The location. The hotel is closer to the train station. It’s a very safe area. The staff is friendly especially Mr Ibrahim and the teenage guy who always greeted and wished us a great day daily. 🤭 The lady who cleaned our room was super nice. Funny thing is she couldn’t understand English and I couldn’t understand Turkish but I swear we had great chats whenever we met. Hope to see her again soon.

It was my sending time in Senabil, in a space of 6 months. I really wish they could improve when it comes to cleaning the rooms. The bathroom especially.

Hi guys, I’d like to share my review of Senabil Hotel. It’s located in the center, just a 3-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, and Sultan Ahmed Mosque. The staff are incredibly kind, especially İbrahim Bey, who is very helpful. Also, a special thanks to the young Azerbaijani guy. It’s a safe place 24/7, and breakfast is available for everyone. Marmaray tramway and ship is next street of hotel, so you can go to Üsküdar, Ortakoy and all other side of Istanbul. The Marmaray tram and ferry are just one street away from the hotel, making it easy to reach Üsküdar, Ortaköy, and other parts of Istanbul. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet street, so there was not much noise, and we felt very safe. The restaurant was excellent. It had a good choice in the mornings, and in the evenings, the choice and meal quality were wonderful.

The room was comfortable and clean. The only downside for us was the smell of smoke, and while we got used to it, we would have preferred it was a little fresher. Our clothes ended up also smelling of it too.

The location, it was close to center and attractions. Restaurants and shops nearby. Staff very friendly, especially the waiters and the manager.

The towels were missing and the ones they brought at our request were stained. Shower was dirty, bathroom door, shower, lamps need replacement. It was worth the money only for the location.

Location of the property was good. Near by hotel is metro/tram station which are is excellent connected with every area in Istanbul. The most attractions are near (in radius of 600-700m) of the hotel and you can enjoy in so important culture haritage in Fatih area. Also, staff is frendly, kind and helpful and room was clean.

The room was a little narrow in compare with photos on Booking platform, but good organized. Sauna and hammam aren't able to use without a massage what is bad. The breakfast was good, but usual/basic with a little meat (just one or two types of basic salami/sausage) and everyday is almost the same breakfast.

Our experience in Senabil hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed including plenty of storage space. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of items. The location is excellent right in the historical part of Istanbul, we were able to walk to all the main tourist attractions and explore the old part of the city on foot, but there are also trams that stop just at the street corner as well. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant are great, professional, and helpful. Ibrahim at the reception was always checking with us to see if we needed anything. We are definitely coming back to Senabil hotel again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Just one small thing I can mention is that the coffee at the breakfast buffet was instant which I personally don't like but it may be ok for others

I forgot my wallet in taxi spouses that he work for the hotel on the way to the airport to leave I try contact them they barley answer and I am pretty sure when the driver saw the money he took all the wallet he just say I went to the airport with no money I know it’s my fault but at least the hotel should try to help I asked them for the driver number they refuse to give they was so slow responding the guy who holding hotel what’s up number is saying he is busy idk very shameful I don’t have any ID or license or credit cards plus the money I lost

Location was very nice, excellent restaurant right next door, close to many touristic points of interest.

It would be nice to have more light in the room. We were with kids and it's not enough light to comfortably read or play some tabletop game.

The position its absolutely great, near by the historical monuments.. The staff very kind and helpful. You can easily buy a sim card at the reception, and on the day of our check out we needed to be at the airport very early in the morning and they prepared sandwiches to go! So kind!!!! Very positive staff Ps. The breakfast was really nice and every day they put something different.

Probably they could put a more attention to details.

Cosy hotel (previously named Q Inn Hotel) close to attractions, eateries, shops and tram line. Helpful and efficient reception staff Idrees, Ebrahim, Murad & Umar always quick to react to sort needs out promptly when requested and always happy to help. Also the Manager was very helpful in sorting an issue I had with the airport transfer company and went the extra mile to resolve. The on site Fulhane Restaurant staff were also very welcoming provided excellent service and the food was good too and open 24/7. Mosque close by only few minutes away which was very convenient for prayers.

On a couple of mornings there was an issue with the water supply but was quickly rectified. Rooms size/bed size although adequate but small for 2 people sharing to my preference but as we were out most of the day didn't impact our stay.
