of the staff, special thanks to Mr. Shirin, a very professional, responsive and hospitable receptionist, made my stay at the hotel awesome and joyful. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return on my next stop in Istanbul.

Everything was great

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was big and comfortable and everything was clean. The hotel is new and it is located in the quiet part of the street with almost no noise at all and also it's right next to a metro stop.

THE PERFECT STAY!! First of all a big thank you to Esat, Fouad, Baran, Ertan and Ahmet for the kind hospitality. They made our stay smooth and easy. It honestly felt like we were at home away from home. The hotel is very modern and decor relaxing. Our room had every amenity anyone could possibly need! Bathroom and shower are very clean and we had fresh towels daily. The room is spacious enough to fit all our luggage and still have space to walk around easily. Location is central and made transportation extremely easy. The Gulhane train station is right across the street and the T1 tram line is quick 2 minute walk away. Surrounding the hotel are lively streets full of restaurants and shops. Hagia Sophia is walking distance away. Thank you to the friendly staff for guiding us around the Sirkeci area since it was our first stay there. Highly recommend!!

We stayed 5 nights in the Downtown Sirkeci Hotel. The breakfast was basic but there was something for everyone. I wouldn’t dare to complain about that. Various types of bread, the usual eggs and ham and jams and more. The location was great! The hotel is located in a very lively „neighborhood“ with many restaurants, shops and small grocery stores (bakal). You can reach the Emin Önü just by walking about 10 minutes and same goes for the Hagia Sofia mosque! On the way to those places there are also many many small gorgeous shops and food spots. Too location!! Metro very close by! The receptionists were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Always a smile on their faces and they never missed a good morning or goodnight. Very polite young men. On the first night one of the receptionists guided us to a restaurant very nearby when we asked for a food spot recommendation as we were extremely tired from the trip to the hotel. The blonde receptionist was also super friendly and asked several times for my moms well-being (she was sick on the first day when we arrived). 10/10 service. The room was also very clean.

They didn’t have separate shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash or paper towels
