Great location, comfortable and clean room, good value for money. Cleaning lady even folded my clothes and regularly filled the fridge with water bottles :)

I was put in the basement for the first night, it has no light and it was not a good experience. But I was relocated the next day and it was OK from there on.

Tunjay the main manager of the hotel was exceptional and extremely friendly and he upgraded our room for free to a family room on the ground floor next to the reception. We regularly got extra towels, blankets etc. The location was fantastic right next to the tram track where all the shops were present. It was nice to have water and coffee every single day in the room and room service was quite adequate.

Most of the other staff were very rude and there was a huge language problem. The breakfast was below average and extremely basic and hardly any variety. In the breakfast lounge, there was no English tea available.

Location is perfect, just 3 minutes from Marmaray and also walking distance 10 minutes from monuments and Sultan Ahmet, 10 minutes to Eminonu ferry. There is also tram in front of hotel, lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel staff is friendly and nice. Hotel room was clean every day, changing sheets and towels also water for guests. Room was small but ok for few nights, we just slept and shower in it.

Breakfast choice could be better, but it was OK.

It's a budget-friendly hotel. First of all, I want to thank them for their breakfast. It satisfied my taste buds. The rooms were kept clean and had all the necessary facilities, including enough space and cupboards. The staff were very friendly. It's not a fancy hotel, but it has all the amenities you'd expect from a budget hotel.It's close to all tourist spots as well. The tram station is within walking distance.

The bed I received was a twin bed, instead of double bed.

Lovely small hotel, clean rooms with good WiFi and great showers and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were exceptional, hospitality went to the point of standing in the main street when I arrived in the early hours and couldn't find the hotel! They continued to go "the extra mile" to ensure my stay was perfect. The location couldn't be better, lovely Turkish Bath in the next street, great places to eat nearby, (Roof Mezze was a fav) and short walking distance to Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Basilica cistern. I would definitely go back

I have no negatives, just a recommendation! The roof terrace has so much potential, it needs sun loungers, cushions, plants, lanterns. It could be such a pretty spot ❤️

The location is excellent, close to everything. The metro, Marmaray, and tram are near the hotel. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and they fulfill requests. The breakfast is also very good. This is one of my best hotel experiences in Istanbul, especially considering the price. The best part was the location. The employee, Nazar, helped us extend our stay for 4 nights because the hotel and location were excellent, close to almost all the places: Üsküdar, Taksim, Galata Tower, Sultanahmet, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia.

There were no blackout curtains, but we managed :)

If you're looking for a hotel that respects itself and is also reasonably priced, safe and there is a 24-hour reception ,this is the right place for you! I extended my stay because I liked the place so much. Especially the location—it's close to everything and all the important places in Istanbul. It's easy to come and go to and from the room. I extended my stay by 4 more days. In short, it was the best experience I've had in Istanbul. Best value for money. Thanks to the hotel staff, especially Tuncay abi, who helped us extend our stay.

Everything went well

Perfect location, located in the Sirkeci district, within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions. The hotel is also located near transportation hubs like Eminönü and Gulhane tram stations, Sirkeci metro station, and Eminonu ferry station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was also good.

The room was small, but as a solo traveler, it was perfect for me.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. The location is a big plus, and it’s also quiet, clean, and has a really friendly vibe. The staff are great — always helpful and ready to assist. Breakfast includes drinks, cereal, veggies and veggie snacks, cold cuts, eggs, fries, fruit… One thing to note: the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor can be a bit unstable. Thanks again!

The receptionist, Ali Cer was very nice and professional. He helped with everything we needed. He even provided us with a card for public transport. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh food and drinks. The cleaning ladies did a great job, everything was nice and clean, they cleaned our room daily. The location of the the hotel is excellent, in the middle of old town, few minutes away from all the main sights. We had a safe and a refrigerator in the room.

Cannot say anything negative about the hotel. Maybe wine glasses would be nice if somebody wants to have a glass of wine on the 6th floor terasse.
